    Living Spaces has an incredible selection of furniture!!! I completely transformed my living room with a beautiful fireplace entertainment center, couch, chaise lounge and bookshelf. Their delivery and set up process was completely seamless. The furniture is such high-quality and I love it.

    9/5/25 It's been a few years since our last visit and purchase. Located on the N/W counter of Williams field Rd & Santan Village Parkway. Parking 5/5 Plenty of parking in private lot. Atmosphere 5/5 Living Spaces store(s) are one of the best furniture showrooms in the Valley. Higher quality products showcased in was well organized and beautifully displayed showroom. Selection 5/5 Great selection. We were looking for two new design element accent chairs for our living room. We visited several different furniture chains but didn't find the build quality or upholstery fabric we were looking for. Living spaces offer many of their furniture offerings with a showroom designer who will assist you with upholstery selection services. I knew I was in trouble because my wife and their showroom designer "Beatriz" are both interior designers (humor). They both did a great job getting two chairs meeting the style requirements for the space they will live. Value 5/5 For us Living Spaces should have been our first choice, we've never been disappointed. The cliche you get what you paid for is absolutely true. This level of quality and fabric options can be pricey. Thank-you Beatriz for your time and talent. Sit well my friends-SYOY!

    Buying furniture is rarely quick or easy. After visiting multiple furniture stores, browsing online options, and touring all the Living Spaces locations near Mesa over the course of a few months, we finally decided on the Kennedy Couch in Mocha and a set of warm, camel-colored bar stools. Originally, we purchased a full living room set that included a coffee table set, but since we're in the middle of remodeling and redecorating, we overestimated the size and realized it didn't quite fit our space. Thankfully, the return process was seamless. Every time we walked into a Living Spaces location, we were greeted almost immediately. The staff let us know they're non-commissioned--so there's no pressure--which we really appreciated. You're free to browse at your own pace, but they check in occasionally in case you need help. When we finally narrowed it down, we chose the Kennedy couch for several reasons: * He's 6 feet tall and wanted a taller, more supportive couch. * Our space is small, and we couldn't fit both a couch and a recliner--but this one offers the best of both. * It's comfortable, wide, and spacious enough to stretch out without touching. * It's modular, so we can add more sections later if our space allows. * The bar stools are soft, supportive, and perfectly sized--they don't overwhelm or block our island. Funny enough, after we bought it, we found out the Kennedy is a TikTok favorite and the new Mocha color was on backorder. After waiting three months already, two more weeks was no big deal. Delivery is a bit cheaper during the week, and we chose to have everything delivered and set up at once. Bonus: They offer a fantastic 5-year warranty, which gave us peace of mind for such a big purchase. A week later, I got a call saying everything had arrived early, and they bumped up our delivery--huge win! All in all, we love the couch, love the bar stools, and had a great experience. We'll definitely be purchasing more furniture from Living Spaces in the future.

    The other day I came in to look for a chair for my home. When I walked in, I saw probably about 25 employees just walking around, yet not ONE greeted me or smiled at me. Every. Single. One acted like I was a waste of time to help. These people created such a terrible feeling that I had to just leave. What sucks is I found a chair I liked, but I refuse to deal with customer service reps who act like a customer is a waste of time and space. Also, in the mattress section of the store, none of them do anything. They seriously just sit on the mattresses on their phones. Every single one of these employees needs a lesson on customer service. It's like it's a requirement at this store to be rude in order to be hired.

    Let me start by saying we've been loyal customers, and our whole house has been furnished from living spaces however, within the past couple of years, we avoid this place. The poor customer service, including the manager Giana and poor quality. We spent thousands of dollars furniture and paid extra to get EVERYTHING insured to not work when needed, insurance they sell you is FAKE! Don't buy it. We used to love shopping here but we will no longer return to at least this specific location.

    The email stating I can return but will only let me return one seat and  then will leave me with an incomplete sectional.

