Wow. Really bad service. Was given a design expert to help me pick out furniture. She was zero help and really knew nothing about the furniture. I went to America furniture and they were 100x better. read more

I ordered a rug from their website. Its been almost 3 months and no rug! I called the store 3 times, showed up in person and emailed the "person" who could assist me with a refund for the mystery rug. Now when I call I can't even get anyone to pick up the phone. This is ridiculous and I am extremely disappointed with this poor display of customer service. This experience has been so annoying. I will never order anything from them online again and I was a pretty good customer. read more

We spent several weeks driving all over Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa visiting furniture stores to find what we wanted for our new home. Living spaces was great to us. The sales staff was excellent. Helpful but no pressure. They were able to help us customize our selections to match our decor and walked us through the order and delivery process. We did have an issue with the recliners and were somewhat frustrated with the corporate customer service office. In the end we went back to the store and asked to speak to a manager. Crystal MacMahon looked into our order and our concerns and took care of everything. She was polite, helpful and able to turn the experience around. I am sure Living Spaces sells a ton of furniture and would be just fine without my business, but my concerns seemed to matter to Crystal and it was obvious she wanted us to come back next time we needed furnishings. True measures of companies is how they treat you when not everything goes right and how interested they are in helping you. Will continue to recommend Living Spaces in Gilbert to others and will be back next time. Mark N. read more

When I first walked into Living Spaces, Sales Manager "Kara" greeted me like a Rock Star. (Which according to my academic/athletic resume, I probably am!) Then invited me to tour the facility at my leisure, with her and her team readily available to answer any questions. Like many other furniture stores, there was a huge selection of stylish quality merchandise at reasonable prices. But unlike most others, I wasn't pounced on and hovered over by commission-based salespeople. At the particular department I was interested in, I sought out "Greg" -- who displayed an encyclopedic knowledge of the reclining sofa I wanted. Upon returning a few days later, I was disappointed that Greg was off because I wanted to make sure he got the sale. But "Mae" explained how there were no commissions, then introduced me to "Dean." Not only did he skillfully close the deal on the recliner, but also a few other items that caught my eye in the online catalog -- while importantly complying with my request that both he and Greg would receive credit. At the checkout, "Joshua" expertly handled the somewhat complicated transaction and (after a phone call by Dean to the warehouse) greatly expedited the shipping process to my home. Delivery men "Frank" and "Marvin" then did a terrific job moving their precious cargo up to my twisty staircase, top floor apartment. (In perfect condition so I didn't need the extra protection warranty I'd purchased, which appears to be far superior to any I've seen before.) The "frosting on the cake" came when Kara casually mentioned all the charitable endeavors of this fine company. Especially for foster kids and our heroic veterans -- two of my FAVORITES. A list to which I'll now be adding Living Spaces!! read more

Worst customer service. After receiving my shipment I will never purchase from here again. I ordered $1,300 worth of purchases on Friday. I was number 3 for delivery of which arrived at around 9:20pm and did not leave until 10:40pm without completing my bunk beds of which I stressed i needed before my girls got home from camp on Saturday. The bunk beds were defective (screws kept striping) and they were unable to put together. They left the item disassembled then leaving me to call the store in the morning to figure out what to do. I called at 10:30am to set up a new delivery, I was told I was be called within 2 hours to ensure I had a earlier deliver than Friday but that never happened. I called to see what happened and where we were at on the delivery status and was told that I was 6th on delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and he was unwilling to speak to me but told his rep how to handle this situation. He 'advised' her on what to say. I'm 35 wks pregnant, I honestly do not need this stress and to have such crappy service has not been helpful for me having to be back and forth on the phone and even going into the store. This is why I paid the delivery fee to avoid this stress and make things a bit more easier. In the end it's been a nightmare. It's is 9:22pm and finally have the truck coming to deliver my bunk bed while my girls are still up waiting for them to complete this so they can go to bed. No one was willing to help. All I got was, Gosh I'm so sorry this happened. There is nothing I can do. I will not ever refer this place to anyone I know BECAUSE of the terrible customer service. read more

