I have purchased lots of furniture from living spaces and normally have good things to say, but I am extremely disappointed in their service on my last purchase. I have waited months for the matching buffet table to my dining table to be restocked, so I joined a waitlist. The other day I was notified that they have the product back in stock and purchased it right away! The delivery date was supposed to be in TWO days (Friday) and received a confirmation email stating they'd contact me to schedule a delivery time. Well, I did get a call but not to schedule my delivery but to tell me they are OUT OF STOCK! Unacceptable! I sold my current tv stand as soon as I could knowing my new one would be here soon and now I'm told I won't receive it for 7-14 days! I have a house warming party this weekend and a massive piece of missing furniture thanks to living spaces. As much as they want to sugar coat the fact that they oversold their products, that's exactly what happened. Otherwise, I'd be getting my furniture on its original delivery day. Not to mention they weren't even willing to do anything for the inconvenience! If I knew this would be the case I would have never purchased with them. Extremely disappointed in their service. read more

I wouldn't recommend buying upholstered furniture here. We bought our $3k sectional this time last year and the seams on the seat cushions have come apart. I called customer service and since the 1-year warranty has ended there is nothing they can do. They recommended taking it to an upholstery shop. What's worse is we are still making payments on this $3k sectional and this is the quality we get?? Take your business elsewhere. read more

Terrible customer service and follow up... (this is long but please read entire thing if considering purchasing from them.) I purchased an adjustable base and mattress both were delivered around 2pm, upon delivery one of the bases (2 twins to make the King) did not work, the delivery driver said some one would be out that day with the box to fix it and I would be getting a phone call. I waited until 6pm hearing nothing I called back in, talked to someone who said they would get the part on an emergency order and I would have it between 6pm and Midnight but typically it isn't anywhere near midnight. As I had taken time off of work that day for the delivery waiting seemed like the best choice, so I waited up till Midnight NOBODY CAME.... Then I called in the morning talked to Sean. (Who then told me I needed to send pictures so that they could put the part on order, when I informed him the delivery driver had taken pictures and shown me when he submitted the case) he immediately back peddled and went oh yeah I see a parts order was created at 9:19am this morning. Still no explanation on why the guy did not show up the 6 hours I waited for him the previous day. When I asked to talk to his supervisor he informed me they were all busy and that someone would call me back and that he would have to let me go because basically he was there alone there was no one else at their corporate that could assist me. (Forgive me by this time I had given up on people calling me back or even showing up). So I stalled until Marissa came on (Sean's supervisor) she basically informed me that someone should have came between 6pm and midnight but didn't and she would figure it out and call me back.... She called back roughly 40 minutes later, she let me know 1. There was none of the part they needed (black box on the bottom) so I would have to wait 5-7 days for it to be shipped from California, 2. My option was to switch adjustable bases but they didn't have the same style so I would have to pick something else and pay the difference. I went so those are my only 2 options (wait more then a week or pick something pay the difference and still wait the 2+ days it would take them to deliver it? Mean while the entire time I am just baffled because I have been lied to about pictures being taken, deliveries that didn't happen, and no one once said we will make sure to make this right NOT ONCE. They made me feel like it was my fault my problem and that whatever resolution they could come up with would be likely a week out of fixing it for me. Still waiting on some type of resolution.... DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE and shop somewhere else. I oversee operations for 50+ distribution locations. I can safely tell you the way this was handled still boogles my mind. read more

This place is awful! Any warranty issues they will not honor! They ignore emails, phone calls, etc. and their sales/management just act like they have no idea what you are talking about when you go into the store. Awful, awful, AWFUL customer service and warranty department, especially for the amount you pay! read more

This is a very nice store with lots of inventory. I see other reviews about the sales people not being on commission and all, but I think its a double edged sword. I dont feel like they were very knowledgeable on many aspects of the furniture they are selling. I thought there accents section was awesome. Maybe it's me, but I kind of miss the small family furniture store. Getting old I guess. All in all a nice experience. read more

