We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I have lost all faith in this man, my wife and myself called AAA to jump my wife car die to it…read moresitting for the past few weeks and they did a reading on the car and showed my alternator was good but the battery wasn't producing enough power so we had it jumped and drove it to Chatty right after jumping it and had Chatty do a oil change and why did Chatty call my wife stating that he checked and we had to replace my alternator cause it's reading as bad and he could get it for $410 and charge me another $200 to put it in and continued to tell me that we couldn't drive the car cause it wouldn't make it down the street. We made it home and needless to say we doubt need an alternator at all just a new battery. So sad to see cause we used Chatty for years but I see that his values have went away for the dollar!
