Great service in the showroom. The sales person went through all of our customized options, warranty options and delivery options. They underpromised and over-delivered on the delivery date, which I super appreciated. I got the Lodge Fog 2 piece sectional with oversized chaise and I'm in love! It looks beautiful in my living room and my big dog has a perfect nap spot on the chaise! Thank you Living Spaces! read more

I have had half a sectional for over a month now. I was promised the damaged in delivery piece would be expeditated. It hasn't been and in fact its been pushed back longer. I have called and emailed and I just get the run a round or false promises of returned calls or follow up. I was offered a whole $132.00 for my inconvenience on several thousand dollars of furniture. What a joke! I will not EVER order from here again! read more

We recently purchased a chaise/sofa from Living Spaces in Gilbert and paid for both delivery and the extended protection plan. The Sofa is nice and we like it, but the delivery team failed to wash their hands before unpacking our piece and so left dark smudges on one of the cushions. We were directed to a company that does the warranty work for Living Spaces and that's where the real problems begin. A warranty is only as good as the company backing it and Furniture Solutions, the company Living Spaces uses to fulfill their obligations, wants me to take time off work to meet them in a 4 hour window, meaning I need to take time off work. So, to make use of the extended protection or even to have the delivery damage corrected I need to take time off my job, costing me more for the piece. And it was damaged by Living Spaces, where I spent the purchase price for the piece, the delivery fee, and the 15% additional for the protection. How much more will this sofa cost us from this discount furniture store and will it really be costing us less by the time we've paid for their mistakes? Just do not expect customer service from this company. It ends when you sign for the purchase. It is an ongoing issue, so I look forward to updating this review with better news. read more

VERY EXPENSIVE CRAP that literally is coming apart at the seams within one year of purchase. I have had 4 cushions with issues, The warranty is a joke. I have purchased several couches over the year and this by far was the most expensive and the worst quality. read more

If I could give this crooked company zero stars I would. If you live in Gilbert avoid this company and store. They will not back the crappy products they sell. And whatever you do, do not buy the crappy warranty that only works if the sky is yellow. They were closed most of covid and don't extend their warranty, their executives are horrible and will never call you. I had them tell me the cushion was defective and that is a defect on their part. We are talking about the foam insert. Maybe $150 cost, they won't cover. read more

Because of medical reasons, we needed an adjustable bed. We had a Reverie but we moved to AZ now we have a larger bed so needed a larger base. I stopped by Living Spaces and talked to them about the wooden bed frame we had and how tall it was to make sure it would fit. They told me no problem. They are adjustable on the height. Had to talk to my wife to confirm everything when I got home but had the model and part # from what the sales person showed me in the store. Went online and ordered it and delivery service for same day delivery. My wife was there when they delivered it. She said the delivery people weren't the nicest. When I got home, they had left cardboard and plastic which was supposed to have been taken with them as part of the delivery. I called in and they were quick to refund the delivery charge. Two days later, I noticed the base was sitting on the bed frame side rail. I called to return the base as it didn't fit. The customer service person had me send photo's showing the problem and told me "no problem, we can fix it" They told me the warranty dept would be calling me back. I called back two weeks later and they claimed they tried to call, but I had no records of it. They had the warranty dept call me back which they did within a day and scheduled to come look at it. He came out and looked at the problem, saying it needed 2" spacers to raise it. Not a problem. The next day, I received an email saying they can't complete the repair with their repair tech. I called in and requested returning the bed frame again and was told it was longer then 7 day return window. I explained I tried doing this before the window was up but the woman in customer care just got snippy with me, saying this is company policy. I asked for a supervisor and she just said good bye and hung up. I've called in twice requesting a call back from a supervisor and still no call back. read more

I Purchased a large floor standing mirror a few weeks ago. Within a week a crack appeared at the bottom. About a week later two larger cracks appeared. I called customer service and they told me it wasn't covered because it's an accessory. The mirror was $600 and they refuse to do the right thing and replace it. Then they told me my story changed. I told the story to 4 different reps. my story didn't change, they interpreted differently every time they heard it. What a disappointment it was shopping there. I spent so much money there too, about $5000 and they could care less. If you really want to see honest reviews about Living Spaces go to the Better Business Bureau website and look at their reviews. They have an average review of 1 star. They have 100's of really bad reviews. And it's all related to their customer service. It's shocking to see. After seeing that I realize I'll never get any satisfaction from my faulty mirror because they just don't care. I made a huge mistake shopping there. Read the reviews about the customer service. Surprisingly, It is a really nice shopping experience and the products they have are really nice and so are the people. So why ruin it with very poor customer service? One last thing, right after they jubilantly tell you that they don't intend to do anything about your faulty merchandise, don't get upset or raise your voice. Politely except your rejection, stifle your thoughts that you've been swindled and say goodbye. That's how there prefer it. read more

