It was my first time at this location and I had a great experience! Our server, Zach, really took care of us well. So attentive, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed from the host, to the servers, to all staff. The food is good as always, with such generous portions. We went there around brunch hours, surprisingly, it wasn't packed. So it was a nice, easygoing environment. They didn't have the Brussels sprouts as a side option on the menu, but Zach made it happen.

"Worth the Wait: Good Vibes and Amazing Plates" 02-01-2026 Local Table is a chic, hip, and cool spot that serves a variety of delicious dishes with great customer service. It's kind of the perfect mix of fancy and casual, depending on your mood, you can come in dressed up or keep it comfy and still fit right in. I've visited several times and my experiences are always pleasant, but this was my first time coming on a Sunday afternoon. I came with my husband, my daughter, and her male friend, and whew... the place was ridiculously packed. When I checked in, the host told us the wait would be about 30-45 minutes. We were fine with that, and we ended up getting seated right at the 30-minute mark, which honestly isn't bad at all for a Sunday crowd. Customer service was great as always. I can't remember our server's name, but he was friendly and welcoming. He fell a little short on attentiveness at times, but overall we still had a great time. What really surprised me was how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, even with how packed it was. So shout-out to the team for staying on top of things and keeping everything organized. Now let's talk ambiance; the vibe was lively, upbeat, and full of energy. From the moment we walked in, there was laughter, nonstop chatter, and servers moving quickly, just good vibes all around. It feels neighborhood-friendly and warm like a local hangout, but it still gives upscale and chic vibes too. The food is always amazing: full of flavor and served piping hot. The only complaint came from my daughter with the beef on her kabob plate. It wasn't well done and was still pink inside when she cut into it. She didn't send it back; she just took it home and popped it in the oven for a few minutes to finish cooking it. She loved it and said that it was very flavorsome and mouthwatering and that the vegetables and rice tasted astoundingly delectable. Honestly, I do think servers should ask customers how they want their beef cooked, because not everyone likes medium-rare meat. Some people (like my daughter) prefer it well done. Overall, Local Table is the spot for a Sunday afternoon if you're looking for high energy, a vibrant atmosphere, and delicious food. They also have healthy, vegan-friendly options, which I love. I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up: parking can be limited in the front, but there's plenty of parking behind the building. Great spot if you're in the Cypress area. Parking was a pain, as it always is in these "town center" type places. So plan on dropping off your crew and taking a little stroll to get back. Loved the outdoor patio! It's dog-friendly, and I'm all about that as my pup travels with me everywhere (more flight miles than most people). It was super busy, full-packed when I went on a weeknight, but even so, our service was good. They brought water for the pup as well. Drinks were great. Very refreshing and not overly sweet. We had the Briar Patch Sour [Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Blackberry Puree, lime juice, Angostura Orange Bitters, lemon mint foam] and the Spicy Pineapple Margarita [Pineapple jalapeno infused Lunazul Blanco Tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec, house-made sour mix, agave nectar]. Could have easily drank more than one ;) We shared the Green Chile Shrimp Ceviche [Guacamole, cucumbers, homestyle tortilla chips, cilantro] to start. It was decent. Pull your chips out quick as they get soggy if not, and no one likes soggy chips! For dinner, I opted for the Honey Ginger-Glazed Salmon [Sustainable salmon, basmati lentil rice, turmeric roasted, seasonal vegetables, garlic toast], and it was also good. So yeah - I like this spot! And if I found myself in the area - I'd probably go again.

Came in with my friend on a Monday around mid-day. They were pretty busy, so we decided to sit by the bar. The bartender was super friendly and attentive the entire time despite how busy she was. My friend and I both ordered the strawberry spritz and it was very refreshing, not overly sweet at all. As an entree I ordered the lemon pasta with shrimp, it was good the flavor of the pasta was nice and the shrimp was cooked well. I'm not a fan of capers, so I should've asked for them to be removed but other than that the pasta was very good. My friend ordered the gyro with fries and she enjoyed her food as well. Overall, I'd say this is a good casual lunch spot.

