We paid $2000 yes two thousand dollars for a piece of glass for our dining room table. Guess what? They lost it when they moved twice. Now they are saying that we have to pay an additional $500 for them to replace the glass that THEY lost. We ordered the glass in 2013 after our glass broke on our table. We had it delivered but they couldn't get it into the elevator. They said they couldn't get it up the stairs because they weren't insured. So they kept it for us until we are moving which is now. We have called intermittently since we bought it to confirm they still had it. I cannot believe how rude they are! Any company would apologize and give us a replacement glass dont YOU agree?

That's why I had to return another day. They have an angry cat in the store that follows you around the store. The hissing is pretty unwelcoming, so they should rethink keeping the cat in such a public space. I was pretty hesitant to move around the store, especially when it blocked the only way forward. They have some toilets on display but only a few Toto. When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly. That was tempting but since toilets are for sitting, we really wanted to test them out and see if they're comfortable first. That's the only reason why we ended up getting the toilet at another store that had a bunch of Totos on the floor

I learned that this is because they own $800K CNC equipment for large jobs cutting and edge polishing. All the other local providers probably outsource to them. Their service is excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I depended on white glove delivery service to carry a 245lb dining table top into our home up one flight of stairs. They took their time and care to align the top on the table base correctly. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