I went in on Sunday to look at mattresses and just do some comparative shopping. The young lady that I met was very helpful. She started with what type of sleeper am I and what firmness of mattresses I was looking at. She of course started with the most expensive mattress to see how I liked it. Unlike other places I had been she then asked about my budget and took me to the mattresses in budget. Took her time explained everything clearly and checked stock. I purchased the mattress Sunday and received it today. The guys that came to deliver it were patient with me as I asked for a moment to put the bed skirt on the box, even helped me out. Excellent experience with these folks. I'll be doing business with them in the future. read more

Ok service in store but impossible to get customer service after you've spent your money. How hard is it to add full delivery on to my order? Keep sending me emails I'm not getting that's really helpful. Don't recommend if you need anything more than something dumped at your doorstep. Haven't even received my furniture and it's not a good experience. This couch that was delivered was a totally different couch. When it was in 3 pieces when it was delivered it's 2 pieces. I even had a conversation about how much room it would take up but didn't care. Well they didn't listen and I guess customer service in the store wasn't what I thought!!!! The young lady helped us was super Friendly but I will say she offered her opinion a little too much ! I went in looking for my sons some tween bedroom furniture and had showed her a picture of what we were kinda looking for. She showed me the set we spotted a set across the room and my son really like the color and the set she then said well that's a girls set, I have never sold any of those to a boy! My son was like well I like it, also with that being said it could of very well been either or and I don't think there is a specific gender for the bed. We almost didn't buy it but I talked my son back into it. Then I wanted to purchase another dresser but she said I had to Finish this purchase we went to three different terminals and not being able to complete the sale I had to go to pay for what I had so far then make another purchase! Needless to say I wanted to buy two more pieces of furniture in addition to the bed and dresser I already purchased but at this point I was so annoyed I left. I just moved to AZ from MN so Living Spaces was a new company to me. I heard some great things and decided to visit. The staff was great and attentive. I found some dining chairs I loved and within my budget! Keep in mind I just moved so I am not inspecting my items with a magnifying glass. Now that I have the dining chairs and and 2 weeks post unpacking, I have really taken a look at the chairs. They are supposed to be a creamy canvas color. Pretty upset that there are random colors in the fabric and that some of the copper pins are tarnished. I'm past the 5 day grace period... So I'm stuck with them... :( I have a creamy couch on its way next week. I'm going to inspect it like crazy for random pops of color. Ugh! Not happy. read more

My experience in the store was fine. The employee that helped us pick out our couch and complete the order was very helpful and polite. I opted to pay for the $99 delivery fee to hook up the sectional that I ordered because I can't move the pieces on my own. When the delivery took place, they did not hook up the last piece of sectional. Not a big deal. I called the customer service line and after waiting 45 minutes I was finally connected with someone that told me I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to set up a time for them to come back and hook up the final piece. I never heard from anyone, so after 3 days I called again and explained the situation. The girl on the phone was polite and scheduled a team of people to come back out to hook up the piece 2 days later. 2 guys came out and hooked up HALF of the last piece. Now part of my sectional won't recline at all because it isn't hooked up properly. For the last week I have been calling and have been placed in a queue where I'm supposed to receive a call and NO ONE has called back. Today I was finally connected with someone and apparently this issue cannot be resolved because it has been too long since it was delivered. I have tried to call EVERY DAY and no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable. I will never shop at living spaces again. read more

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. Our sales rep was great but be prepared to wait ages for your couch, they told us it would be 6-8 weeks and so far it's been 8.5 with no updates on when it will be delivered. And the number to call is no help what so ever, someone in another country that doesn't speak English has no helpful information. read more

