The person was quick to respond and set an appointment for Saturday at 9, then 15 mins before the appointment said he'd be here at 915, and didn't show until 930am. I would have liked to schedule for 930 if that's the time. It just made me run late. He was very efficient and cleaned up the garbage and took it with him. I would recommend just for me being on time is important. read more

I requested a quote to have local screen pro come out and replace a set of old window screens that were either ripped, or brittle and damaged due to long usage. A service worker came out to my property, on time, professional and ready to work. We did a workaround of the property and he removed all the window screens that needed to be repaired. We also inspected a few window screens that had some life left but showed signs of bowing around the frame. He setup a place to work and promptly started measuring and replacing damaged window screens with new window screens and frames. We also got a discounted rate for reusing any window frames in good condition since the screen was only damaged part of the window that needed to replaced. Good rates and quality, great service. Highly recommend. read more

Local Screen Pro came and made new screens for the windows in my condominium. I initially reached out to them on Yelp to get a quote. They were prompt communicators and we worked out an appointment. I ended up having to change the date, and they handled that gracefully and quickly. On the date, they communicated and confirmed, showed up on time, brought all materials and tools, and did the work. They were very neat and clean. They even redid one of the screens they had made because they did not feel it was perfect (I doubt I would have ever noticed--this guy just took pride in his work). I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Quick in responding. Repaired/replaced patio screen the same day. Reasonably priced too. Recommend. Thank you. read more

Local Screen Pro - Before & after. After picture was taken in morning with more light, that's why there's less backlight - Windows Installation Near Me

I am impressed with the customer service of this business and that they work with such integrity. The service man came and attempted to repair a torn door screen. Unfortunately, it was an unsuccessful job due to the type of door I have. The guy (sorry this was so long ago I don't recall his name!) knew it would be difficult before starting but still made an honest attempt. He spent a good amount of time and his efforts are appreciated. The man explained clearly why I the screen could not be fixed and it was all true. There was no charge to me and I kinda felt bad about it because of the time he took to try and help this customer. Thank you! read more

Responsive, quick, with same-day appointment. With the recent heat, I had left my sliding glass doors open with the screen mesh, and my dogs managed to rip the mesh. I called local screen pro to see if they could repair the mesh on my sliding glass doors and they were able to quote me 50% less than many other competitors and were able to do same day appointment. I would absolutely recommend this company to others. read more

The price was fair. The screen materials were purchased from Lowe's. However, there are gaps because the screens wasn't fitting well.

I'm glad to have heard from Local Screen Pro for my re-screen project. I have multiple properties in the bay area and asked Tima and his team to repair/replace all the broken screens in those properties between Santa Clara and Fremont. Great guy that came out. They were highly responsive, like within seconds to minutes. We schedule the appointment for a day or two later. I was surprised because others took longer to get in. The rates were amazing and fair. A professional young man came. Walked through the house, and confirmed the quote. He got to work, did an excellent job and didn't upsell anything. read more

After speaking to Tima on the phone, he was able to come out very promptly to measure our patio door for a new screen. Communication was good throughout the process, and he just returned today to install the new screen. It turned out that the screen ended up being a bit more expensive than he'd anticipated (it was a custom job), but he honored his original quote and didn't charge me extra. Thank you! read more

Tima is great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came within the specified time frame and completed the job relatively fast. The During the first visit he repaired two window screens that my cats destroyed and replaced them with a pet screen. Many weeks later, they still look brand new. The second time around, Tima replaced two screens that wasn't properly fitted. The two new screens look great. Their prices are reasonable and the work is good. read more

Communication was great but unfortunately the job did not go well at all. The screens did not fit in the window and the mesh started falling out when I was there checking the work. The claim was that my screens were using frames that were uncommon but I don't see how anyone could put that quality of service out there and ask for payment. Nice people but subpar product. read more