My son recently bought a sofa and loveseat, console and a coffee table. Josh who helped us was excellent. He was very professional, helpful, patient and overall just wonderful to deal with. Our console, coffee table and loveseat arrived within a few days after purchasing. LIVING SPACES would've gotten five stars however the delivery charge no matter what they're delivering is $100! By the time they deliver the three seat couch it is coming from California it will of been over two weeks since we bought it. I was offered to pay an extra $29.99 to have the 3 seat couch delivered this weekend! Honestly these prices are outrageous and infuriate me! Follow up- Went into the store this morning and talked with manager August(AJ) and Katalyn. Wow! I was shocked to be treated so wonderful! They were beyond helpful and told me they would deliver my furniture this evening which it came at 7:30pm. They refunded me the delivery charge. They both apologized and said they were sorry doe the misunderstanding I received when I called the 1-800 customer svc number. They assured me customers always come first. They went Above and Beyond to help me and were very professional and compassionate towards my issue. I will go back to the Gilbert store in a heart beat!! I changed my stars from 3 to 5! I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER! THANK YOU LIVING SPACES! read more

If you ever need help picking out furniture go see Monique at this Living Spaces location! We were furnishing many rooms in a new home and this store can be overwhelming so the first time we left there, after trying to pick things out ourselves, we left disappointed and with no purchases made. The second time we came back when we had some more time and they mentioned we could work with a designer. We gave her the dimensions of some of our rooms and she was able to show us on a screen how the furniture we were interested in would fit. It was super helpful to visualize it. Monique was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We told her the general idea of things we were looking for and she gave excellent recommendations. She wasn't pushy or told us that we had to buy one thing over the other - but just helped us see how pieces would work together and guided us with color and fabric choices. She made sure to write down each piece we picked out, checked that it was in stock, and tracked it all in a virtual shopping cart for us so that when it was time to check out it was a smooth process. I would recommend going on a Sunday morning or another non-peak time so that you can utilize the experts there - it made it a wonderful process! Will post a follow up review once our furniture is delivered. read more

I've been here twice and each time I fall in love with the store even more! I've gotten a lot of help from Naz and Corey. Corey spent about two hours with me picking out items for my new living room. Recently we purchased a king bed frame, tempur-pedic mattress and various other related bed items. We waited over two weeks for the items to be delivered and the day of delivery only the bed frame was delivered. After, contacting customer service, we were told they can not answer why the mattress was not part of the scheduled delivery! Now Living Spaces will deliver the mattress tonight between 6 & 12pm!! So we have to stay up and the hell with going to work in the morning!!! Extremely disappointing! read more

Wouldn't want my worst enemy even shopping at Living Spaces. Bought a new mattress in April 2017, it was delivered with a lump the size of a human body in it. They took 5 weeks to have someone come out and look at it before saying yes, it's defective. Then refused to refund my money, said store credit only. All the mattresses are now double the price and they say I have to pay the difference. They won't come pick up the defective mattress that's been sitting in my living room for 5 months, the agent told me to "find storage for it" and that I am not allowed to throw it away. I filed a claim with my bank which denied me since they were offering store credit. However, now that the claim is over Living Spaces now no longer honoring store credit. The agent for their warranty dept actually told me they are keeping my money and will not provide a replacement since I didn't buy a replacement within 30 days of delivering the defective one. FILED with BBB. RUNNNNNNN!!! read more

I will never shop at Living Spaces again. The warranty and customer service is awful! I bought my couch in November, the phone charging port went out in January, and now it is August and I am still waiting for them to fix it. The reclining section on one side was also broken, they did get that fixed within 3 months. I have had someone come out to the house twice... with the wrong part. They order their parts from China, so it takes 8 to 12 weeks for the part to come in. When you call the warranty service people, they are very rude and unhelpful. The couch is OK, the price was OK, but I would rather pay a little more and have a company that stands behind their product. read more

I guess I should have read the reviews before going to Living Spaces! Our salesperson Reed was terrific. Unfortunately, I wanted to look for one more item, and during that time, my salesperson was with a new customer. We were waiting for checkout when we were told by another sales associate, Lori, that we didn't need to wait for Reed. She could complete our check out. Big mistake! We told her the delivery date of our couch was to be on the 29th. She put in the system delivery for July 5th. She wanted us to sign the sale document that said July 5th. My husband was vocal and said for the 2nd time wanted our couch delivered on June 29th. Lori, the best I can describe, was snippy and said my husband needed to sign the document, she would change it later. Guess what! It was never changed to the correct delivery date. We did not get our sofa on time. Customer service over the phone was very nice. But this was a situation that could have been avoided! We have no idea why Lori would not put our delivery date in the system correct when we asked two times. We had planned on getting a few more items from Living Spaces for our new home, and I doubt we will be back. read more