We have had this couch (The Haven) for 3 months and it looks like we've owned it for years and years. At the time we purchased this couch it was new so there were not reviews available, which was unlucky for us. When we received the couch it had an odor of wet dog, we figured it was due to packaging and it would dissipate over time, it has not, making embarrassing to have guests sit on it. The fabric is a huge complaint of ours; in the short time we've had it the fabric has begun to pile EVERYWHERE, even in low traffic areas. The cushions slide off constantly, obvious defect in its design. With the large price tag this couch comes with, we expected to have something in our home we would be proud of and spend time together on as a family. If I could I'd give this piece of furniture ZERO stars. Living spaces has only offered to come clean the couch, nothing more. Do not purchase this couch, buyers remorse is followed by disappointment in customer service. read more

Bought 3 couches from there. After almost a year and a half, couch is sinking on one side. They can't guarantee it past 1 year unless you buy an expensive 5 year extended warranty. Over priced.... thought paying alot for a couch would make for a couch that would last a long time. read more

I had a great experience at Living Spaces in Gilbert. Their store is HUGE and there are a ton of options. It's also nice so many of their furniture options have customizable fabrics. Just a few reasons I am not rating 5 stars. Some of the sales people do tend to bug you a bit. We lucked out and happened to end up making our order with a manager who was great and didn't pressure us to purchase the extended warranty. Also, the delivery time for customized furniture does take a little while 2-3 weeks or so - which is understandable but it'd be nice if there was a way to rush the order to arrive on time for special events and such. Delivery was great and their notification system was very efficient. We LOVE our new couch and rug! Overall great experience! read more

I've been to sooo many furniture stores after moving to town, and this by far is the BEST one! The employees make you feel welcomed right when you walk in, and even though everyone is wearing masks, you can tell that they are genuinely smiling. First, I really liked the store, and Greg the manager and the Sales Representatives that helped me were truly lovely. Then, It all went to heck and I don't really know who's the blame but I will never step foot in that store again. NEVER Trust is completely gone. After a year of looking, I finally found the loveseat of my dreams for a small space. Sales folk and manager Greg at the SanTan store were truly amazing. Before purchasing the couch damage was found. "No other piece available", "no idea how to clean stains", "It's handmade 1 of a kind, carved in India". They give me 10% off and say it can't be returned, if I change my mind. I drive home, measure area again since these people can't be called, No phones in store, and I now know it cannot be returned. I return to the store, agree to terms and pay. Then there is a problem delivering a damaged piece. They say they don't want to insure it or deliver the As is piece. No problem, I decline to purchase the item, the piece isn't meant for me. Manager Greg waived this issue. I'm elated and purchase the item. It's a Friday, I'm set up for Sunday delivery. I'm so excited. I wasn't sold, I purchased these piece from my heart. Cloud 9. I leave, stop off a purchase items I will need to repair couch. I get a call from a sales person saying due to truck schedule, I will receive my couch Tuesday. I hesitate, then say no problem, gives me more time to make space. I rent a storage unit, moves some items to make room, I'm set. I received multiple confirmations on what to expect on arrival. Even received 1 confirmation that had the wrong date but they apologized and corrected the date immediately. I took the savings from the couch and put in towards their white glove service. All was confirmed multiple times. Thought this was the most organized company ever. Monday, received email to confirm I'd receive an email with 4 hour delivery window for Tuesday delivery. By 6:00, I hadn't received that email. I call 1800 customer service and ask about the window. They say the item was taken of the truck early in the morning since they don't deliver As is Items. Meanwhile I'm receiving confirmation emails. I was Never alerted me it was never coming. I canceled the item, Drove back to the store, Greg's day off. I'm told by the lead on duty, they were not contacted about the Couch being taken off the truck but could see it in the notes. I'm told Greg had know authority to confirm delivery unless he got permission from the head office. I don't know if he got that permission or not. We talk to the cashier who said she did't think so, said the Greg said he would take the heat. I'm sure he didn't know the heat entailed me getting fake confirmation emails, me taking the day off the receive item, then it being taken off the truck and telling no one. I sometimes wonder if they damaged it more and that's why it wasn't delivered. I'll never know. I cancelled item since I can't pick up a 250lbs wooden couch. I asked for a refund immediately. They said it would depend on my bank. The next day I did see a pending charge but after a few days the charge was still pending. The bank said it had nothing to do with them, they are still waiting for Living Spaces to Return my money. So they can take off the merchandise, say it cannot be delivered even though I paid the delivery fee. But take their time refunding a purchase they didn't deliver. Never got a call from Greg explaining what happened or apologizing for the debacle. Never was presented with a way to make it work, and still haven't been refunded. That was my experience. read more

