Although I didn't order the catering for this particular event held at my place of business, I had the pleasure of attending and chatting with the young man that came and provided the delivery and set up for our event. He was courteous and efficient, quickly setting up and providing instructions to our staff who would be serving. The food was delicious, flavorful, and a great value for catering. We will definitely order again.

It was my first time at this location and I had a great experience! Our server, Zach, really took care of us well. So attentive, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed from the host, to the servers, to all staff. The food is good as always, with such generous portions. We went there around brunch hours, surprisingly, it wasn't packed. So it was a nice, easygoing environment. They didn't have the Brussels sprouts as a side option on the menu, but Zach made it happen.

"Worth the Wait: Good Vibes and Amazing Plates" 02-01-2026 Local Table is a chic, hip, and cool spot that serves a variety of delicious dishes with great customer service. It's kind of the perfect mix of fancy and casual, depending on your mood, you can come in dressed up or keep it comfy and still fit right in. I've visited several times and my experiences are always pleasant, but this was my first time coming on a Sunday afternoon. I came with my husband, my daughter, and her male friend, and whew... the place was ridiculously packed. When I checked in, the host told us the wait would be about 30-45 minutes. We were fine with that, and we ended up getting seated right at the 30-minute mark, which honestly isn't bad at all for a Sunday crowd. Customer service was great as always. I can't remember our server's name, but he was friendly and welcoming. He fell a little short on attentiveness at times, but overall we still had a great time. What really surprised me was how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, even with how packed it was. So shout-out to the team for staying on top of things and keeping everything organized. Now let's talk ambiance; the vibe was lively, upbeat, and full of energy. From the moment we walked in, there was laughter, nonstop chatter, and servers moving quickly, just good vibes all around. It feels neighborhood-friendly and warm like a local hangout, but it still gives upscale and chic vibes too. The food is always amazing: full of flavor and served piping hot. The only complaint came from my daughter with the beef on her kabob plate. It wasn't well done and was still pink inside when she cut into it. She didn't send it back; she just took it home and popped it in the oven for a few minutes to finish cooking it. She loved it and said that it was very flavorsome and mouthwatering and that the vegetables and rice tasted astoundingly delectable. Honestly, I do think servers should ask customers how they want their beef cooked, because not everyone likes medium-rare meat. Some people (like my daughter) prefer it well done. Overall, Local Table is the spot for a Sunday afternoon if you're looking for high energy, a vibrant atmosphere, and delicious food. They also have healthy, vegan-friendly options, which I love. I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up: parking can be limited in the front, but there's plenty of parking behind the building. Great spot if you're in the Cypress area. Parking was a pain, as it always is in these "town center" type places. So plan on dropping off your crew and taking a little stroll to get back. Loved the outdoor patio! It's dog-friendly, and I'm all about that as my pup travels with me everywhere (more flight miles than most people). It was super busy, full-packed when I went on a weeknight, but even so, our service was good. They brought water for the pup as well. Drinks were great. Very refreshing and not overly sweet. We had the Briar Patch Sour [Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Blackberry Puree, lime juice, Angostura Orange Bitters, lemon mint foam] and the Spicy Pineapple Margarita [Pineapple jalapeno infused Lunazul Blanco Tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec, house-made sour mix, agave nectar]. Could have easily drank more than one ;) We shared the Green Chile Shrimp Ceviche [Guacamole, cucumbers, homestyle tortilla chips, cilantro] to start. It was decent. Pull your chips out quick as they get soggy if not, and no one likes soggy chips! For dinner, I opted for the Honey Ginger-Glazed Salmon [Sustainable salmon, basmati lentil rice, turmeric roasted, seasonal vegetables, garlic toast], and it was also good. So yeah - I like this spot! And if I found myself in the area - I'd probably go again.