Besides the hovering salespeople, I bought a sofa and the entire process was great! Salesperson was extremely patient as I selected my materials, she very carefully explained to me the process for delivery, cashier was smooth, they texted me when my order was ready for delivery so I could call and get it scheduled. They followed up with texts and voice messages to make sure the schedule was correct. The delivery guys showed up right on time and were clean, quick and so very polite. And I love my new sofa! Overall enjoyable experience! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - First time buyers to Living Spaces, we purchased a $900 sideboard. The one on the floor had issues where the doors would not close properly...it was actually built wrong where the hinges on one side of the doors were actually welded on backwards. When ordering our new piece, the floor manger assured me the new item would not have the same defect. Got our sideboard, and sure enough - it was also built with the hinges welded backwards. Rather than pick up the item and swap it for us, they sent out a technician to try and "fix" the doors, even though the issue wasn't repairable. After 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls, they finally they agreed to let me return or swap the item, but only if I brought the item back to them - they refused to pick it up unless I paid a $99 fee! Speaking to a manager got me nowhere. It's incredible how a company refuses to take care of customers, especially when they have sold faulty furniture. read more

My husband and I bought 4 bar stools in August 2016. A the end of January one of our guests were sitting at the bar stool and the support leg broke, the ends were shredded. I called the warranty line. They asked me to send pictures, I did. I had to follow up with THEM a week later. They confirmed the receipt of my pictures and assured me someone would call. I finally connected with someone in the warranty department. They said they would send a new support leg. Once I received it (could take up to 8 weeks), I was to call back and schedule for them to out and attempt to repair. IF they could not repair it, Living Spaces would allow us to exchange the barstool. Sounds great! After 6 weeks of not hearing from anyone, I followed up and spoke to a nice gentleman in the customer service department who said he would check on it. HE assured me my order was still processing and would send a follow up to the distributor (who sends the part), and they would follow up with me to give me an ETA. NO ONR FOLLOWED UP. At week 9 I called and spoke to a nice gal in customer service. She had me on hold for quite awhile. She explained they no longer made the barstool so therefore they do not have replacement parts. Who was ever going to notify me? WHy wasn't this told to me at my first or even second call. She explained she could have a tech come out and try and repair the existing broken piece or we could return the barstools. I let her know I would try the tech first, since I love these barstools and if it didn't work we would look at the other option to return, she said that was fine. Freddie came out several weeks later. Yes, he was able to fashion the broken piece back on. HE had to paint it (since it shredded at the end) and installed it using a metal brackets twice the width of the support leg causing it to stick out. It's an accident waiting to happen if you have small kids. Freddie assured me he would write in his report my dissatisfaction and his inability to give the barstool the same quality. I asked him for a copy of the report, he refused to give me one. But assured me he would write everything up appropriately. We called Living Spaces, they could not help us since they had not received the report. They assured us someone would call us back. No one did. My husband called back just to be told that the barstool was fixed and there was nothing they would do for us. NOt once did they ask what we were looking for, or try to empathize with spending $270 per barstool just to have them break 6 months later. I called the same day to speak to a supervisor. The gentleman also not empathetic, told me there was nothing that could be done. Unbelievable. I have requested to speak with someone above him, which I am sure no one will call me back...since so one has throughout this whole process. THey have lied to us and taken advantage. We spent over $4000 on furniture with them. read more

I spent about $5k at living spaces a few months ago. In my purchase I bought a love seat and couch. After about 2 months, the cushions became very lumpy. I called it in and sent pictures in which they acknowledged that there is definitely a problem. I was assured that they would repair or replace. After a few weeks I hadn't heard back and called in to learn they closed the file stating that there was no problem. This was after someone was at my house and acknowledged that there was a manufactures defect in the cushions. When I called in and asked if Living Spaces was going to correct this, they hung up on me. Edited and more: So this get's better. When the tech was out and acknowledged to me that there is a manufacturer's defect, he had me sign a paper that said so. I called back this evening to learn that after he left, he added into his notes "No Defect" and used my signature to acknowledge that they wouldn't be helping out and that they could close the case. I contacted 3 on Your Side regarding the issues and manipulation of the paperwork. If anyone else has a recent negative experience, please message me if you want to collaborate with 3 On Your Side. read more

