Everyone we…read moreworked with was responsive, easy to communicate with, and very easy to get in touch with, even on weekends. When we were trying to make our carpet selection, Paul was able to send samples out quickly and made the whole process very straightforward. They were also incredibly flexible with scheduling. We had other work being completed in the house that kept running longer than expected, which forced us to push our carpet installation back several times. DeSitter was understanding and worked with us each time without making the situation difficult. The installation itself was excellent. Alfredo and his crew replaced all of the existing tack strip and were extremely careful around our newly installed and freshly painted baseboards and newly painted walls. We were especially concerned about damage since so much other work had just been completed, but the crew treated the house with a lot of care. The installers also stayed late on a weekday to make sure they remained on schedule and could completely finish the job the following day. Which was great because it was new carpeting throughout the entire house. That extra effort was very much appreciated. Overall, DeSitter was professional, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We are very happy with both the finished product and the experience and would definitely recommend them.

I had Legend Cabinetry cabinets installed last July (2021) in my kitchen and first floor powder…read moreroom. I purchased them from RCR Cabinetry (Lombard). I could not be happier with the quality of the cabinets and service I received from Ron Brand at RCR. My decision to go with Legend Cabinetry was because I wanted an American made product (from Cottonwood, MN). I did not want a Ready-To-Assemble product from Asia. And I didn't have the budget to get custom-made cabinets. I wanted quality cabinets that looked upscale. After some searching, I found Legend Cabinetry and fell in love with their style and quality. Then I started hunting for a local cabinetry company that sold them. I found RCR Cabinetry and Ron Brand in Lombard, IL. Ron Brand's customer service ability is shockingly excellent! I would think of something in the evening that I wanted to discuss with him and send an email. I didn't expect a response until the following work day. Ron would respond almost immediately. I think the man never sleeps. In addition, I found him very easy to work with. He was always fair with me even when I made a change during the install. And he even showed up on the job site to make sure everything was going well. RCR Cabinetry does not install the cabinets. You must hire your own contractor to do the installation. So it is important to hire a really good one so your cabinets are not damaged or altered during the install. I did ask Ron for several recommendations and I hired the one I thought was the best. Thankfully it worked out well for me. If you are in the market for good quality cabinets, that are made in the U.S.A, not insanely expensive, and service that is second to none, I highly recommend Legend Cabinetry and RCR Cabinetry. I have attached two photos of my kitchen and one of the powder room. The doors are Legend's Niagara style. The color of the cabinets are Glacier painted and the island color is Canyon.

Please make sure you take a very knowledgeable contractor before you sign on anything from RCR…read moreCabinetry otherwise you will end up with very bad materials as they use these specific codes on their contracts that a normal person would not understand and why would anyone look at these small codes after you meet face to face and get shown real nice materials and get promise all PLYwood material made in the US? oh and they don't refund you if you are not happy with your order (hint hint, don't go with someone that doesn't offer that). Trust me I learned afterwards that many dealers do offer refunds if not satisfied. We ended up paying 4000 dollars for cabinets that were half solid wood and half (doors) were very cheap none solid wood that cracked when screwing nails in them. When I tried to return I was shut down completely and in a was told in a very rude unprofessional way that "I got what I paid for" and that I am the only in their history in the business that didn't understand their "codes". And that the case was closed! Unfortunately they ripped me off in a legal way and now I have to deal with very poorly made cabinet doors that no contractor uses in kitchens.

We had checked out the Oakbrook and Downers Grove stores and were looking to see additional pieces…read moreof a style we were looking at and an employee suggested the ride out to the Aurora location. We decided to take the trip and it was worth it. The Fox Vally location had the most patio future displays we'd seen and we quickly found the Gensun Grand Terrace set we were interested in. Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.

Tried to use 3 seams in places we will sit everyday and told me it was structural. I've had 2 other providers since confirm that was a lie. They clearly used remnant pieces hoping we wouldn't notice. The sink was off and they rammed my cabinet door trying to shove it in. 2 nice gauges I get to look at everyday. Of course, they haven't responded to me about this. We had the salesperson from GWFC out to our home to see the work we wanted done on our floors…read more Unfortunately, she selected the wrong type of wood for installation, which no one realized until the crew showed up to pull up our old carpet and install the flooring. The wrong wood had to then be removed, and the correct wood needed to be dropped off. Then rather than have us next in line to have our floors installed, which is what we would have liked in terms of customer service, they scheduled us another month out. This was terribly inconvenient because we had other home projects lined up with various cont based on the original timeline. Those projects are now all delayed as we await installation. Update: GWFC moved us up a week, so we're delayed three rather than four weeks. They also credited us $200. The floors themselves look terrific. The crew that worked on the floors were also very good.

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!
