I called Anytime Locksmith to have a locksmith technician open up my locked car. I found the whole ordeal rather unprofessional. When the locksmith called to verify my set appointment, he was extremely unprofessional. He asked me why I sounded so devastated that my car was locked. This made no sense, obviously. I cancelled the appointment because by the time the locksmith technician had finally called back, a friend of mine had come over and managed to get into my car for me. By that point, I lost all confidence in the level of professionalism of Anytime Locksmith, and no longer wanted their assistance/services . It seemed to me that Anytime Locksmith had very poor phone etiquette and severely lacked the ability to deal with people in a professional, efficient, trustworthy manner. read more

I locked myself outta my car about 1pm today and knew I wasn't gonna be free to meet a locksmith until 5:30pm. I googled car lock out places in Reno and found them with good reviews so shot them an email with the details of my location (as i was parked in a weird outta the way parking lot at UNR) while I was in class and called them right after to schedule an appointment at 5:30. He said on the phone it would be $60 and that's exactly what I was charged when he showed up. He was familiar with the spot and said he'd meet me no problem. Got out of class at 5, and walked to my car. He was there in the parking lot waiting for me. Took him less than a minute to get it open. He even offered to make me a spare if I needed it! Great service, very polite, and hassle free. Certainly a lot easier than it woulda been to uber to the house where my spare was, try to get in without my keys to get the spare and then go back that's for sure! Hopefully I never lock myself out again but if I do I'd definitely call them again! read more

The WORST customer service I have ever received. I had called this 24 hr locksmith around 2am because my house just got broken into and the robbers had stole an extra set of keys. He answered the phone and I told him the situation and he replied with "Can this wait till tomorrow?" I said "aren't you a 24 hr locksmith? I do not feel safe in my home, it just got robbed." He said ok I guess I'll come. He stated he would be here within the hour. We stayed up till 5am waiting for him. I called to see where he was at and he answers the phone saying "oh sorry, I fell asleep". I said I haven't been to sleep because we have been waiting for you all while you have been safe and sleeping. He then replied with "go call someone else" WORST SERVICE EVER! read more

HORRIBLE & Did NOT make good on paying for new door. We just moved in to our new house and I went to put on brand new locks and handles on my 3 exterior doors. As soon as I began to try the front door I realized I was in over my head and called Anytime Locksmith. The kid answered (not owner Shay), came out the next day and after 4 hours had messed up, ALL 3 DOORS!!! To the point that my garage entry door had a hole in it. After repeated calls to the owner 'Shay', who was always "Out of town" he finally called back and came out. He acknowledged that the doors were bad, but told me that the new handles and locks I had were only to be put on 'new doors'. I told him if his guy would have told me that I definitely would not have had him do it. He fixed our front door and he then agreed to pay for a new garage entry door, because of the hole his guy had left in our door. He said all I had to do was call him with the number of the door place and he would pay the bill over the phone. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. After several calls and the owner Shay being "out of town", each person took my name and the number for my new door and promised to pay. After 3 month . . . I have paid for the door and the installation of that door myself. I decided to wait several months to see if he would pay for the door before actually writing this review . . . but as you can see, I ended up having to write it. I had all my belongings stolen from me while at work, the owner shay helped me out more than I could ask. He even came out of his way to converse about my stolen key, and gave me a ride to my car. I really appreciate his help, he was quick and knew exactly what he was doing, even though my key was a difficult one, he breezed through it. First, the service was terrible. Next, it took the tech hours to get to me and open open my car. I was expecting shay to come out but some other character came out. I contacted Anytime Locksmith to open a safe that was malfunctioning. The tech that came out didn't even provide his name and after hitting the safe with a hammer and denting it, he proceeded to demand that he be paid $150. Not only did he not open the safe but he also damaged my safe. He was rude and would not leave until he was paid. He was given $50 to leave and then I wrote a message on their website, via the "contact us page" and asked that they contact me. I didn't get a response back. This shows me they don't care about customers or keeping customer's, I would have been happy just being able to talk to them without writing a negative review but they didn't care to spend the time contacting an upset customer. read more

I have never had worse service in my life. I should have known better this guy showed up to my truck in a dinged up unmarked van coming down off something. He proceeded to "program a key." He originally quoted me at $95.00 and ended up charging me $230 and didnt even get the job done. This fly by night operation is a shame go somewhere else. read more
