He arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and professional, got me back into my apartment in just a few minutes without damaging my new doorknob, and even had me test my key afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. There was also a pricing mix-up because I thought he was with another company. Instead of dismissing it, Nick spoke with his boss on my behalf and was able to honor the lower price. He even had me call the other locksmith while he was there so they wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. That level of honesty and professionalism meant a lot to me. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend asking for Nick. He was kind, professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Thank you again!

He happened to reply after I had already scheduled someone else, but I decided to book an earlier appointment with him to at least have him assess the situation He arrived on time and was able to get everything sorted out fairly quickly. One thing I would recommend is confirming the pricing and getting a quote beforehand, since there wasn't a prior quote and there was some initial confusion about the cost. Definitely better to clarify everything before any work begins I ended up having two locks installed, one smart lock and one traditional lock, and both installations were done pretty quickly. He also made duplicate keys for me, which was convenient. The work itself was efficient, although there was some debris left behind that I had to clean up afterward Overall, I'd recommend Jin if you're looking for something quick and effective, especially if you're in a last-minute situation like I was. Just keep in mind that the service can be on the pricier side, and I'd recommend confirming the quote and scope of work upfront. Still, I'm glad I was able to get the locks and keys sorted out before my trip!

He maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire time he was onsite and explained what work was feasible versus not as well as provided alternative recommendations. There was no "upselling," so another star for that. Prices are for the most part reasonable. However, beware, they charge an upfront of $95 callout fee, which I was not informed about initially when I was scheduling the service appointment. The lack of transparency on this was the only part that left a bit of a sour note for me. I'd use their service again though.

He personally reached out, listened to exactly what happened, explained the situation honestly, and took full responsibility for something that clearly wasn't up to the standard he expects from his business. He was genuinely apologetic, incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to make the situation right. What stood out most was how seriously he took the customer experience. There was no arguing, no excuses, and no trying to minimize what happened. He cared more about making things right and maintaining trust than keeping the money from one job. That kind of accountability is rare, and it says a lot about how he runs his business. Problems can happen anywhere, but how a business responds when something goes wrong is what really matters. After speaking with him, I would absolutely feel comfortable giving them another chance and recommending them based on how professionally and genuinely the situation was handled.