I should have written a review for this place a long time ago because I'm definitely a regular! Especially on a pretty day -- sitting outside is such a vibe. Let me start with the food and the menu -- always on point. It's simple, yet somehow so satisfying every single time. The drinks are great, with a really good variety at the bar. And I have yet to encounter a rude member of the waitstaff there. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, which is hard to find. I'm a regular and will continue to be as long as they keep running things the way they do. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants good food, good service, and decent prices.

Came in with my friend on a Monday around mid-day. They were pretty busy, so we decided to sit by the bar. The bartender was super friendly and attentive the entire time despite how busy she was. My friend and I both ordered the strawberry spritz and it was very refreshing, not overly sweet at all. As an entree I ordered the lemon pasta with shrimp, it was good the flavor of the pasta was nice and the shrimp was cooked well. I'm not a fan of capers, so I should've asked for them to be removed but other than that the pasta was very good. My friend ordered the gyro with fries and she enjoyed her food as well. Overall, I'd say this is a good casual lunch spot.

I found this place on a whim while looking for a place to stop and grab a bite on the way back to Austin. I'm so happy I found it because everything was great! We tried the Ahi Tuna Tostadas (special menu), Ahi Tuna Tartare, soup of the day (Tortilla Soup), Lemon Pasta with shrimp and the Asian Chicken Salad. I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and my brother said the Asian Chicken Salad was the best he's ever had. Portion sizes were on the smaller side of the scale. Our server was very nice and patient with us (2 of the 3 of us have severe food allergies). There were a few TVs, so if you're a sport watcher, that's an option for you. I really appreciated the openness and brightness of the space. Hopefully they'll venture out into central Texas!

Might have to park around back as there is limited parking up front. Place is clean, staff are friendly. We ordered the kebab plate and spinach dip, and lemon pasta. First of all the pasta was unexpectedly spicy, wasn't a fan. The bf had the kebab plate which he said was just ok as the food was lacking flavor/seasoning. They placed the two of us on a two seater booth. So cushy! Promptly served with water and menus. We started the southerquesadillas: they are a great appetizer to share ! Crispy skin but not crumbling, with a scoop of avocado. Yum! Next, we chose the Mediterranean fusion bowl. So well balanced with a bit of basmati rice, a bit of brown rice, brussels sprouts, squash, guacamole, beans, topped with aioli sauce ! Really really feels good, tasty and fulfilling. Also, picked the shrimp tacos with a side of black beans. And their side of fries... Just order it. Yes, just because. Crispyyyy, almost like double fried ? Great portion to share or not. Delicious. Really satisfying. They have TV's above their bars to watch the games if you wish. It's super family friendly, group friendly, date or solo. Accommodating for all! And because it was our first time, we were given a quick presentation of the business. Local Bar across the street is theirs too! How cool. Hope they'll open a location in town! Otherwise, I'll be back.

In short Local Table and Local Bar (across the street) are absolute wins for Cypress. If you're coming from North Cypress, know both are located in Bridgeland, so plan for the drive, but there's plenty to do once you're in the area, Bridgeland being the beauty that it is. Anyways, I'd taken a break from Local Table, after moving further away, but thought it'd be a quieter option to watch the Texans game last night. It delivered on providing a quieter, less crowded atmosphere compared to the bar. Plus, their bar on this night was spacious and relatively empty. Yes, there were more children and couples, but it's hard to beat a peaceful game experience sitting at the open air bar. The food and drink were solid overall. While I think the cucumber basil gimlet needs a bit more work, the beer is cold, my grilled chicken pesto sandwich was delicious (when I got the perfect bite of red pepper, savory cheese, pesto, and grilled chicken slathered in olive oil (or maybe that was the pesto)), and I'm glad I did not skip the chocolate lava cake. It's as nostalgic as the Chili's version, but all grown up. I never thought I'd say this but I'd definitely consider them for another peaceful game night experience this season!

