Let me start by saying my move was a difficult one. We had to move 2 storage units plus our house in a very short period of time. I called Loading Helpers on November 1st and they had me moved on November 2nd. We rented our truck from Penske, where Ben was able to get us a discount. I picked the truck up at 7:30 a.m. where it was ready to go, gassed up and clean. We showed up at our storage units and started loading at 8:30 a.m. The guys were quick and efficient. We loaded the 10x20 unit first and then loaded the partially full 10x10 into the last part of the truck. They guys made sure to pad everything very well so that nothing damaged. The manager Junior did an amazing job leading the crew. After unloading the first truck, we headed back to our house in Spanish Springs to start loading there. The guys made sure to have us back the truck up right to the garage to minimize walking distance. They carefully loaded items from the house to the truck, making sure to pad the furniture. They used the mattress bags and shrink wrap that I provided to make sure that my beds did not get dirty, that was very important to me. They were able to get the whole house into one 26' truck, it was a work of art when they were done. We started the unload in Wingfield mid afternoon. I bought the boys pizza and they were recharged and ready to go. They put the items in the rooms as I had asked and put our beds together as well. They even helped arrange our shelving units out in the garage and put boxes and decorations up on them. It was amazing. At the very end of the job, Junior, the manager did a final walk through to make sure there was nothing else that we needed. From start to finish, this company is amazing to work with. Ben followed up with me to make sure everything was going smooth during the move. Junior and his crew made sure our household items were treated with the kindest of care. I can't say enough about this company. They are locally owned and operated and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move in the Reno/Sparks Area. These guys are the very best at moving. I don't care what your situation is, Ben and his crew will adjust Heaven and Earth to get you moved. We ran into some difficulties and delays on this last move, and when approval finally came thru, at the tail end of the month, naturally every mover in town was booked for weeks out. Ben rounded up some guys, even threw in some perks, and did all this at the 11th hour to get us moved. There is no doubt we would have been screwed without their help. They showed up, on time, were professional, courteous, and very understanding in regards to moving being such a stressful situation. Ours was a difficult move with lots (and I do mean lots) of stuff to move, heavy stuff to move, awkward stuff to move and from a third floor apartment, with the elevator shut down by apartment management. I recently had to leave the house I was living in, because my landlord decided to sell the place. I had a month to get everything packed up and out the door. After nearly 5 years of living in the same place, you could imagine this was not an easy task. Loading Helpers was quick to respond in such short notice. Their Manager, Junior, was incredibly helpful and awesome to work with. As well as the rest of their staff. They took excellent care of my larger/heavier furniture, and made sure the job was done in no time at all. They're not the cheapest option I found, but they certainly were the best. I've moved with other companies before, and they didn't show anywhere close to the same service these guys did! From start to finish, Loading Helpers were fantastic in every step in the process. Ben was courteous and timely in returning calls and answering all my questions. Come moving day, Junior, Carlos and Jesus were friendly, efficient and very professional. These guys were awesome. Arrived right on time and were extremely Friendly. I've had some bad experiences in past with late movers and just not very nice guys to be honest. Junior and Ronnie were the best! When you remember the names of your movers, it means they did something right. Best movers in Reno/sparks area hands down. You won't be disappointed. I cannot remember ever receiving such outstanding customer service. I have done customer service training professionally and would use Ben Pierce as a shining example of what it should be like. He's an excellent and thorough communicator and checked in frequently as the date approached. Ben was great. The crew that came out was friendly, fast, and professional. We had a lot of things to move from a one story to a two story. They were able to prioritize the heavier items to be sure to get those since we knew we would run out of time/space and have to come back for the rest. Awesome service! Moving team was right on time; courteous, respectful and knew what they were doing. We are so pleased; Ben helped us out for a - literally - last minute job request. These guys are not the cheapest movers you can hire....but they are worth EVERY penny! Ben was incredibly responsive and helpful in setting things up, and his team of 4 who showed up to load 2 PODS into my 3 story townhouse were fantastic. The guys worked their tails off, and knocked out the Load-in in just over 2 hours, including lugging several very heavy pieces of furniture up to the top floor. Every aspect of this transaction was professional- from the receptionist to one of the co-owners to the three man team (Junior, Chris and Carlos) that did the work! Not an easy task- moving a 300 lb. computer armoire to a second story. They just didn't show up and start moving- they thought about all the options and selected the best one. Everything went as planned. Respect for property was evident, even the old stuff. Time went over a bit due to long walk from parking to apartment which wasn't originally accounted for, but they hustled and got it done. Be ready for them when they arrive.