Save your time and go somewhere else. Furniture is cheap and seems to be decent quality but the way this place is ran is completely nonsense. I ordered a sectional, came to pick up 2 weeks later after I was told solid arrival date, just to be told that it wasn't there and to come back in another two weeks. Showed up another two weeks later to have them tell me it's still not there and they don't know when it will be in still. The wort part is along the whole way we talked to multiple employees and customer service reps on the phone who each told us different stories and ZERO clear answers and where our couch was. Finally after going in and talking to 2 different managers, we were told that they discontinued the model of couch we ordered and they were waiting for a new version to come out, but had no idea how long that would be! No phone calls or anything along the way to let us know we would not be getting the couch we ordered over a month ago. Finally after a manager told us that we could wait an unknown amount of time to see when the new model would be out, or we could have the floor model that had been out for over 5 months. Of course I don't want a "used" couch for the price I paid, and I'm not interesting in waiting an indefinite amount of time for a couch! Went ahead and cancelled order and found something similar at AFW for cheaper. Save you time and hassle and go somewhere else! read more

After giving this complaint they asked me to go to a website to enter my order number to see what happened. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt I did. The worst customer service I ever experienced! I was on hold for more than 10 mins for 3 times. They have same day deliver if purchased before 4pm. I bought it at 2:59 pm, but not only couldn't they deliver it that day, but not even the next day! I had to pick a day 5 days out for a same day delivery charge. When I told the salesperson that I wasn't sure I'd be able to be home on a Monday, he said I could change the delivery time. But I was on hold for more than 10 mins for the 3 times I called. When I reached someone on an 800 number they said the delivery Dept was not answering the phone! They couldn't change the time even to a different time of the delivery day. I wound up having to leave my apt and go to the hospital as I was afraid would happen and missed the delivery by 5 mins. I then got a call 4 mins later, but she couldn't send the driver back and I had to reschedule and pay a fee! And I couldn't call to reschedule until the following nite! Not even the following day! I never had worse service! The irony is that I live down the block from the store! Should be an easy delivery, but they have a system that is inflexible and has no interesting in servicing the customer. read more

Great furniture at great prices really great customer service experience will buy again from living spaces thanks living spaces

The customer service at the Gilbert location was so disappointing and I will not shop here again. I recently purchased two end tables with a matching coffee table. The sales associate told me there would be no assembly, except for possibly attaching the castors on the bottom of the coffee table. When the furniture arrived and we opened the boxes, we saw that a lot of assembly was needed. My husband struggled putting together the first end table because the holes were not lining up correctly for the legs, so I called customer service to schedule someone to come out and assemble the pieces. I was told there would be a $99 charge and maybe I should go to the store and speak with a manager about our situation. I did go in and spoke with a manager. He went on at length about how he has had problems with this sales associate giving inaccurate information, that he would be having a conversation with her, and it would not go well. This is not my problem and not appropriate- was this supposed to make me feel better? After he contacted customer service, he told me the only way they could assemble the furniture was if we returned it, they picked it up at my home, took it back to the warehouse, we re-bought it, and they brought it back to our house. They could then assemble it. This seems like a lot of back and forth with this furniture, when I was just asking for someone to come to my house and assemble it. He mentioned a potential problem with this- these three pieces were the last ones in stock and since one of the end tables was now out of the box, partially assembled, it might get damaged. It was also interesting that when I initially called customer service, I was told that a "rescue" appointment could be made for someone to come out and assemble the furniture (for a fee), but as I stood in the store and listened to the manager talk to customer service, that option was taken off the table. I waited for the manager to come up with a solution to salvage this sale. How about suggesting that all three pieces be returned, the two unopened ones come back to us with people to assemble them, and the other end table be re-ordered for us and brought out/assembled when it comes in? I had believed that managers were there to solve problems and not complain about their sales associates. At last I made a decision; even though I had liked the furniture in the showroom, I decided the sale needed to be canceled and I will look elsewhere. In these uncertain times, I guess Living Spaces did not care about losing a sale- and a customer. read more

We have had our living room set for 1 year and 5 months. One of our chairs was delivered a few days after the rest of the furniture and at the time we thought nothing of it. Now 1 of the legs from their repair job has fallen off and they refuse to take any responsibility due to the fact that it is over a year. First off, we never would have accepted a repaired chair as we were buying new and expected to receive a new chair. Second they said as the customer I may have been the one that tried to repair the chair (although the repair was in an area that was not visible). Standard company policy is "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do." read more

The worst customer service of any furniture store I have ever purchased furniture. I would give it ZERO if I could. I will never buy anything from them again. I tried to call the store manager but there is only one number which is the corporate offices in California. I was told my delivery was going to be between 6 pm and 12 midnight, yes 12 midnight. By 11:30 pm I called the only number available and they let me know that is was scheduled but did not get on the truck. No one called to let me know. Got the run around until I was finally connected to the manager in Gilbert. She promised it would be there by 3 pm today, the first stop she said, it's 4:30 NOT HERE. Horrible horrible horrible. By the way, when I gave it 1 star this is what pops up - " Eek! Methinks not. " Guess what, YES, the worst! read more

