The regular pedicure was just that "regular". the basics are done, totally get that, every step about it was mediocre. If I opted for shellac on my toes, that would've been a waste of $18 added on. The polish application was messy. She used a toothpick to "clean" up around the nails. Typically places use a brush with acetone to clean around the cuticles. The person doing my pedicure even noticed and says "oh it's bumpy you want me to remove", of course remove it and reapply. Maybe she was in a rush, if that's the case them do not take on a pedicure. The nails, they are okay. I did a simple shape (round/almond) and "design" mainly solid shellac color polish. The polish is also bumpy which could be from the acrylic application and prep. I'll have to see if the polish starts to lift since she didn't file the edges once she was done. I had to reshape once I got home. If you go to the nail salon, you're paying for a service and I feel like the establishment should do the basic steps of ensuring their work is up to par. If not, then the owner/management should really consider on who is working for them because the service they provide is reflection on the business. I would recommend save yourself the trip and try somewhere else.

During the service she nicked six of my nail beds, breaking the skin and causing bleeding, and then added an extra $20 charge for cuticle work that was never discussed. My daughter asked four times for coffin-shaped nails, but her technician Lam shaped them incorrectly and had to shorten the nails to fix the mistake, with no price adjustment. We paid $393.60 for smeared polish, bleeding cuticles, and an experience that left us very uncomfortable. We will not be returning. if I could rate this experience 0 stars I would.
