Had Lloyds come out and give us our annual inspection. As usual, Dave did a very thorough job. He went everywhere and checked everything and provided us with a very detailed report. Dave is a very respectful and polite person and he does his job very well. Lloyds should feel fortunate to have such a great representative of their company. read more

We have been a customer for over 10 years. We wanted a termite inspection an because we were considering selling our house they wanted 100.00 for the inspection. We went elsewhere and got a free inspection BTW we decided not to sell and will take our business elsewhere. The customer service agents are terrible, I do not recommend any business that doesn't support customer loyalty read more

good commnication with office staff, tech did a thorough job throughout the property.

Amazing work they got rid of all Cockroach issues in my apartment in one visit. Living downtown in a high rise the issue was very bad. However LLOYD PEST CONTROL did the job! read more

I've been using Lloyd's for many years and the service is always professional. There is a noticable reduction of insects in and outside the house with the monthly service. Highly recommend this company. read more

Lloyds has always gone above and beyond. The technicians are friendly, informative, punctual and consistently do that little bit extra! Thank you for the 17 years of exceptional service and for keeping all the pests away! (And for putting up with our endless calls). I highly recommend this company for all pest control needs! read more

I'm wondering if this is the company to go to if you want to be robbed. Not by them directly, no, no, of course not...they are an honorable company...but immediately after the tent comes down -- before you return. It began when I was told they would be arriving between 10:30 & 11:00. When they showed up at 9:OO AM I wasn't fully packed and had to rush it. The house was in the middle of a move so there were boxes everywhere. When I got back no box had been opened, nothing out of place...but the screen on a window had been cut -- a window I had neglected to lock in my hurry to leave. A small box in the back of a cabinet was gone. It had valuables. Sadly very valuable. The thief had known where it was and what to take. Only an inside job made that possible. Nothing else was disturbed. I was the only one up until then who knew where it was. I'm not saying Lloyd Pest Control set this up...ridiculous to even suggest it, but it was clearly an inside job by one of the crew (subcontractors?) who checked out the place when they were here and tipped off a pal at the opportunity that came from MY error -- that error being to not move everything of any value out of Lloyd Pest Control's vision. I guess I will have to consider this one more "Life Lesson Fee". I see by other reviews robbery is not uncommon. If your thinking of getting tented, keep that in mind. read more

This is a very well-deserved thank you to Steve N. out of the El Cajon office. We had the misfortune of learning that we had considerable damage from termites and tenting was necessary. This COULD have been such a hassle, but thanks to Steve, it was NOT! He is a courteous professional whose expertise saved us many steps and we got this work done VERY smoothly. He definitely went out of his way to educate and service us and we are deeply grateful! read more

I have had this company do my pest control for over 2 years. Once they started doing there every 3 month service I have had no bug or rodent problems. They treat my house for the seasons and the value is great read more

So my mother-in-law coordinated with Lloyd's Pest Control to have her house tented on 5/16. Lloyd's sub-contracted the job out to Statewide Fumigation. We discovered that she was robbed by someone who knew what they were looking for because only two items in the whole house were missing and nothing else was gone through. I live next door and the only people inside the house unaccompanied were Statewide personnel, one who was discovered in the very room where an item came up missing. Funny how this same person had the gear to enter the house while gas was deployed. Never again will we use Lloyd's Pest Control or anyone else who contracts with Statewide Fumigation. We are waiting on the police department now. read more

Our neighbors used them to tent their home. We we're nice neighbors and allowed them access to our backyard so they could tent their entire structure. Come to find out, they trampled through all of our BRAND NEW plants we had installed literally a week prior. Now we have to replace the plants because they killed them all. Of course, no mention of the plants from the Loyds team. We discovered it after the job was completed. Bottom line, it's rude and disrespectful, especially since we were the ones allowing them access to our yard so they could properly tent the house. Definitely wouldn't recommend them, it just shows the type of disregard their employees have for others property. read more

I called them to inspect my new home termite check. Very professional and provided in n out report. Always recommend them.

Today I was walking through my neighborhood and noticed the Lloyd Pest Control truck driving by... it was really cool that this is one of the few vendors who consistently does the speed limit! I stopped to thank the tech (James) and he was so appreciative that I noticed. He didn't try to hit me up for business, either, just thanked me for taking the time to talk to him. I was so thankful I wanted to call the company to let them know about him. I asked for a card and it showed the El Cajon address with an 800 number listed. After a brief menu, I was able to press 0 and get a customer service rep immediately. I didn't catch her name but she was very professional and friendly. These two folks help give Lloyd Pest Control a good name! Thanks!!! read more

I don't upstanding a $120 charge for just dusting for cobwebs with no chemicals applied.

