Decided to give this place a try for breakfast. The location seemed pretty empty when we arrived. Still waited 15 minutes to be seated. For being a new location, it seemed pretty dirty. A lot of trash on the floor all over the location the restroom smelled horribly. Small portions for most of the items we ordered. Presentation wise I would give it a 2/10 but most importantly it lacked a lot of taste. Don't be scared to use salt and pepper. I said I'd be back to try more, and that I did. This time I took my husband and we got a bundle of 6 to give to my family. I also tried Cafe de Ollo which packed a punch of cinnamon flavor. As my husband and I walked out, we were thanked by every server of Loaded Cafe. Such friendly people, we felt very welcomed. This place is always packed on the weekends during brunch hours. It's very hyped because of social media. After dining here a few times, I think the food is just ok. I really wanted to like this place but I have not been wowed by anything. Even the strawberry krunch crepes were subpar and I love strawberry krunch anything. Service is very friendly but because of how busy it gets sometimes it's hard to flag somebody down for assistance. I recommend coming when it's not the weekend or brunch time. Great breakfast experience! Josefina was our waitress she was so sweet and provided fantastic service. We had an iced coffee flight Caramel, Mocha and Horchata. We asked her to make them less sweet and all three were delicious! The Horchata was our favorite, just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon. We also had the loaded steak with onions and mushrooms, eggs over easy and extra crispy hash browns. The steak was well seasoned and tender, eggs and hash browns were all cooked perfectly. The crown jewel is the the panecito fresh out of the oven. It's like a hug from grandma with every bite. Perfect crispy sugar coating fluffy soft bread in the center served warm... MMMMMMMM. Only giving a four as even though our waitress was very nice she was not real attractive. The place was pretty empty so not sure why she would not see if we needed anything. The food for me was okay, my two guests said theirs was good. I was a little disappointed when I ordered the spicy beans as they had absolutely no spice. Decided to give this place a try. I had a Mazapan Latte. Didn't taste much like Mazapan. I expected a little more flavor. We didn't know what to order since it was our first time. Our service was ok. We were greeted by the manager which was a plus. I also had the Value Chilaquiles plate. It was 8.99 When it arrived I thought it was a kids meal. The beans look like they smeared them on the plate. We also ordered the Machaca con huevo. Didn't taste very authentic. Especially the rice. I also payed a visit to the women's restroom and it was very dirty. Maybe it should be checked hourly. Portions are too small for price point, this photo of the biscuits and gravy pretty much sums up my claim. Barely enough gravy to cover the top of each half of the biscuit. Came here for brunch & omg there's so many options! It was a little overwhelming at first, not gonna lie but I decided to go with the churro crepes & the chocolate concha shake. We also got the asada chilaquiles and the triple sampler to share. It reminded me a lot of like a hispanic denny's. Tons of options for everyone! I love that they give out mini conchas! I ordered the menudo and right off the bat by the color I could tell it wouldn't be good it taste like canned Juanita's menudo, I wouldn't be surprised if it was honestly. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing taste and quality of the food here. We started with the free conchitas, and they were DELICIOUS and warm. Review is for Panecito located inside of Loaded Cafe. So glad this place opened serving the best conchas ever. I've never had a warm and soft concha like this place.
