We got locked out of our home and turned to Yelp for help. We used request a quote feature from another business and Locke Locksmith sent an automated message with the pricing. After reading the reviews, we felt confident they could help us. After calling, Haim walked me through the pricing and when he would be able to come out - luckily, only about 40 minutes later which was fantastic. Before I hung up on the phone, he did ask me to take a picture of the lock to make sure it is one he can pick. Once I did that, he confirmed his ETA, showed up at the scheduled time, and completed the job within minutes. I loved that he was thorough in coming out to this job and asked for me ID to verify this was my residence. Also liked that he asked me to test the lock to make sure it was still functioning. Our 2010 Camry needed new remotes. The originals were just plain worn out. Rather than pay the exorbitant amount of money the dealership wanted for new fobs, we acquired two new after-market fobs as replacements. EXCELLENT service!! We have 5 doors in our home all with different keys after a recent remodel, and we were down to 1 front door key. Called several locksmiths and they all gave various quotes, but Locke was the only one that asked me to take one of the existing keys and make sure it slides into every lock in the house otherwise he could not key them alike. As it turns out, 2 of the deadbolts had a different keyway so he suggested changing the deadbolts to match and call him back. Finally got new deadbolts that matched and had the same keyway so gave Locke a call and he came out same day and rekeyed everything to match. What I liked about the service is he really knows his business and doesn't try to sell you what you don't need - excellent work, very friendly and fast. Not the cheapest, but price was fair and I would prefer to have an expert craftsman do the work. Could not ask for more. read more