We bought a new Magnolia sofa from this store two months ago and it is already pilling and losing feathers. We spent over $2,500 on it and are aware that normal ware and tare happens, but are shocked that this happened after only two months. I went to the store after getting denied warranty online and they will be replacing it. The store is customer service is great, but I would not suggest the Magnolia sofa to anyone. read more

Hello!! This place is amazing!!! Awesome furniture. And awesome people and very good prices. Seriously just got a bed Fran, super comfortable mattress and an adjustable base plus four pillows for $3000!! Oh yea and the warranty is in that price too. What??? I mean c'mon man! Ok but seriously Nichole and Chez in the mattress area were so helpful. And then we go the cashier, Yoshi, was so freaking nice and helpful when there was a minor problem with the shopping cart! Can't say enough about the good experience. I'll definitely get the rest of my furniture there in the future. read more

I bought furniture from living Spaces after looking at several stores I thought their quality seem better I paid $2400 for a couch and I bought some other pieces of furniture the couch was a sectional one of the pieces had to be replaced three times and then one of the reclining pieces broke someone come out to look at it it was a rivet that snapped in half and made the chair crooked and it couldn't be used I bought it's in October, It's now December 20 and I'm still waiting for them to fix it I went through Thanksgiving without it in my brand new house and now I'm going to go to Christmas with it being broken I am very on please and I will never shop there again read more

I have not experienced what other negative reviewers have. Our sectional is outstanding and well made. We did have to have a fabric repair on a chair but process was swift and painless. I love this place! read more

Yesterday, January 29th we visited the Living Space facility in Gilbert. We were skeptical because of the yelp reviews. I had Living Spaces to a Co Worker and the reviews I read, she told me that Living Spaces wasn't anything like the reviews said when her and her husband visited there. In fact she said they had already bought 2 sets of furniture there. So we decided to go see what Living Spaces was all about. What a great surprise!! We found the furniture we were looking for. We had an employee in training Amada F. and she did a phenomenal job in helping us. We were even asked by another employee (I think it was a manager) if we wanted something to drink while we were completing our transaction. We would certainly give Living Spaces our business again. read more

The furniture looks good. They have limited styles and sizes. We tried the furniture out at the store and it seemed comfortable. We got our couches and they were completely different from the store models. Extremely uncomfortable. The cushions don't fit right and so if you sit or lie on the couch, you end up falling into the crack that is between the pillows. I wish we would have just spent the money on better furniture. This junk must be made in China or Tijuana. It's awful quality. I wouldn't recommend it. read more

My husband and I just recently purchased a home and remodeled. We were looking for new couches and entertainment sets and after reading the reviews about Living Spaces we code to check the Gilbert location out. We fell in love with a few pieces and purchased a couch set and 2 entertainment centers from them. We scheduled a date for delivery for the entertainment centers and the couches separately as they had 2 different dates of availability. This is where things went wrong. I was told a date and time for the entertainment centers by the sales staff and waited home until they delivery team had 30 minutes left to get to my house. I called customer service and was notified that they weren't delivering today, that our items weren't coming for another week. They so kindly waived the delivery fee due to not notifying me of the change. Next, the day comes that we are to get said entertainment centers and the day before they called to tell us they broke 1 of the 2 and there are no more that they have except their floor model. So upon working out a long drawn out deal, they tried to give 10% off on the used piece, we picked up the entertainment center from the store otherwise it would have been another week for us to get the second piece and risking them breaking that one too. And then we come to our couches. I called customer service the 3rd week after ordering to see if I could get an update on their eta. The sales lady told us 3-4 weeks because we chose a custom color. Their customer service said there's a delay and they weren't sure when they were getting our couches and someone would be in touch the next day. Next day came and gone, no one called. Called the store and they weren't sure either so they had to do some digging. Finally to find out that it was an error on their part and there was a day delay and the couches were in transport. We then get the couches and there are 5 pillows that we paid for that are missing. Their solution was to try to give a store credit or we had to wait 4 weeks to get the pillows. In the end we're happy with the product but SO dissatisfied with the customer service communication and the sales team knowledge that we will choose not to do business with Living Spaces again. We even bought the protection plan for the couches and the sales team said on multiple occasions that if there is a problem with them foam breaking down that it would be covered over the 5 year period we had the protection plan for, however there is NOTHING in their fine print saying that and eventually the manager copped to saying it's really up to Uniters if they want to cover it or not. read more