I should have written a review for this place a long time ago because I'm definitely a regular! Especially on a pretty day -- sitting outside is such a vibe. Let me start with the food and the menu -- always on point. It's simple, yet somehow so satisfying every single time. The drinks are great, with a really good variety at the bar. And I have yet to encounter a rude member of the waitstaff there. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, which is hard to find. I'm a regular and will continue to be as long as they keep running things the way they do. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants good food, good service, and decent prices.

Might have to park around back as there is limited parking up front. Place is clean, staff are friendly. We ordered the kebab plate and spinach dip, and lemon pasta. First of all the pasta was unexpectedly spicy, wasn't a fan. The bf had the kebab plate which he said was just ok as the food was lacking flavor/seasoning. The spinach dip was good and they gave extra chips. I would give this place another try and check out other things on the menu.

I found this place on a whim while looking for a place to stop and grab a bite on the way back to Austin. I'm so happy I found it because everything was great! We tried the Ahi Tuna Tostadas (special menu), Ahi Tuna Tartare, soup of the day (Tortilla Soup), Lemon Pasta with shrimp and the Asian Chicken Salad. I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and my brother said the Asian Chicken Salad was the best he's ever had. Portion sizes were on the smaller side of the scale. Our server was very nice and patient with us (2 of the 3 of us have severe food allergies). There were a few TVs, so if you're a sport watcher, that's an option for you. I really appreciated the openness and brightness of the space. Hopefully they'll venture out into central Texas!

They placed the two of us on a two seater booth. So cushy! Promptly served with water and menus. We started the southerquesadillas: they are a great appetizer to share ! Crispy skin but not crumbling, with a scoop of avocado. Yum! Next, we chose the Mediterranean fusion bowl. So well balanced with a bit of basmati rice, a bit of brown rice, brussels sprouts, squash, guacamole, beans, topped with aioli sauce ! Really really feels good, tasty and fulfilling. Also, picked the shrimp tacos with a side of black beans. And their side of fries... Just order it. Yes, just because. Crispyyyy, almost like double fried ? Great portion to share or not. Delicious. Really satisfying. They have TV's above their bars to watch the games if you wish. It's super family friendly, group friendly, date or solo. Accommodating for all! And because it was our first time, we were given a quick presentation of the business. Local Bar across the street is theirs too! How cool. Hope they'll open a location in town! Otherwise, I'll be back.

In short Local Table and Local Bar (across the street) are absolute wins for Cypress. If you're coming from North Cypress, know both are located in Bridgeland, so plan for the drive, but there's plenty to do once you're in the area, Bridgeland being the beauty that it is. Anyways, I'd taken a break from Local Table, after moving further away, but thought it'd be a quieter option to watch the Texans game last night. It delivered on providing a quieter, less crowded atmosphere compared to the bar. Plus, their bar on this night was spacious and relatively empty. Yes, there were more children and couples, but it's hard to beat a peaceful game experience sitting at the open air bar. The food and drink were solid overall. While I think the cucumber basil gimlet needs a bit more work, the beer is cold, my grilled chicken pesto sandwich was delicious (when I got the perfect bite of red pepper, savory cheese, pesto, and grilled chicken slathered in olive oil (or maybe that was the pesto)), and I'm glad I did not skip the chocolate lava cake. It's as nostalgic as the Chili's version, but all grown up. I never thought I'd say this but I'd definitely consider them for another peaceful game night experience this season!

I did not think I was going to love this place as much as I did. I ordered the pedal club cocktail and the honey glazed salmon and all I gotta say is wowowowow. The drink is was phenomenal; perfectly made. The salmon though? mouthwatering. Also, the service was exceptional. I forgot our servers name (maybe Adrian or Carlos) but he was great. Loved him! I would 100% recommend coming here. Can't wait to come back!

I loved this place! There were so many options on the menu, so I am excited to come back many more times. I had the chicken and waffles and thought it was delicious! The waffle was nice and soft, not hard like many other waffles I have tried. The chicken tenders were slightly small in my opinion. The service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Edit: I recently came back here and had the strawberry champagne margarita and it was to die for! I hope they make this drink a regular part of the menu. Also, Nikki our waitress, was incredible!

