When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. On top of that, he was great to talk to...and even my kitties liked him, which says a lot. We had a little situation (some concerns) about the previous owners and their access to the property. I called Jacks, spoke with Mike, who by the way is about $5 cheaper per lock than several other businesses in the area. I called him at 930 and he was able to squeeze me in less than an hour later before his other appointments. Later in the day I had an issue with my gate so I called Mike back. I thought it was because of the lock, so I sent him pics and he came by as soon as he wrapped his day.