If I had read the reviews first, like I usually do, I would have gone down the street to Big Lots, we purchased a dresser, when we got it home it was cracked on top, the box was not dented and there was Styrofoam on the top, so it was packed with this dent!! I contacted them the next day, I have been sending e mails for a month now and no one seems to be getting the pics of the dent, it's also dented inside of the top. So far we still have a very dented dresser at my house. I guess you get what you pay for, still waiting for a response... read more

We bought a electric recliner sofa and two electric reclining chairs. We were very happy with our sales person. Our furniture was delivered the next day. About 3 days later one of the chairs quit working. We called the store and arrangements were made for a technician to come out. He did get the chair to work again but before he left it quit working. He said he'd order a new switch. A few days later we received an email from Living Spaces saying the part could take 8 weeks to arrive. This was not a good option so we went to the store and spoke with Dreanna in customer service. She noted that the problem developed with in the first 7 days we had the chair in our home. So she checked inventory and found the chairs still in stock. She arranged for us to get a new chair the very next day and the defective chair was picked up. We were so appreciative of how she handled this problem. Hearing stories of unhappy experiences people have had at other stores, we are very glad we bought our furniture at Living Spaces. read more

I'm sad because we had bought a ton of furniture here and my husband received really great service when he initially purchased all of our furniture. We bought the "extended warranty" that would cover anything happening to our couch over the course of 5 years. We initially called, they had the guy come out, he was super unprofessional and he cleaned only 1 spot when our description clearly labeled not one but several stains prior to his arrival. We called about a couple of months later for other work under the warranty and they sent a diy kit to clean it. Yet again years later we called to use our warranty and today we were told they have nothing to do with the warranty. At this point, we wasted money paying for a warranty that was never truly used and now there's no one to take responsibility. We've called the store so many times for help and each time everyone we have spoken to is unwilling to help. We love the furniture here but I'm almost positive we will not be back after this. Definitely wouldn't recommend paying for a "warranty". read more

We have purchased bed frames, kids room items, two couches and a console table from here. It is a great place and super super affordable. The quality is way better than Ikea and you don't put anything together yourself- and yet we paid half what we paid at Ikea for our sectional from there. You can choose custom fabrics for each couch. What I love is the freedom to browse and find what you need without pestering. Then when you are ready to order someone is there to help. The delivery process has always been simple. Although the people who delivered our master bedroom furniture put a huge dent in our hardwood floors when assembling the bed frame. Overall, we are beyond pleased with this company and their products. read more

I bought a 2 piece sectional in June and since I wanted a darker color of fabric it had to be custom made which was understandable. When I received it 3 weeks later I noticed the stitching on the 3 pillows was a totally different color and was also not done so nicely but I didn't make a big deal about it. Fast forward to about 5 days I decided to call and explain the situation. I spoke with Arlene who was very understanding and sympathetic. She followed up with me then next day and told me I can come in and pick out 5 new pillows free of charge. I was very appreciative of her great customer service. She was very sweet and friendly! read more

I went in 2 weeks ago to look for a new couch. I really liked the Jolene floor model and spoke with Dan that I wanted to order exactly what was included in the display set up in store. I made sure that he knew exactly that. It included three reclining chairs and a storage insert. Waited two weeks for the delivery and what was installed was not at all what I had wanted. What got delivered had not recliners nor the extra storage space. Since this store doesn't have a direct line I decided to go in and speak with management who informed me that basically I was tricked into buying the base model and everything on the floor display was upgraded pieces. In order to get the pieces I was originally promised I had to pay more than what Daniel had quoted me. Very shady business practice and will be speaking with my credit card company to reverse all transactions unless this is made right and I am delivered the pieces I was promised read more