    I will sadly say that Living Spaces has been such a disappointment. I've been dealing with a claim for 6 months since my purchase. They have replaced two separate pieces and each time they replace the one next to it is misaligned and super wobbly. The last piece was replaced a week and a half ago and had just been replaced the day before because it was super bad. The delivery driver was the same one and said he felt bad for me because he knew it wasn't going to fix the issue. Now the piece next to it has so much play and if you hold the top you can make it just go back and forth with no tension to it whatsoever. Before they replaced the piece that one was fine. I called Living Spaces back right when they left and they said they would have a manager call me and let me know what they were going to do because they've done everything they could. I have received NO call back and they are just ignoring me now to get out of having to deal with their faulty product. Now need to look into next steps to take. BBB is going to look at it , also

    Chris, Jesse, Justin, Jackson, Deanne- The Dream Team! I came in at the suggestion of an Interior Designer friend, and left with an order for a reversible chaise Sleeper with a storage ottoman. I'm calling her Sofia! This was my first time designing a sofa made specifically for me- how I live, sit, play, entertain. The design team was great. When it looked as if there might be a challenge getting the pillows I wanted for Sofia, my team pushed through until they found the exact ones I requested. I'm looking forward to my delivery. I will have more to say then.

    RUN !! In the opposite direction of this place. They are wonderful when they want your money, but when they deliver a shitty product they don't want to deal with it. We ordered 3 pieces of furniture from them and 2 of them were custom. First: all 3 pieces were either wrong, or had giant markings on them. Couch - the couch came in the ugliest way possible with 4-6 inches of spacing in between the seating. Some cushions were about 3 inches taller and the others were short. Dark brown zippers on a white couch??? Really? That should just be common sense. I am sure for $5K, they can afford to put matching zippers on so it doesn't look cheap atleast. What a mess!!! After about 10 phone calls and 4 visits to the store, they agreed to "fix" it when we just wanted our money back at that point. But they wouldn't agree to that since it was "custom" so we were forced to repurchase from them. Now we wait for the next one to come. Bed: take a guess at how many times they tried to deliver and still got it wrong. 4 TIMES delivering at 11 pm at night. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !! Then they said oh we will give you a $100 off? Really??? You give me $100 for all the nonsense we have been put through. Daybed: you guessed it!!! It arrived with a huge indentation! Still waiting on a new one. Mind you then they picked up all the ugly pieces of furniture, we have been couchless for over 2 weeks now. Go figure. I will never ever be shopping with them, nor will be any of my friends and family and highly recommend to take your money somewhere else. It's furniture not rocket science, shouldn't take 5 times to get something right. I wish I could give zero stars

    Tear in seam they refuse to cover under the extended warranty that says it's covered.

    We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

The store is beautiful and the quality of the furniture is top-notch. Todd at the store is now helping me with window coverings and I am impressed as well.     A one-star rating honestly feels generous for our experience with Norwood…read more We purchased over $20,000 in bedroom furniture and blinds from this store. Unfortunately, the bed (approximately $3,800) has been a major and ongoing problem, and other items such as the nightstands and dressers also have drawers that do not align properly. At the time of purchase, we were only shown a photo of the bed and were assured that it could be customized at the factory. That never happened. Instead, the store chose to modify the bed themselves at their warehouse, without consulting us about the details and not in the manner we had requested. The result was a bed that was painted a color we did not choose and that does not work with our décor. Even worse, the modification changed the design from a platform bed into something entirely different, which created a structure with sharp corners that jut outward from the frame. This has created a serious safety concern in our home. My husband and I regularly hit our legs on these corners and are constantly dealing with bruises. I also explained to the store that I suffer from seizures, which makes these protruding corners particularly dangerous. A fall or loss of balance during a seizure could result in serious injury because of the way the bed frame now extends outward. When we asked to return the bed due to these issues, we were told we absolutely could not because the store had already spent money customizing it. A second major issue is the bed base itself, which appears to have been built with very little support and started squeaking almost immediately. This raised concerns about the stability and durability of a nearly $4,000 bed. To his credit, the store manager did visit our home and suggested a solution: installing a metal support base to stabilize it. We agreed to this fix. However, the night before the installation we were informed that we would be charged approximately $250 for the support. In other words, we were asked to pay additional money to correct a structural issue with a brand-new bed that was already improperly modified and delivered in a color and design we did not approve. We declined to pay for the fix, and the owner, Brian Brundrett, refused to absorb the charge. We are now left with a bed that: * Was modified without our input * Is painted a color we did not choose * Is no longer the platform design we originally purchased * Has protruding corners that cause frequent bruising and present a major safety risk * Has inadequate base support For a purchase of this size, we expected better craftsmanship, better communication, and a company willing to stand behind its products. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge others to think carefully before purchasing from Norwood. Given the safety issues and the fact the bed was delivered differently than represented, we are now exploring consumer protection and warranty options.
