This company quoted me 300 on Memorial Day. Just cause it's Memorial day, does it mean you can trash someone's car. I had called and yes the service was fast! Suspiciously too fast. The guy showed up looking a mess which should have been the first reason to deny it. He does not care for appearance or how the work turns out. He should be fired on the spot because he is a liar. When I came to check out the car he had damaged the inside. My Mercedes had no interior work damaged to the radio station or anything below. He left me in tears because he knew he was wrong and he ended up leaving in a rush and didn't charge us... my dad even tipped him before we saw the car so why would we not pay in general, and he ended up saying we did not pay! That we ran! Harassing me at that point but when I Asked what he would do for the damages , he drove off? Yes fire him. The company was no help because someone called later that night to say that I should be happy and thankful. He damaged my car more than 300$ Yes interior Work isn't easy and cheap. You guys are terrible. Please save your money and look into reviews and take with caution. Yes my Dad paid for the services because they kept harassing him. Trying to "settle" it by 20 dollars off! While the gentleman came quickly to my office, he quoted me a price of $380 which already seemed high, but I was out of options and time. When he charged my card now with a service fee and I believe a credit card fee, but I don't know because my invoice receipt isn't broken out with the details. I paid over $418. Please be upfront about the price just just put a bad taste in my mouth and there's no way I was going to pay another 350 for the lot to be replaced. Horrible experience I had the rudest technician wouldn't recommend this place unless you wanna be yelled at by a technician and be unprofessionally spoken too. Then on top of it I tried letting the office know about how rude their technician was and I would appreciate if we could've figured something out but the situation clearly didn't matter enough to them or wasn't severe enough for them to act on. If they are going to be charging the prices they are your better off spending that money somewhere people will actually have good customer service and properly take care of customers when staff is in the wrong. read more

Great Job! Technician gave me a good deal and was in my location in 10 minutes. I got a key fob replacement as well as a cut for the key.

Simon came to the rescue, he was able to meet up with my dad and get my truck key replaced super quick. My truck got stolen and it got recovered but I had to tow the truck out and get new keys as I didn't have the keys to the truck anymore. Quick and easy fix. Thanks Simon! read more

Called to get a door handle lock fixed and was charged $280. Door handle broke again after 1 hour. Called them back and he said he will come back later. Asked for an invoice, I was refused and was told I will be called back, waited 2 days haven't got a call back so I called again to ask for an invoice, was given to same response that I'll be called back but never was read more

My daughter lost her only key. She found several locksmiths willing to do the work on Super Bowl Sunday. Simon came out provided options and pricing and completed the work in less than a 1/2 hour. Service needed was a replacement key for a lost truck key - as I appreciate the quick service - the service fee was not discussed nor was the lock out fee discussed prior to opening.... upfront pricing should be given to the client as it is know the client is in dire need of help. And to not tell the client upfront is not ok. The opening of a locked door is way over priced as I was told it costs 189$ - Be careful and do not make the same mistake I did and not ask the pricing..... because the company does not.... read more