Went here to find new furniture for our living room. We were immediately greeted with kindness and such a warm atmosphere despite the lateness of our arrival. The associate that helped us was incredibly patient and pitched in ideas and opinions when we were struggling on what patterns and furniture to pick. We had a clean transaction as well. Everything was so quick and the store was very clean and organized. We were able to navigate through the store with ease and had some accommodations. Overall, a spacious, warm store with great selections and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely shop here again soon! read more

Associates in-store are great, but product quality is sub-par for the cost and the customer associates at the call-in number are as well. I spent over $400 for a file cabinet that was broken when I got it home and out of the box. When I called in, I received no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to deliver an unbroken one....nothing other than "that's on backorder, but you can bring yours back and exchange it when it comes in in two weeks." Incredibly inconvenient, but with no other option, I agreed and waited. No one called me when it came in. I called to inquire a month later and found out it was in. They couldn't say when it had come in, why no one had called me, nor did I receive an apology. Disappointing. read more

Beware they do not honor the warranty. We purchased an entire outdoor set which looked nice at first. Just a couple of months in we noticed a split in the cushion. Went into the store and were told we needed to file a report and they'd send someone to come out and look at it. We did that and just got a call that it's not supported as the split in the fabric was not at a seam. No where in the limited warranty does it state it only covers seams. I wish I had read more of these reviews. Terrible service! read more

This place seems like it should be a classy high end store that would make somewhat of an effort to keep their patrons happy, but my experience has revealed that they have no regard whatsoever for their customers. I purchased a 'floor model' sofa in perfect condition at the store. They refused to deliver it (even for a fee), so I had to make arrangements to pick up myself. When I picked it up they had it wrapped in plastic so I wasn't able to verify the condition of the sofa. By the time I got it home and unwrapped, I realized that the frame had been completely dented in on one side, causing the arm to curve when it should have been straight. There was no way we could have caused such significant damage during transport, since there was no weight or pressure on that particular spot. I called immediately to give them the bad news. After several phone calls back and forth and trips to the store to see managers, I still don't have a resolution. The only thing they did for me was to send a tech out as a 'courtesy.' All that the tech did was look at it and agree with us that we couldn't have caused the damage. He recommended the sofa be fixed in their warehouse, but corporate wouldn't budge. I even offered to meet them in the middle on the cost to repair it, but they were so focused on their 'policies' and refused to even consider my proposal because it was a floor model. Now all I have is a dented couch and a lot less energy from all the hassle. read more

While the savings and selection are pretty great, the quality and after purchase service is appalling. 1. The delivery men knocked several holes and dings in our walls and just said peace out. It's been weeks and still no compensation check (100$). 2. Then 2 weeks after buying a 650$ dresser, the bottom corner chipped off and has a nail exposed. We bought the warranty for every purchase, but apparently is only for couches. This would have been nice to know! So no communication from warranty company except that the claim was closed. Great. So now looking up the store's warranty on their garbage furniture: 99$ for someone to come look at it 99$ to deliver a replacement 50$ an hour for labor. So overall I would be paying almost a grand for a dresser! I am in no way rolling in the dough, so it's not even worth it. No offense... no wait, TAKE ABSOLUTE OFFENSE TO THIS, YOUR STORE IS ****! Steer clear. This is complete horse****. read more