I did not think I was going to love this place as much as I did. I ordered the pedal club cocktail and the honey glazed salmon and all I gotta say is wowowowow. The drink is was phenomenal; perfectly made. The salmon though? mouthwatering. Also, the service was exceptional. I forgot our servers name (maybe Adrian or Carlos) but he was great. Loved him! I would 100% recommend coming here. Can't wait to come back!

I loved this place! There were so many options on the menu, so I am excited to come back many more times. I had the chicken and waffles and thought it was delicious! The waffle was nice and soft, not hard like many other waffles I have tried. The chicken tenders were slightly small in my opinion. The service was great and I loved the atmosphere. It was okay. The Shrimp tacos I got were very tasty, with a kick. Portions were good, the kids burger is HUGE. Looking around, seems like this is a hot spot for daytime cocktails. It didn't blow my mind, but it wasn't horrible. It was just...OK. At the time of this review, if you have AT&T cell phone service, you will get 0 bars inside this place. Local Table has the sort of menu one expects from a nouveau haute cuisine bistro situated in an upscale community like the Bridgewater area of Cypress where customers expect quality and don't balk at cost. Having said that I knew what to expect before walking in the door. I found LT's menu sprawling with an interesting array of options some of which were too pricey for my wallet. For two our meal came to $38 (no drinks or alcohol). Our meals were well prepared and creatively presented with color, flavor and variety. Good, yes. Unforgettable, no. LT is a venue where I'd say, "You be the judge" as opposed to providing a ringing endorsement or a cautionary concern. read more

Good ingredients, good ambience, good service, and a diverse menu should be enough to warrant 4 stars, but the steep prices were not justified by the food. The 3 mains ordered were the anaheim chicken, gyro plate, and the lemon angel hair dish. All were passable, none exceptional. I will say that the Brussels sprouts we ordered for appetizer were cooked to an amazing texture and glazed in a delicious sauce, but nothing else impressed me. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back simply due to the prices. Everything else about this restaurant is worth experiencing. read more

It was my first time at Local table and I have to say I was impressed. The place was so nice and clean, very welcoming for sure. As soon as we walked inn we were greeted by a great smile who ended up also being also our server. He took great care of us and was always attentive. For lunch I had a grilled Chicken with a curry sauce, veggies and lentil rice. I'll admit that I am not a big fan of curry and probably wouldn't of gotten it if I would of looked at the description but it taste great. Had a mint tea to drink which was real refreshing. Will definitely be back and hopefully I'll get the same server because he was awesome. Feel bad for not getting his name. read more

The food was very good. We had reservations so we were seated right away. Our only hiccup was the waiter. He kept walking away when I was trying to order. He forgot my daughter's beverage. At one point he thanked the gentlemen for coming to the restaurant. Um, there were also two women at the table. We drove 90 miles and paid over $200 to be treated like that? When one is a server, one is expected to serve everyone equally, not just men. If he has a problem with women, perhaps he would be better off in another profession where that type of attitude is less apparent, like men's room attendant. He must have been sweating bullets when my husband went to the restroom and left me to pay the bill. My, my... What must he have thought about his potential tip at that point? read more

Well, we gave takeout another try. It was absolutely delicious. Hummus was perfect consistency. Margarita pizza with a thin, crispy crust and fresh arugula. Steak tacos with generous serving of perfectly seasoned and cooked steak. Topped with fresh cabbage and spicy pickled carrots. Very very tasty. I'll be back. read more

My family and I went to have dinner tonight. It was our first time. The hostess greeted us kindly and sat us quickly, our server was Nicholas. He was awesome! Very nice and attentive. Wonderful place with something for everyone. I love taking visiting family and friends here as they have something delicious for every taste. My wife has some bad food allergies and can easily find items to eat and the kitchen and servers are willing to work with her and knowledgeable on the ingredients. First impression is absolutely beautiful! The interior of the restaurant makes it seems very high class and really comfortable. The bar is nice and welcoming and this place seems always busy! The server was really welcoming and nice and he explained the menu well. When I asked for extra lettuce on my burger (and I've been wronged in the past from other restaurants when they skimp me on lettuce) boy did they DELIVER!!! My burger was humongous and lettuce was a big portion of it, it tasted amazing and I'd say it's one of the best chicken burgers I've had. The vegan options are delicious. Very hip feel that can be hard to find in the outer Cypress areas. Inside decor and patio are very well done. The only issue I have had here is that every time I've been, before COVID-19 as well, they say they need to clean a table and we usually have to wait at least 10 minutes just for them to clear it. Once, a manager saw us waiting for so long and had to get the employees to step it up a notch. read more