Had a great lunch it was Fabulous!!!! Our waiter Blake G. was very attentive, friendly and checked several times to make sure we were happy. His manager Mike did a great job with kitchen, staff and restaurant. It was very clean and had great atmosphere. You should definitely try the out.

Just tried this spot today and it did not disappoint. First off our server (Micheal) was great, was super attentive to us and was even playing and joking around with our little 7 year old and even gave her a treat when we were closing out. Second the food was just wow my girlfriend and I got the spicy shrimp tacos and southern chicken fried chicken while our daughter got the penne pasta with meatballs and we all absolutely loved it very delicious, our daughter almost finished all of it (which trust me is a big deal). Overall the service was great and the food was better. We already have plans to go back again soon trust me when I say this, this place is great. read more

Being a resident in Bridgeland I must say we LOVE having this treasure so close to home! We've been more times than we can count and have never once had a bad experience. Amazing food and even better service (seriously it makes a huge difference when you have smiling servers everywhere). Our favorites on the menu are the gyros, the chicken fried chicken and the Chipotle Cheddar Burger. I have not tried the pizzas yet...but will be soon. If you haven't been, you must go. read more

Cute place in Towne Lake. Had the crab cakes, didferent flavor than your usual but still good. Had the beef tenderloin sandwich, which was amazing and tender, definitely would try again. This place is AMAZING! I'm so thrilled cypress has a place with locally sourced ingredients and absolutely delicious food. The service was outstanding as well. My only complaint is that they didn't inform us that there's an up-charge for poached egg which I think should be revealed at time of order. This wasn't a big deal, I just think other people may be displeased with the extra charge on the bill. Regardless, service and brunch were incredible! Looking forward to trying more of their brunch offerings. read more

Definitely one of the top 5 restaurants in all of Houston, not joking either. The food here is out of this world! I had the beef tenderloin tacos. Best tacos I have ever had. The best! Wedge salad with jalapeño ranch, amazing! Crab cakes, amazing as well. I plan on going back to this place many times to try more of the menu. I can not say enough about how good the food is. Service is excellent! Everyone here is so nice! Hostess, servers and bar tenders are some of the best in the business! I had an old fashioned there that took my breath away! It was that good! Best old fashioned I have had since I can remember. Definitely one for the books! This place has a friendly neighborhood feel to it which is nice. This place will put you in a good mood because it's that good! Even everyone eating there was nice and in a good mood. This place is a bargain for the service and food your getting. The only restaurant I have been to that does not allow a small stroller next to a table for an infant. The manager just presented this as a problem but offered no solutions. If you are in bridgeland with an infant, come strapped with a carrier instead or go to a restaurant closer to the city that has no problems with a stroller. Somehow their high chairs are not considered tripping hazards, but a strollerr is? If you are coming out here from the memorial area it's basically a Hungary's cafe. If you want my opinion go to the Hungary's on memorial for better staff or just go to any of the hundreds of fantastic local Htown restaurants that are infant friendly. read more

We visited Local Table tonight for the first time. The baked goat cheese and toast was an amazing way to start and the Tuscan Chicken was the best! We were too stuffed for desserts. The drinks looked amazing too. Sit outside facing in at the bar. read more

I was reluctant to try Local Table but finally gave it a shot. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer and the steak tacos. A friend of mine ordered the regular burger and my other friend ordered the hummus and veggie sticks appetizer and the chicken and beef kabob plate. All the food was good. Specifically I loved the fresh flavors of my tacos and loved the black beans that came with them. What I disliked was the fact that there's only one strip of meat on each taco. Literally only one strip. The waiter was nice and overall it was a good time. read more