Worst furniture ever bought. I would give it no stars. They have sent out the same technician for repairs they can't do. A simple fix and they won't do it to make my furniture work. The technician isn't getting paid to keep showing up unless he actually works on the furniture. He can't work on it cause living spaces will not approve the part to fix. I spent over 4K and a 10 part will fix it all and they refuse to do it. What the biggest upsetting thing is that the technician is not getting paid for his time unless he actually works. All day he could be showing up to houses and not be able to fix. So he spends all day on the road and doesn't get any $. That's not how you treat your employees. read more

sofa w/custom fabric purchased Feb, 2018. couple of months later there is a seam that came apart. they'll send a tech to fix at my home, if i pay $99!! to fix a brand-new sofa!! not what i would consider even marginal customer service. DON'T BUY FROM LIVING SPACES read more

recently purchased a 5 drawer chest of drawers. Horrible delivery experience, so I felt I'd share with y'all. When I purchased this piece at the store I was told by the sales associate that it would be brought INTO my home, unless I wanted to pay for the delivery and set up fee (complete and utter bullshit). I just figured after a few glass of wine, I'd drag it 10 feet from the front door into the bedroom it was going into. When the delivery guys arrived, one of them clearly had an attitude and informed me that this would be being left OUTSIDE my front door (it was still in the box). I was shocked and actually a little speachless (pretty uncommon for me). I live alone and I had to have someone help me unbox it and help me carry it into my home. FYI...About one year ago I purchased an entire house full of furniture from Living Spaces. It was brought into my home, I was allowed to check it over for damages and it was all set up by the delivery guys (no extra fee did I pay). This whole experience was so insane to me. I will NEVER be purchasing furniture from this store again. Too bad for them because I own and operate many vacation rentals here in the valley. Now that I think about it...for the delivery guy that day luck was on his side. Because had he gotten me angrier then I already was he would have been in surgery getting my foot removed out of his ass. FUCKIN ASSWIPE!! read more

I recently moved to Phoenix from Philadelphia. My husband and I needed a couple of items for our rental home now, but will need ALOT of furniture to furnish our new home that will be built over the next year. Our experience at the SanTan location as well as the Scottsdale location was fantastic. Not only was the Sales team attentive and knowledgable, but we love our furniture. Quality is terrific and everything arrived in perfect condition. My Ryland desk arrived without a drawer insert and after a call to customer service, it's now on order and will ship directly to my home. I mention this because I have received 2 calls from them confirming that it's coming.... From the same person that I spoke to the first time! I am blown away. Love this store. We had never been to Living Spaces before, but from the moment we walked in, from the very friendly greeting, the helpful, but not pushy salespeople, our experience was a very positive experience. I went there a few times to find the sofa and table that went with my decor and fit my budget. I finally picked out a sofa, chair and table. I paid for delivery on May 4, but my salesperson then offered me Monday, May 3 delivery at the same price so of course I thought that was great. I took the day off and waited for a delivery text or email. I got one, but it now showed delivery of May 4, the ORIGINAL delivery date. I called Living Spaces. You cannot ever call the store which is a red flag. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, someone finally assisted me and I explained the situation. Customer Service of course could do nothing but say, "I apologize." Nothing. I asked to talk to a manager. She then said she would email the store and a manager would call me. I knew a manager would not be calling me. I asked again, "Are you sure you will have a manager call me? Why can't you give me the number to the Mesa, AZ store?" She said she could not. Hours later, no one called me. I called Living Spaces again only to be told the "wait time" was 35 minutes so I went into the que for a call back. I did receive the call back, but it was NOT FROM THE MESA, AZ STORE. It was the Customer Service Department which again, could do nothing but send an email to the store asking them to call me. 1 hour later, at 8:00 p.m. on May 3, a manager called me. I missed the call because of bad reception is my house and it went straight to my voice mail. She only said, "We apologize for the misunderstanding and we will refund your delivery fee." She had no intention of calling me back and could care less that I took a day off work to be home on May 3; and now, I need to be off today as well (May 4) since they are delivering the items today. While I store has really nice items, time is money and I now lost two days of work and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. Additionally, when I told the Sales Person my original budget while in the store, she showed me two sofas that were double the money which makes no sense at all. Then, I saw a "sideboard" table when I was leaving. My sales personal told me it was "one of a kind" and I could "take it with me." It weighed at least 150 pounds and was solid wood (80" long) so that made no sense either. Further, when I left, I went to American Furniture Warehouse. I found the same exact sideboard table at American Furniture Warehouse for $350.00 less and I bought it from there. I really did like my salesperson, but the promise of delivery on May 3 which never took place was just a lie. I should have read the reviews before even going there. I will be surprised if my stuff even shows up today! read more

