THANK You!! So much shae'. As promised you gave us a price that beat everyone in Reno by hundreds of dollars. On top of that no one would even come to make a key for an older car because it takes "extra work" and rare equipment. I feel very lucky to a found you especially considering AAA is the one that referred us to locksmiths here in Reno and no offense to AAA, but everyone that they referred us to was not only rude and brash, they act like they're doing you a favor when you're paying them hundreds of dollars for a service to their company. I wanted to say how much I appreciated you.. you have such a soft spoken and calm caring demeanor.. You did not rush me and answered every question and give me as much time as I need it made the process so much easier as well I'd like to point out you were the only person who offered any kind of well wishes or concern for being in such a horrible accident that I almost lost my husband in which says a lot about you as a person. So thank you when it turned out that we needed a Much older kind of key made that is very rare and requires a lot of extra work nobody was willing to come out and do that yourself actually went out with your technician and we've been stuck to your price even though it was after the hours that were quoted want to tell you how much that we greatly appreciated that with everything that we are facing right now you are definitely a godsend I hope that people find their way to you because there's no way after calling all the companies here in Reno and get in the attitude and the typical used car salesman active let me come out and charge you a fee to assess the situation and then we'll go ahead and give you a bid in these bids were absolutely ridiculous hundreds of dollars over. Aside from dealing with their lovely personality is and they're high prices I don't know if it's just people are too tired or too lazy to look at other companies but I'm so glad I did so hopefully this is a great recommendation for anyone who needs help thank you for always picking up the phone and you return phone calls promptly as you say you are you are a rare gem in the business world thank you for everything. Shay was awesome! Hey came out to cut and program a key for my daughter that lost the guta to her key play with my grandson at the park. The locksith we had contacted to meet us there cancelled on us. Shay showed up super fast and got the first key made in about 20 mins. Very reasonably priced and a wonderfull person. Called almost every lock smith in town and they had the best price by far for car key duplication. The tech was very informative and even helped with questions I had about the locks on my house. My daughter locked her keys in the car last night at UNR. I went into YELP to find a locksmith and messaged 4 places. Anytime responded very fast with very reasonable rates. He offered to come immediately or the next day. When I messaged him back he was very quick to respond back and this was late evening. The next day I found out my insurance covered key lockout so I messaged Anytime. He responded back immediately and understood. If I ever need a locksmith in Reno Anytime will be the guy I call. I was in a real bind. I had lost the keys to my motorcycle and was expected on a ride out of town the next morning. Shay was a great find for us...he really knows his stuff and can do anything lock-related. He installs the best locks in town...an Israeli brand which is hard to find and impossible to mess with. I really like that he always answers his mobile phone...we needed an adjustment done on another lock and he came right out to fix it, same day. Shay made not one, not two, but three trips to our place to help us out. The first time he just looked around and told us what he could do. We needed to think about it so we sent him off and called back the next day. He returned and changed all our locks and installed a deadbolt. When the keys I had cut at Home Depot did not work on the deadbolt he came back again and fixed it. Then he cut a key based on the code for my 15-year-old truck, which was amazing because all I had was the old, worn out key that barely worked anymore. Shay is a rockstar. Call him. read more