So very sad to say this because I love Local Tables food but, this was the WORST dining experience I have had in a very long time. For starters we made a reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday and when we arrived it was clear that a table was not available for us after a bit of a wait we were sat at a table in the back corner of the restaurant. Little did we know that the table was already occupied by a swarm of fruit flies!! As are food and drinks arrived the problem only got worse. We brought this to the attention of our very sweet server and she said that the gnats were a known problem in this area of the restaurant. We spent our entire dinner swatting like we were in a tennis match unable to enjoy our food, or several of our drinks because the gnats decided they were thirsty as well and ended up in the glass. Eventually we asked to speak with the manager who proceed to tell us that he was aware of the situation. So instead of offering to reseat us (or admitting they shouldn't seat anyone in that area at all!), he just told us that they sprayed the night before but with the windows at the bar and the door being open it's hard to keep them from returning. So again, why seat anyone here?! We decided to take our food to go but unfortunately for one of my friends a few gnats made their way into her salad before she could close the box! Needless to say I will not be returning here for a very long time, maybe next winter when the gnats are in hibernation. read more

Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! We were told the pico was inside the quesadilla, which wasn't noted on the menu. Additionally, both dishes had raw, unsautéed onions mixed into the scrambled eggs. That wasn't listed in the description, and I personally don't like raw onions, so it definitely affected the meal for me. I think ingredients like that should be clearly stated. The cheese sauce tasted like standard heated nacho cheese and was very runny, not what we expected from a breakfast dish. The sour cream also tasted off. I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past and consistently had positive experiences. However, during my most recent visit, it became evident that there may be new management in place, as the quality of both the food and service has noticeably declined. I went for brunch, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were seated right next to the kitchen, where the entire staff seemed to stand and watch us, making the experience uncomfortable. When we asked to move, our request was denied due to their table assignment policy, which prioritizes specific servers. During our meal, a glass was accidentally broken behind us, and we were struck by glass and water. Shockingly, the drinks that were being carried at the time were still served to us, raising concerns about safety as they could have contained glass shards. When the manager came over to address the situation, it was clear that he was frustrated and disinterested in resolving the issue, offering minimal acknowledgment of the restaurant's shortcomings. Given the significant decline in food quality and customer service, I will not be returning to this establishment, which is unfortunate as it was once a place I frequented and enjoyed. read more

Can't say enough great things about this place. The staff and the owner are always great to see and talk with. They always go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything. Even with all that is going on in the world today, they still treat you as if nothing has happened. They can only do so much for everyone in this day and age and some people you will never make happy. All I can say is come by and visit them anytime you are out here. Today I went in with my family and I enjoyed every moment in there the restaurant was clean and family friendly. The server I got was named Juan Z and he was outstanding I enjoyed his presence and helped when being undecisive with food, he was super friendly and respectful. I am in town to celebrate the holiday weekend with family. My cousins raved about how good the food is here, so we decided to try it for ourselves. We were served by the sweetest person ever (I believe her name was Sherry). She recommended the "Local kabob plate" which I absolutely loved; it was so flavorful! I had a taste of my husband's lemon pasta, which I will order next time I am in town. Overall it was a great experience! My server Juan Z was INCREDIBLE the way he serves me and my family made me feel like home. He brought everything I ordered for my family and I and It was perfect throughout the whole experience he came by and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything he would bring it. He made me feel like my family and I was at home with his serves. I went to the Cypress Local Table and it was incredible. The food was amazing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from a lovely lady named Carolina. Amazing food and cleanliness for the cost. Looks and tastes like a higher class restaurant than what the price says. Wonderful staff with amazing customer service and managerial staff. They can deliver, cater, do takeout, or dine in. Michael Lopez and Michael Miller have been extra hospitable whenever I am here. My favorite thing to get is the baked potato soup and chipotle chicken wrap with fries. 10/10 will recommend to anyone wanting to visit. read more

New to the area, looking for a quick brunch spot and this place didn't disappoint. Food portions were ample- hummus and pita app was enough to feed two. The hummus was fresh and delicious, the kabob plate with beef tenderloin was the perfect amount of food and again, very very good. Sat at the bar today wonderful service by the bartender's Warren and Alan. The drinks were outstanding best bartenders in Cypress Texas and the food was fantastic must try the new Short Rib Street Tacos 10/10. Mike Miller is a phenomenal manger at this location made me feel like I was at home with the hospitality where I can just relax and have fun. Definitely coming back. read more

When I visited the restaurant I had a waitress named Cheri. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. This is the kind of restaurant you try one time and you keep repeating. The service is amazing, starting with hostess which greats you with a big smile.