We've purchased a lot of furniture since we moved into our new home and Living Spaces was the place we picked for our new living room sectional. Our salesperson was awesome she helped us pick out just the right size and the right pieces, she even had her fellow coworkers move and adjust the displays to show us just how it would look and feel to ensure we made the right choice, plus with it's custom fabric it matches our house perfectly. I can't say enough about the staff, they were very kind and courteous all the way through the process and I'd like to give a special thank you for the extra help that we received correcting our invoice due to my forgetting the "Welcome to the Neighborhood Coupon" they sent us. Both AJ and Naz the managers at the Gilbert store were great! They made us feel not only cared about as a customer but as a friend. We'll be back for more I am sure!! read more

The most terrible Customer Service we have ever received! Purchased a backyard dining set on April the 1st. Joann was our sales associate at the store in Gilbert AZ on SanTan Village Parkway. At the time we gave her our Credit Card, she advised us that it will be fulfilled in 14 days, however, she made an effort to see if we could take off a few days with a phone call. She came back to us and said the set will be there in 11-12 days! Perfect!! We had a big family event the beginning of May so we thought we'd be set! By April 16th when we didn't hear from Living Spaces, I put in a call and was told that the chairs are being delayed and Cherise told me we'd have our complete order by May 1. Although that was cutting it very close to our Family Event, I said 'OK'...what choice did I have. So here it is May 1, I call to make sure we can come get our purchased order (of course the credit card has been charged & they have our money) but to my disbelief Mona tells me that they have not arrived and that, in fact, it will be 4-6 weeks before getting them to the store!!!!! WHAT! I tell her get me a manager! Anthony comes on line to tell me exactly what Mona has already explained. As he hears me getting more angry by the second, and I have asked him numerous times 'how can we come to a resolution', he informs me that he can get them from a store in California, but it would still be at least 7 days! WAIT! Shouldn't that have been the action that was taken in the first place when it didn't come as promised originally???!!! Since I am talking to a call center and who knows where they are, Anthony graciously (insert sarcasm because there was nothing gracious about Anthony the Manager) puts out a notification to this store for them to call me. THEN, as I get home in front of my computer, I look up this particular store and put in a search for the chairs that are so mysteriously evading everyone and there they are! Saying they are in stock - for $110! WHAAAAT!!! Living Spaces advertises in stock ready for pickup yet I've been waiting all this time for same merchandise! Getting to the bottom of responsibility, accountability, customer satisfaction is like pulling teeth out of a mosquito! Not only will I never step foot in this store but I will go out of my way to seek different options for future purchases as well as share my opinion along with the facts of my buying and lack of customer service experience to whom ever would like the truth about Living Spaces! The TRUTH eludes their sales associates - they only tell you what you want to hear as they are running your Credit Card!! read more

We immediately called customer service to report the problem. They asked us to send photographs and we did. They did not respond and after 1 week, we called them back. They said they will send someone to take care of the problem. They gave us an appointment but nobody showed up to the appointment. We called again, they give us another date which they failed to show up to again!!! Third time is a charm, the tech showed up but with no tools!!!(after a month of back and forth) We then called again to send us the hardware and we are still waiting after a month and a half!!!!(Terrible) read more

STRAIGHT CRAP. in store experience was fine but the problems quickly came with the delivery. They gave me a 12-3 window and at 1245 I called them to ask when it would arrive and if I could have a contact number for driver because I would be moving and don't want to miss the delivery. They said that would not be necessary for me to have the number and they were at the last stop at 1218 and should be there anytime. Two hours go by and I ask when will they be here. Customer service said they came to my gate but left cuz they arnt allowed on private party. (Without even contacting me they arrived). At this point still willing to help said they are still in my area and will turn right around. 3 hours go by and I call again they said the driver is off work and won't be helping me today and I will have to pay a 100 dollars for it to be delivered again. I call again the next day asking to speak to a manager and if someone will please just listen to what I've been dealing with and she said no I'm looking at a picture right now of your BLACK AND BROWN door that they were standing at and you didn't answer. MY DOOR IS WHITE. Also what happened to them not being allowed on private property. I paid $130 for it to be delivered on a weekend and they are still insisting I repay. Technically I should be given a refund because I will be picking it up myself now and would never give them more money. read more

