The WORST experience ever! So unfortunate as I've had great experience at other locations. Unfortunately, I UBERed an assorted party tray which " includes" 8 Baby Buns, 8 Mini Cookies, 8 Bites. I asked for almond icing on the buns and brownie and banana bread bites. EVERYTHING was wrong with this order! * The buns were disgustingly doused in icing and they were stale and greasy. * The mini cookies were insultingly small, many the size of a quarter. They were flat as could be and stale as well. * The bites were nonexistent. I was so baffled by what arrived at my front door. I contacted the store staff and complained about the order. I was offered to have my bites prepared right away and cookies remade and told they would be ready for pick up ASAP. When asked which bites I would like I kindly reminded the gentleman I ordered Brownie AND Banana bites. I was asked several times whether or not I wanted the banana bites. After clarifying multiple times I indeed wanted BOTH the brownie bites AND banana bites, I was informed they no longer make the banana bites. I was so dumbfounded at having heard this. I wondered "What service is this??!! Am I being punked??" At this point I wanted NOTHING to do with this store or it's products! In fact, why would I even consider picking up the order? I UBERed for a reason!! I asked how I could get my money back (mind you I've NEVER been in this predicament with an UBER order). The gentleman explained he would refund me and I should see the money in my account in 2-3 business days. I made sure to ask him if I needed to contact UBER and he incorrectly advised it was NOT necessary. Over 3days later I've not received a refund and am beyond the window of obtaining a refund from UBER. Thus, $45.69 (order, delivery fee and tip included) went straight into the trash. I now know this too should have been reported to UBER, that parts on me. I will say, I was also quite upset at the UBER driver as he delivered an incomplete order and I assume felt it okay to drop off quarter sized cookies and sloppy minibuns (the order came in a box with a clear lid). However, I decided this wasn't his fault. CINNAHOLIC staff made inedible baked treats (those that WERE made) with a very VERY poor presentation. To top it off their customer service, SUBPAR! I pre ordered a king cake from Cinnaholic for our Mardi Gras celebration. Their cinnamon rolls are so delicious, very moist and flavorful. The decorations are beautiful and they include a baby as used in a classic king cake. They don't put it inside for safety reasons. If you slice the cake in small pieces, it will feed 12-15 people. Otherwise they say 8-10 people. Pickup was quick, although there was a line, because I ordered ahead. I also ordered chocolate cinnamon rolls which were equally as good. read more

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Cypress you are so lucky to have this little gem in your backyard. We have been wanting to try it place but it has been closed when we were in the area. Last night we finally made it. It is such a cute place and everything we bought was great. We were able to get fresh out of oven cinnamon rolls and a generous amount of toppings. The owner was working that night and we had a wonderful conversation with him and he shared a lot of info and also said he had a second location, I believe in the Bellaire area. It was much icier here and expensive for the amount you get! Dole whip at the Disney parks is creamy and delicious! I definitely felt gypped! The picture on the menu vs what I got was vastly different. Cinnamon rolls ($4.75 base, 25 cent for icing, 50 cent for toppings) - they came out fresh and hot! The almond & cream cheese icing were both very tasty. Fruits we got were fresh. I recommend making sure before you leave that they give you all your toppings. Because even though they write it on top of your box so whoever makes it puts it all on, it was still missing from mine. So no real quality control. I stopped by today to try different cinnamon rolls, when I arrived I let the person upfront know that I had an order to pickup under my name. She brought someone else out and they stated I arrived early which I knew and she mentioned they could begin the order then. I thanked her and waited for the order to be ready. After some time she brought me my order and I realized they made someone else's order not mine. I explained this to her and she seemed bothered although neither person confirmed my order when I arrived they only took my name. I would suggest for the team to begin confirming the order while confirming the name to prevent this in the future. Old Skool- 10/10 it is delicious, it is impossible to tell that it is vegan. It comes with a lot of icing for all the icing lovers. Pumpkin Spice- 5/10 this is was disappointing although I was the most excited for this one. It is topped with their pumpkin bread and it looks amazing, but the bread was hard and not very flavorful. There weren't any cinnadoodle cookie bits like to showed online, which may have made it taste better, but I'm not sure. They add cinnamon sugar to this roll and I really enjoyed the extra cinnamon. It added a lot of flavor and made it seem like I was eating the center of the cinnamon roll the whole time! Cookie Monster- 8/10 wow I can see why this is a top seller, the cookie dough and chocolate chips add an extra layer of flavor to the roll. It was a bit too sweet for me, but it was delicious! I had such high hopes for this place. As a lover of all things sweet and desserty and carbs! I went here to indulge. I ordered the Cookie Mountain and unfortunately the dough was completely raw in the middle and bottom of the cinnamon roll. I was home when I opened the box to eat it so returning it was not an option. I do have to disagree with the review that said these are not too sweet. I LOVE sweet and sugary foods but I will have to agree with my 6 year old that it's just "too sugary, I can't eat it." (I couldn't eat mine anyway because of the raw dough). My six year old, who takes after me and my sweet tooth, took about two bites of his cinnamon roll with marshmallow frosting and sprinkles. The frosting also looked like it had split (for my fellow bakers and cooks out there). My older kid ate the prepackaged brownie and liked it. Not to keep harping but I do think the menu could be pared down to focus more on the cinnamon rolls and perfecting them. There is also cookie dough, cookies, and brownies for sale which doesn't seem to fit the theme of a gourmet cinnamon roll. I never want to be a one and done. So if I'm ever in the area again I would go back to try another flavor. And to hopefully eat a fully baked cinnamon roll. I do not give this place a Paul Hollywood handshake. Maybe next time? Overall experience was great! I got there at 10:30AM on a Saturday and there was no line. I chose the perfect time since 10 minutes later about 4 families walked in. We were a little excited to eat so I forgot to take a good before picture. They packaged the cinnamon rolls really well for to-go orders. A huge bonus is that these are DAIRY-FREE! Also, they were on Shark Tank! The only downfall was the outside of the rolls were a little hard and they were warm, but maybe 30 more seconds could have made it softer. I drove 25 minutes to get here earlier today under a tornado warning and all lol This place is that good! I should have known before ordering this, but the cookie dough is on top of a cinnamon bun and there is two thick layers of icing total. not to mention the chocolate syrup and the marshmallows. it was hard to taste the different parts of the stack since it just tasted like sugar all at once. you can customize it so I would not recommend all the sweetness.
