The woman who answered my call was helpful, asking me for the dimensions so that she could give me a quote right away. I received a quote on that call, and at the same time, was able to make an appointment for 24 hours later, to have the piece installed. Not only did the servicemen who came to install the mirror come in the first 5 minutes of the 2 hour window, they called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were extraordinarily polite, thoughtful and careful, cleaned up carefully, and corresponded with the office to make sure that their work had been done right not only to my specifications but to their supervisor's as well. Best of all, they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Was told that they would arrive on Friday between 2-3 pm which they did. Two men drove up in a professional 9 foot van- both very professional and polite. I had two shower doors worked on and the second required hinges they didn't have on hand. They left, purchased them and returned the next morning to finish the job. Neftali provided with a receipt for the job which included a receipt for the parts. Communication was very smooth and responsive. Also the repairmen that was sent to my home did a nice job- cleaned up after themselves, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrific experience from start to finish…read more I had a terrific experience with NYC Glass & Window Repair. Daria was a wonderful initial point person and stayed in touch throughout the process by phone and text. Vova came out for the initial assessment and measurements, and he was patient, kind, and really listened to what I needed. The initial estimate was more than I could afford, and I thought I'd have to contact several other companies for bids. Oliver worked with me to bring the price closer to my budget, and I was able to skip that exercise. I also decided to handle the glazing and weatherstripping myself. Michael and Ivan came to do the work, and they were thorough, quick, and resourceful. These are very old windows, and they encountered some obstacles along the way, but they figured things out and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up beautifully and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The workmen's primary language is Ukrainian, so their English was sometimes limited, but this was easily handled because there was always someone in the office available to communicate with both of us in either Ukrainian or English. I've had plenty of experience with workmen whose first language isn't English, so this wasn't an issue for me. I also really appreciated the way the company combines technology with personal communication. Everything is handled efficiently, but you never feel like you're being left to deal with technology on your own. There was always a real person keeping in touch. The entire team is Ukrainian, which was particularly meaningful to me as an East Village resident and a Veselka old timer. I was very happy to support them. This is the way business should be done. Five stars without hesitation!