Purchased a full sofa and couch from them. They of course recommend the extra money to have the warranty company cover all the normal things that happen in your household. Stains ext. Our large couch has the bottom cloth cover tearing off, springs are horrible, and it is just uncomfortable to sit on without sinking to far into it. Paid $1400 for the set plus warranty. After two weeks of trying to get them to come look at it they say this is not covered under warranty. This furniture is junk, built by some shady people somewhere. Obviously quality is not big for them as you get it home and have it for over a year and it starts to fall apart. Horrible customer service people. We often buy furniture for things but will never go here again. I would stay away from this place. The company is all about the bottom dollar and service and quality mean nothing. read more

This has been a very frustrating experience. When I went into the showroom about 2 months ago I was not acknowledged by any staff. I found what I wanted and decided to order it online since I was not being helped. Everything seemed fine. My delivery was scheduled for 5/28. I received notification the day before that one of my pieces was still shipping from California and I would be contacted to schedule a new delivery date. A week goes by, I hear nothing so I call. The customer service rep scheduled delivery for the same day (the 6pm-12 window). Time starts to pass and I am not contacted, I call back again only to be told that the "piece didn't make it on to the truck" and was not out for delivery - I did not receive any notification about this so I was just waiting for hours for no reason. They re-schedule the delivery for 6/11 - I even get an updated text and email on 6/10 confirming my delivery window. Again, I wait until that window is almost over and call again. To my surprise - the dresser was damaged and not out for delivery. AGAIN - no one contacted me so again I was sitting at home waiting for nothing. So now I have to wait 2-3 days to be contacted to determine if I will be getting this pierce at all since it is no longer being sold. The only thing keeping this review from being 1 star is that the customer service staff have always been quick and helpful when I call but the lack of consistent communication is maddening. read more

Went to look at furniture Saturday. The sales team was helpful and friendly. They have some very unique furniture that I had not seen before. They also have a huge selection and prices are not bad. I did witness a customer being very rude to a staff member who was trying to help correct a problem. The staff handled it with great class and deescalated the situation with ease. Way to go. read more

Not open when they say they are open. Don't waste your time. We got there at 8pm on Wednesday 6/13- sign on the door said they closed at 9pm (and website which we had already checked before driving out there) but the place was dark and the doors were locked. read more

shopped at living spaces 4 times, bought quite a bit of furniture, show room is so nice and the sales people are very friendly, but once you make your purchase..BEWARE, 2 out of 4 of my purchases I received badly damaged furniture...and that's where living spaces completely SCREWS you, they will take your money very quickly but once it comes to fixing their mistakes, it will be a long drawn out process!! they will expect you to pay for delivery to return their broken furniture, then YOU must take pictures and submit them to living spaces and wait around until someone decides to approve or deny them! so NEVER again will I shop with living spaces, terrible customer service! What a shame read more

If ZERO stars was an option that's what Living Spaces deserves. I was promised a mattress the following day and learned that it would be a least a week later before I could get the mattress. When I spoke with the manager Chris I was told the only way to get the mattress as promised was to buy another one. Then I was told They would call me back with some resolution and two days later still no mattress or call. First I was told under no circumstances could I return a mattress then I was told to buy another one and return the first one. You cannot believe anything these people say. They apparently will say anything to move the inventory, they do not care about what negative impact it has for the customers. This is not the first time living Spaces has lied to make a sale but it is the last time for us. I have guests coming Wednesday and the mattress living Spaces promised on Sunday will not arrive for another 6 days. Incredible. read more