When you 1st walk into Local Table you can smell the freshness of it. It is a clean fresh smell. Actually gave me an appetite. We had excellent service, Tamara really knew her job. The food was delicious, I had the lemon pasta and even though I forgot to have them leave off the chili flakes (not a fan of spicy) it was absolutely delicious and I will definitely try it again and with the chili flakes. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the cake I had but the taste was absolutely out of this world it was some of the best chocolate cake I've had ever. And being 70 you know I must of had a lot of chocolate cake. read more

Disappointed! We dine in and take out at the CTX location. This Wednesday 4/19 placed an order to go. Apparently, it was ready earlier. than the 30 minutes I was told. Food was cold and the Lemon Pasta we ordered for $16 had a smaller portion than a kid meal. I would expect more than a cup of pasta, we have always had plenty for leftovers the next day. read more

LOVE this place. perfect for lunch, brunch, or dinner. I have dined here many times and also ordered doordash as well. They are consistent in the quality and service. Their red sangria pairs nicely with their pizzas. I love their goat cheese with toasted baguettes (do not be afraid to ask for more). My favorite appetizer is their hummus assortment plate with added veggies. I have introduced all my friends to this and its always 5 stars all around. I can't say enough about the service provided at this restaurant! Our waiter was there to anticipate our every need. He answered all of our questions and helped us decide on what we wanted. We started with mimosas and moved on to different entrees. I ordered the trio of mimosas, not realizing it was three whole drinks (grapefruit, strawberry, and orange). No complaints here...I finished all three! We ordered Baked Goat Cheese for an appetizer. It was delicious. For my meal I ordered a Mediterranean Wrap. Overall, it was good. I did have to add seasoning, but I'm from Louisiana. We ordered several desserts and shared. They were all great, so you can't go wrong there. Just finished dinner here for the first time and I will definitely be back. Had the goat cheese appetizer and it was amazing. Had the Kebob plate that was so scrumptious and the veggies were cooked perfectly. My friend had the chicken sandwich wish was perfectly fried and my husband had the tenderloin sandwich on ciabatta. After clarifying multiple times I indeed wanted BOTH the brownie bites AND banana bites, I was informed they no longer make the banana bites. I was so dumbfounded at having heard this. I wondered "What service is this??!! Am I being punked??" At this point I wanted NOTHING to do with this store or it's products! In fact, why would I even consider picking up the order? I UBERed for a reason!! I asked how I could get my money back (mind you I've NEVER been in this predicament with an UBER order). The gentleman explained he would refund me and I should see the money in my account in 2-3 business days. I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past and consistently had positive experiences. However, during my most recent visit, it became evident that there may be new management in place, as the quality of both the food and service has noticeably declined. I went for brunch, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were seated right next to the kitchen, where the entire staff seemed to stand and watch us, making the experience uncomfortable. When we asked to move, our request was denied due to their table assignment policy, which prioritizes specific servers. During our meal, a glass was accidentally broken behind us, and we were struck by glass and water. Shockingly, the drinks that were being carried at the time were still served to us, raising concerns about safety as they could have contained glass shards. When the manager came over to address the situation, it was clear that he was frustrated and disinterested in resolving the issue, offering minimal acknowledgment of the restaurant's shortcomings. Given the significant decline in food quality and customer service, I will not be returning to this establishment, which is unfortunate as it was once a place I frequented and enjoyed. read more