Richard was the representative assigned to help with my condo. He was late for the first appointment because he said he went to the wrong address at first. Then, he had not followed up or called me back twice when he said he would. I sent him some pictures of what look like rodent mites, and he couldn't give me any thoughts on these, even though he said they employ an entomologist. Then he said he was going to stop by to pick up samples and take them to the shop. Then he did not show up. Then he said he would stop by the next day, and I received a text saying that he was sick, and that he could follow up the following week, or I could get someone else to help me. He didn't follow up the next week, which ended up being the best thing for me. I ended up having two extermination companies verify rodent mites and one of them is taking care of me now, and I'm not getting any more bites. read more

Service started out on a high note.. and I would have rated Lloyd a 5, but as time has moved on.... so has the level of service. We are in hopes this is a temporary bump in their service quality. I've been using Lloyd Pest Control since I moved in to my home 10 years ago and have had regular quarterly service outside for all that time. I've had two problems in ten years. The first was ants, which they came out and promptly resolved. The second more, recently was with roaches. I've never had roaches, and I was thoroughly repulsed. I called them and they sent out Damon (who has been regularly spraying my house for a long time) the next day. He was thorough, polite, explained to me what he was doing and answered all my questions. This review is for Damon's exception customer service. I have a follow up already scheduled for two weeks and I will update the review about the efficacy of their solution to my problem. I'm very confident that this will work since my experience with them in the past has always been excellent. But I will post an update when the time comes. read more

Never had I come in contact with a company whose employee truly appeared to take pride in the fact he was the face of the company for me. Professional, patient with my questions, thorough with inspection and explanations, knowledgeable, and even helped with a little advice to ease my mind for future needs. Thank you very much Jonathan, for also making me feel comfortable in my own home! The prices are also very affordable - so much so that it is cheaper for me to hire Lloyd Pest control for the bugs than for me to take the time to buy and use an insecticide myself! read more

I didn't have any work done, just an estimate, but the guy didn't measure right the first time. On the second time around he measured the place 20% cubic feet smaller, but only wanted to come down 10% on the price. They were a full 20% more than the Terminix price. On top of that, they set a 4 hour window for the visit and after waiting around all day, he came an hour later. I felt like I was being hustled and sent him on his way. read more

I requested an initial inspection over the (877) 496 0256 phone line. I scheduled an appointment for June 11th. On June 11th I was informed the inspector was not available. Rescheduled for June 13th, after a no-show I called again and was informed the inspector was scheduled for the day prior. I was home all day, if the inspector really was scheduled he did not show that day either. I will not give Lloyds my business, seems like a bad idea based on first impressions. read more

Marco is the man.. he's always here with a smile nod, I highly recommend Lloyds and their services. Thanks Marcos ...

I moved into a home in El Cajon and a few days later I began seeing roaches. Immediately notified property management and Lloyds came into the home gave a treatment method and did the job. Within days many of the bugs were gone and about a month later never seen a roach again. Highly recommend these professionals because I have dealt with other companies that you have to have come out over and over again, but with Lloyds they get it done right away. The customer service is almost non-existent. Tried to get them to schedule my regular appointment on a set day of the week that I will be home and every time I have to call, wait on hold, and reschedule the appointment. The tech changed every other time so I had to go over what I needed each time. Also, after every service I get a bill that should have been auto paid. Again, I will have to call, be on hold until they get around to answering the phone just to pay the bill that I had previously setup on auto pay. Most importantly, the ants are back a week after they spray so it's a waste of money on top of dealing with the horrible customer service. read more

We recently obtained services from Lloyds Pest and Termite control. The termite damage was extensive! Lloyds representative, Shawn was the representative whom came to our home and performed a termite inspection. We also had clearly visible severe external damage to the exterior of our residence. Shawn worked with us on pricing, which included the necessary structural repairs. Shawn and the entire staff are extremely competent, skilled, and personable. We cannot state enough positive feedback, regarding the entire experience with this process, from beginning, to completetion. Lloyds Termite Control gave us our home back! read more

I have been a customer for years. I've utilized them for issues w/ bees, wasps, ants, termites, rats, & mice. Customer service and making appts. has ALWAYS been professional and friendly.