Had an issue with the lock on my gas cap for my Honda Ruckus. I received a fast response on the same day I called. The wafers were jammed and I definitely wasn't about to try to drill anywhere near gas, Anytime did a great job of getting me access to the tank without damaging the cap! The lock was drilled out and no longer works...but it didn't work beforehand anyway! Great experience. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company! As manager of a rental property, I found myself in need of their services at 4 AM on a Sunday. Renters were locked out due to a broken lock. Not only did Charlie promptly answer my call in the wee early morning hours, he was at the property in no time at all. He had to break out the big tools since getting this lock open was no easy job, but he persisted and got it done. This company not only flaked on TWO appointments, but didn't even bother to call to tell us they were going to flake. Thanks for wasting four hours of our time plus the cost of a car rental for another day. Keys that work!! This is the third time I've hired Shay...and, once again, he delivered. He's a pro and it shows. Before hiring Shay, I'd had keys made/copied at a well-known home improvement store and none of the keys ended up fitting the lock(s). The reason: home improvements stores are NOT professional locksmiths. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that when I'll be in need once more, a forth time, I'll only consider Shay. I dropped my car keys as I was getting out of my car and didn't realize that I had left them inside until it was too late. I called three different locksmiths the following day and no one answered except Shay. He gave me the total that would be to get the keys out of my car and while he was here even gave me tips on how to sit properly so I wouldn't get hurt because of how short I am. I've had over 10 keys made, and four remotes purchased from this guy. I have five kids, and every time we buy them a used car, we make sure we have a spare key made. We have also purchased remotes for some of the cars. We got a 2015 Ford fiesta and started the normal process where I sent pictures of the key and remote asking the price. There was a guy that texted me that said he was the new '' associate' named Roger working with Santiago. I asked the price, and it had gone up significantly. From the $40, up to $$120 plus. I was a bit put off, but post Covid This type of stuff happens. In the meantime, I put out a request on Yelp to have a key made, and there was another locksmith (locksmith 775 ) that was willing to meet with us and make the key for $50. So I text Roger back and let him know that I was getting it for way cheaper, and that , we would not be needing his service. He text back and as you can read the screenshots, was not a very nice person . After using them for so many years, because I didn't want to pay $240 for 2 keys, he said they were going to block me and that I wasted their time . I was able to leave a text with Santiago, and let him know that I was willing to keep doing business with them, as well as keep referring customers if they were going to remain low price. His response to me was they were going to change their focus to people who want. It really isn't wasting time hunting around for a good deal. That's part of business. So yeah, even if I wasn't blocked.... I would never use them.

I chose this one myself on my most recent lockout. Before I continue, it's important that I point out that when it comes to this field, I am not an uneducated layman. I actually do know how to pick locks and other access techniques, more than most people. Of course, locksmiths that are in the ripoff business presume people don't know anything about the service, and that's how they take advantage. My experience with this service was phenomenal. I got a response from them within 3 minutes of messaging them on Yelp, followed by a phone call a minute after that from the field tech, Tim. Tim did a great job fixing my issue and getting me back in. He is the first locksmith I've ever tipped. Very friendly, professional and prompt, clean cut, skilled. Also, the pricing was transparent, no bait and switch. Also, for anyone that knows anything about lockpicking, Tim is also the first and only locksmith I've ever called that started with a Lishi instead of jumping straight to "oh no I have to drill out your lock, so now instead of the $30 you were quoted it's now $40 trillion. There's a surcharge for paying by card, please bend over and spread your cheeks." If I ever get locked out again, I'm going straight for these guys.

Shay is that type to have a customer base that is regular and loyal, and is one of those rare professionals who leaves a lasting impression. Not only is he knowledgeable, he loves his job and loves people. Very personable. You feel like he is part of your family. I am very grateful to have called him in my emergency, and very happy with the work he did. If I have another similar problem in the future (though I hope losing keys does not become a habit), I will assuredly call Anytime Locksmith and ask for Shay personally. I locked my key in my car by accident .. And it was late and my phone was about to die.. I found anytime locksmith on my phone and called .. The person I talked to was very professional and nice.. Asked me a few questions and said he would be there in 25 minutes.. He was there before 25 minutes and was very fast at opening my car door and the price was very fair.. I found Shay's website and typed in my home phone and a brief description of what I needed. He called back within 30 minutes and we set an appointment up for a couple of hours later with a (1) hour window. He re-keyed three doors which required some internal parts and finished the job in less than an hour. All doors were keyed to one key for easy access. Shay's response, attitude, and price amounted to the best service I've had in some time. You won't be dissappointed. read more

Like many people in Reno, I met Shay unexpectedly today when I locked myself out of my truck. Again. He was at my truck exactly when he said he would be and it took him under 5 minutes to get me back on the road.