Can't say enough great things about this place. The staff and the owner are always great to see and talk with. They always go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything. Even with all that is going on in the world today, they still treat you as if nothing has happened. Today I went in with my family and I enjoyed every moment in there the restaurant was clean and family friendly. The server I got was named Juan Z and he was outstanding I enjoyed his presence and helped when being undecisive with food, he was super friendly and respectful. New to the area, looking for a quick brunch spot and this place didn't disappoint. Food portions were ample- hummus and pita app was enough to feed two. The hummus was fresh and delicious, the kabob plate with beef tenderloin was the perfect amount of food and again, very very good. Atmosphere was easy, breezy, and although the place was very busy, that rush feel didn't get passed on to us. We will be back! read more

Sat at the bar today wonderful service by the bartender's Warren and Alan. The drinks were outstanding best bartenders in Cypress Texas and the food was fantastic must try the new Short Rib Street Tacos 10/10. Mike Miller is a phenomenal manger at this location made me feel like I was at home with the hospitality where I can just relax and have fun. Definitely coming back. read more

When I visited the restaurant I had a waitress named Cheri. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. This is the kind of restaurant you try one time and you keep repeating. The service is amazing, starting with hostess which greats you with a big smile. I'm starting to feel like the hype surrounding some of these places is greater than the actual experience. For me, neither the food nor the overall setting justified what I paid. I'm glad I finally checked it off my list, but this will probably be a one-and-done for me.

A runner accidentally spilled two glasses of ice-cold water, leaving my partner with half of his pants and underwear soaked. His first response was to explain why it happened rather than apologize. The staff did clean up the water quickly, and the busboy deserves recognition for being especially attentive in cleaning the table, seat, and floor. Unfortunately, a young child even slipped nearby afterward while there were no wet-floor caution signs. What really bothered us was the lack of care toward my partner. He had to stand up and move out of the way while his wet seat was cleaned and had to ask for towels himself. Our waiter was otherwise nice, but seemed avoidant throughout and afterward. He never genuinely checked on my partner or asked if he was okay. His only passing check-in was asking "How's everything so far?" while walking by without stopping, and when we didn't respond, he continued walking and said, "That's so great." At the end of the meal, there was still no acknowledgment or apology, and we had to ask for a manager ourselves. The runner's comment also left a particularly bad impression. When he overheard us asking whether something could be done about the inconvenience, he walked away saying, "haha, let me get out of here before you get me in trouble." Given that my partner was genuinely uncomfortable and frustrated, this felt extremely unprofessional and insensitive. The manager did apologize, which we appreciated, but the resolution felt more like an attempt to quickly close the complaint than genuinely understand what happened. There was no apparent attempt to ask who was involved or address the inappropriate comment made by the runner. He offered to cover dry-cleaning costs, which wasn't particularly practical at ~10 PM, and then offered dessert, which my partner didn't even want. This was never about expecting a free meal because of an accidental spill. It was about empathy and service recovery. A simple "I'm so sorry this happened. I can only imagine how uncomfortable you must be sitting here cold and wet. Let me get you some towels," followed by checking back later, would have made a huge difference. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what matters. Cleaning up the water addressed the mess, but it didn't address the customer who had just been soaked. I hope management uses this experience as an opportunity to retrain staff on basic customer service, accountability, and especially service recovery. The busboy showed the attentiveness we would have expected from the rest of the team, but unfortunately the overall handling of the situation left us very disappointed.

I only took that one bite to determine if the waffle was as hard as it appeared. After the waffle incident, before my mom had even finished eating, the waitress asked if I wanted the check already. I found the timing a little odd and couldn't help but wonder if they were trying to rush us out, although I can't say for sure. I'm giving this experience one star because, while the hamburger and fries were good, the overall experience was disappointing. The dirty coffee cup, unpleasant smell from the tables, unseasoned hash browns, cold and hard waffle, and the way the waffle situation was handled by the staff were too many issues to overlook.
