Had a little bit of a hiccup with our first order. Reached out to customer service and they replied IMMEDIATELY and provided a perfect solution! Received 1 lb of cooked tail, knuckle and claw lobster meat and it was delicious. The pieces were HUGE and the taste and texture was really impressive. Their butter is super FABULOUS as well. The shrimp are NOT from New England... they are from Vietnam 11,000 miles away! Zero safety controls. They lied and misrepresented the product. 4 lbs at $168 way too expensive for shrimp sold at Costco also from outside the USA waters. Stay away! read more

I received the 4 lobster roll kit and blueberry pie as a gift. The lobster was sweet, tender and delicious. The meat package had entire tails and claws, not the tiny crumbs of filler crap found in a lot of seafood shipping businesses. I'm impressed and rarely spend the time to do a review but felt this company was worth it. read more

Terrible. My husband ordered the lobster roll pack as a surprise for me since we had to cancel our New England vacation because I broke my leg. We've ordered lobster from various Maine lobster companies in the past. The meat was tough, chewy, stringy with no taste. We followed directions how to prepare, didn't make a difference. So awful we threw half of it out. So disappointed especially with what we paid! Tried working with customer service- just another disappointment. Get In My Belly Everything you need to make sweet lobster rolls- shipped to your door. THE BEST! I simply mixed the precooked lobster with mayo and chives. Ordered a 2 pound live lobster and had high hopes. It arrived late in the day - dead, so much for the instructions saying to beware live lobster as it's "feisty". I immediately steamed it and I don't know how long it was dead but it was inedible. The scallops that came with it were no longer frozen. I contacted the company and someone who told me he was the owner called me the next morning. He asked what the complaint was and as I started to tell him, he interrupted me to blame it on shipping. The UPS driver upon delivery did tell me the "1" on the package indicated it should have been a morning delivery but that his "system" didn't recognize it. So, again the owner asked what the problem was and I again tried to tell him only to be interrupted and have to hear him talk about shipping. I said goodbye and hung up. He called me back and asked why I hung up. I told him that I was not a happy customer and he had no interest in making me a happy customer so our conversation was pointless. He again asked what the problem was and again interrupted my explanation to blame shipping. I did not ask for a refund, I did not dispute the charge on my card although I should have considered one of those I suppose. He told me the lobster was fine when it left their location and it may have been, but if you don't deliver what is a premium product to customers who willingly pay a premium price, then it does not matter the condition of the product when it left your hands. The funny thing is only one claw had a rubber band on it, and he said it was because the other was too big, so how "feisty" was it, when it went in the box? I ordered this for my wife's birthday since lobster is her favorite and we can't have been anymore disappointed regardless of who shipped it. I wish I had just ordered one from Publix. read more

I ordered 6 lobsters and had them shipped to California. They were all fine except one of them fell apart and turned to mush when I steamed it. I thought maybe I could eat it but it tasted funny. I thought no big deal I will just call customer service. I called customer service and left voicemail and got no reply. I also emailed them and got no reply. At 74 dollars per lobster I thought that I would receive better customer service. I will never order from this business again and will not recommend it to anyone. read more

Worst customer service ever. We ordered the lobster rolls package. We followed the instructions, and made the lobster the way is was written in the instructions. It was absolutely awful, they gave so many end pieces of meat (see pics) that were all rubbery tips. It was like all the junk pieces. When we called to complain, we were told we cooked it all wrong. The person said he needed to change his instructions from saying you can defrost it and eat it in the same day. If you look at my pic of the instructions, It says you can run the bag under cold water to defrost it. He now was saying it has to defrost overnight before cooking. He refused to refund our money or send new lobster. It was un-eatable and we threw it all away. DO NOT BUY THIS OVERPRICED GARBAGE. If you want lobster FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, this company will cheat you and not care. It also is not fresh like they claim. when we called he wanted a number on the package that showed when it was frozen, so who knows how long it was frozen, he refused to say. The package didn't evn have a date, or numbers. Trust me when I say do not buy from this company, you will regret it. look at the other yelp reviews, he tells the same thing to everyone that complains, that we cooked it wrong. I wish I could have posted a completely positive review because my experience with this company started off good. My original order date was changed due to weather and Fedex availability. The company kept me abreast about delays. When my package of lobster meat arrived I was concerned because of the smell, the package of meat was no longer frozen and whatever ice packs etc enclosed in the package was gone. I cooked it anyway and it had a sour spoiled taste. I immediately filled out the contact form the same day of delivery to inform the company of the issue. I waited a week hoping for a response before posting a review, no resolution. $100 wasted. Live and learn read more

Ordered 2, 2 1/2 lb live lobsters for our anniversary dinner. The lobsters arrived alive and in good shape. Cooked them the following day and they were still alive and kicking. I followed the cooking instructions that they sent with the lobsters and boiled them for 10 minutes. The instructions sayed to boil for 10-12 minutes. 10 minutes was way too long and the meat was so tuff that it could not be eaten. I figured I had overcooked them, but was upset that I followed the directions but the lobsters weren't good. I called Lobster Anywhere and was told that I had overcooked them, and they would give me an upgrade on my next order. I doubt I will be ordering again, but want to give a heads up to those who order in the future that they need to make sure that they do some research on cooking whole lobsters and be careful about the cooking time. I was not asking for or anticipating a refund, as the cooking was on me and not a problem with the lobsters, but was anticipating a better response from customer service, considering the amount of money spent for the lobsters, instead of an upgrade on my next order. read more