Bought new furniture having just moved to Arizona here at Living Spaces. Bought a couch, two dressers and a mattress. One of the dressers has a broken drawer. I have two options: pay to have the drawer fixed for $99.00 or get a store credit and have to buy another dresser and pay another delivery fee of $99.00. The furniture is brand new never been used and what I thought was under warranty. At least the other furniture store I bought furniture from stands behind their furniture and sent a repairman free of charge. I do not recommend Living Spaces. read more

Do you notice most of the good reviews are from people who only visited the store, but did not purchase an item. I was the same way, very impressed with the store and their amenities while looking. Nevertheless, soon as you spend your money (In my case over $2,000), and receive their product, that's when the review goes from 4 stars to 1. Bad quality, but worse warranty service! I waited six weeks for my couch to be made and delivered, and it came with some obvious defects. The design tacks on the side were not in a straight row but some were out of place, looking like I got the piece at a discount store. I called Living spaces numerous times and they said they would send someone out. Someone did come out, only to verify what they already saw in the pictures, that it was in fact a defect. Then that tech was supposed to schedule a pickup for the piece and fix it. Unfortunately, that meant I would again not have it for a few weeks while they fixed. Yet, no one ever came or called. Four weeks later I called "warranty" department to see what was up and had to explain everything again. I asked for a manager but no manager was available (although they have multiple... this I was told by one of their reps). Thus, me and the rep agreed to a pick-up day and what do you know.... No one showed up to pick up. NO call...Nothing! But don't forget now I wasted a whole day at home waiting for them to come in the 'pick-up window time.' Also, the feathers that the couch is packed with for comfort, poke out of the cushions daily. My kids are getting poked and scratched as they sit down and now just know to pull out the large feather from the couch that is poking their skin. As there is no way to push it back in. This is happening throughout the day, and Living spaces told me that that is normal and will happen. So, all who are looking to buy from them, know that this defect is acceptable to them and WILL HAPPEN. Their words. I have owned many couches and other down-feathered items and this is not normal to happen on a daily or even weekly basis! I have called their stupid number (877) 266-7300, there is NO HELP PROVIDED there. Speaking to warranty department I have requested a manager now on multiple calls (including just a few minutes ago) and still no Manager has ever been available. I purchased this mid-August and it is November 29th now and still no fix or resolution! Update: After I left this review, I was finally contacted by customer service because of the review. Eventually they did fix the design tacks and now the couch looks really nice. The feathers still poke out, but not as often at all. I appreciate them finally fixing one of the issues. I wish I could raise this a star because of the fix, but it just took entirely too long and too much of my energy to rate this anything higher than 1 star. read more

My husband and I bought our sectional on 7/4/17. As we walked into Living Spaces, we were quickly greeted by a friendly manager and asked what exactly we were shopping for. We told him we wanted a sectional, he directed us to the location of all their sectionals and proceeded to radio over one of their employees. The woman who helped us was name was Allison and she was AMAZING! Not only did she help pick out, design, and plan our sectional, but acted super professional and was very friendly during the whole process. We walked up to the counter to pay for our new furniture, the cashier was also super friendly and courteous. Towards the end of our transaction we needed the help from one of the managers. Just like everyone else there, she was bubbly, friendly, and a class act. We were told that our furniture would take 4-5 weeks to deliver, 4 weeks later it was! It's perfect, fits amazingly, and the gentlemen who delivered it were friendly and awesome. I know some reviews on this site are a bit negative. too bad I didnt read reviews first. I ordered and PAID bed, dresser, and chaise. Well, they took my money, charged my credit, delivered a bed that was not fully complete! Delivery drivers could only set up the bed partially because they said, the packers did not pack all the parts??? HUH?? Delivery guy said it would be no problem, he wrote on my receipt there was a problem, told me to call first thing in morning and they would have correct parts on truck delivery by next day afternoon. Next morning I called at 9am and rep was extremely rude. I asked for a manager which she said she would escalate call and have someone call me back. That never happened. Called again at 9pm and customer service rep said there was no record of my previous call. Said she would put in order to exchange the whole bed? WTH? The store had delivered a damaged side that had a label "DAMAGED- DO NOT SELL". I found this label inside the drawer of the table. Then the coffee table that was delivered to me was the one on display and was also damaged. When I told them that it was the one they had on display( I knew because I knew where the damage was when I was looking at it) I was told that it was new. I went to the display area and sure enough, the coffee table they delivered to me was the one on display. Luckily, I was able to return the items but my delivery fee was not refunded to me. This furniture store's policy is dishonesty. They tell you before you purchase that the items are in stock and when you're ready to pay, you are told that they are in stock in another state. Very dishonest. Do not purchase anything from this store. Besides, the items are of mediocre quality. read more

I give Living Space and their supposable VIP Care Protection Plan - ZERO stars - I had to place at least one star to post. They make sure they can deny any claim. I will never shop here again and am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of customer service - which they gave me a complete run-a-round and made me jump through hoops to have broken wobble furniture repaired. DO NOT BUY THEIR VIP Care Protection Plan - technically my furniture should be under a year manufacture warranty - which they also won't accept. For spending well over $1200 - I'd expect better service. My chair support is broken and bench is put together very badly. read more

I purchased a $2000 Jonathan Louis sectional from living spaces about 3 years ago. Overall, the foam, frame, and fabric have held up well. However, within one year, the seams of the cushions started to come apart. Living Spaces was great about replacing those covers. Two years later, I took my covers off to wash them. I found that EVERY other cushion seam was also coming apart. Clearly this was an indicator of poor craftsmanship and lack of quality control on the manufacturer's part. I contacted both Living Spaces and Jonathan Louis, who both had standard pat answers... the fabric is only warranted for one year. UH, who said there was a problem with the fabric? And, clearly this problem existed in the first year, it just wasn't seen. So now, I have to go and re-sew EVERY cushion before they all fall apart. And there are 14 of them all together. This is a HUGE job. I'm sorry, but when I spend $2000, I expect that the job will be done right. Shame on you Living Spaces and Jonathan Louis for not standing behind your products. You've lost a good customer and I will be sure to share with anyone who will listen. Marketing 101 - it's cheaper to keep a customer happy than to find a new one. read more

I had been tracking my delivery by phone, so I jumped back on. We were #12 for the day, they were on #14 when I checked. Totally blew us off. Got a text from the driver telling me they were going to reschedule my delivery. Called back, spoke to a manager this time, they couldn't reach dispatch either. I'm calling about a delivery issue and no one in your delivery department is answering??? Strange. Now have to wait till our setter is back in receiving before we can reschedule. We have one more outstanding order, we will then take our business elsewhere. read more

If I could give living spaces a 0 stars I would . After reading reviews I see I am not alone! I purchase a "VIP" warranty with my table and chairs this covered an array of covered incidents .We were hesitant to purchase a warranty being that everyone always say they never hold up their end! Well it's true they do not! I followed exactly what they said to do accident happens call immediately! They denied my claim based on accumulation ! What a waste! Ironically I was in living spaces a week prior looking to purchase a large sectional Thank goodness I didn't! The customer service through corporate is terrible. They drag you along through an appeal process. I would not recommend using living spaces warranty protection program . Living spaces lost our family and friends as customers . read more

I am so distraught, I am writing this review in hopes that NO ONE has to go through what I am going through. Customer Service is a Joke, in fact there is no customer service. No supervisor is available when you call, and I was given a phone number to reach someone and they would not transfer me to the extension. Really???? We needed a new Mattress and have had trouble finding what we wanted at the price point we wanted. We checked out living spaces and had a good experience inside the store but should have used the sense God gave me, and ran out of the store when they made me sign a disclaimer that the mattress could not be returned. You are thinking "yes, you are dumb". However, when the mattress arrived it was as hard as a rock. I thought, it just needs time to expand, but when we went to bed it was like sleeping on a fabric covered board. I finally got up at four because my back and joints hurt like I had slept on the floor all night. The next night wasn't any better. I called and asked if the mattress could have been miss-tagged. At first they offered to send someone out and look at it, but it would cost me $99. I said I was willing to pay, but then they said, oh, I guess we can't send someone for that mattress. Your just stuck with what you bought. They gave me the name of the manufacturer and hung up. After another phone call, I realized, I had already been documented by the first phone call and there was no way they were going to help me. Do I feel scammed? yes, I am out nineteen hundred dollars and I don't even have my old bed to sleep on. How do these people sleep at night? read more

Absolutely trash, on top of the terrible staff, when I got the furniture it was damaged beyond repair. Double the wait time for a second delivery to hope it's not nearly as messed up as the first. Over all terrible experience. read more