This review is really just for the delivery company that partners with Living Spaces. My mother is moving into assisted living and we needed to furnish her new place rather quickly. We bought some furniture and they could deliver it the next day. However, the next day the delivery arrived and one piece was damaged. They said they could redeliver the next day. My window was 8 am- 6 pm and they assured me they could come on the late end of that because I had movers coming and couldn't be around for a random window of time. I got an email confirmation saying 8-6 pm window. 6 pm rolls around and there is no delivery. I call the customer service number and speak to Oswaldo. Oswaldo tells me the window is 6 pm to 12 am and they are coming around 8:30 or 9:00 pm. I explain that is not acceptable- I can't be there at the assisted living place that late and the building is locked and no one is available to let them in. I explain the situation with my mom coming the next day and how important it is that my 89 year old mother in failing health has a bed. He doesn't care- the delivery can't be rescheduled for the next day anyway. I speak to a manager above him. She doesn't care really either. There's nothing they can do- it was their fault that the product was damaged in their delivery truck- it should have been delivered the day before in plenty of time for mom. The manager wants to know if I want it rescheduled and she is willing to waive the rescheduling fee- wow, what kindness- she is not going to charge me for their mistake. I will never shop at Living Spaces again. The sales people were lovely but the delivery company is awful. read more

Do not go here unless you want to feel like you are a complete idiot and want to be schooled on furniture. My husband and I were just browsing and approached by a sales person who proceeded to ask us many questions after we told her politely we don't know exactly what we want and we just started looking. After the 5th question we walked away & she followed us continuing to ask questions!!! Her last question was "Do you know how to use a sectional." What??!! Why do we have to be harassed when we just want to look around? Is that not ok to do in this store? I also was not impressed with the selection and prices of the furniture at all. I have spent quite a bit of money at living spaces over the past couple of years and always been pretty happy overall. The in-store experience has always been fantastic, and sales reps are attentive and helpful. Delivery is a little hit-or-miss: We have had incorrect and damaged items delivered, but it has always been quickly resolved. Our most recent purchase has been a head ache, though. We purchased furniture for delivery a couple months out because we were buying a new house that needed some remodeling. The sales rep assured us it would be no problem whatsoever to keep the items in their warehouse until we were ready for delivery, and we just needed to give a quick call when we wanted to get things moving. Despite that, I was getting phone calls almost every day asking me when we wanted our delivery. Every time I explained the situation and told them I would be in touch. Finally they asked me to just schedule the delivery, and I could always push it back if needed. Well, I pushed the delivery back for the third time today, due to remodeling delays. The customer rep gave me major attitude, wanted to know why I had been rescheduling, and why I couldn't keep a delivery date. She informed me that if we pushed it back again, both of our orders would be completely canceled and we would be charged for too many reschedules. Seriously?? I wouldn't have had to reschedule 3 times if it weren't for the daily phone calls telling me to pull a date out of my ass because I could always reschedule later. Then I was told that yes, I would definitely be paying $130 delivery on each order, despite the orders coming on one truck and delivered by one team. I can deal with stringent adherence to company policy, I can deal with added fees, but I cannot deal with the horrible attitude the phone rep gave me. I have never been spoken to so disparagingly by somebody in the customer service industry. "Lady just pay the extra money! Give me your credit card number!" is not something I expect to hear when requesting more information on fees, and after purchasing thousands of dollars of product from someone. I was in tears by the time I hung up. I won't buy their furniture again simply because I don't want to be treated like an idiot. There are some issues with incorrect product availability dates, also. I am still not sure if my kid is going to have a bed next week. Maybe I should tell them that if they keep pushing back the delivery date on his bed, I will cancel the whole order and send them a bill for rescheduling fees... read more

Literally a Fail at every part of this purchase. Salesperson, Customer service, delivery and after-care. Part of the sectional was not available so they dropped off the partial order 3 weeks ago, and the final piece today. Unknown to me, the 7 day return window goes in to effect as soon as the 1st part arrives. Well, I consider the sectional all one piece, all one order. They disagree and told me to pound sand. They will not replace the recliner the installers damaged. They will "come to see if we can fix it". 2-3 more times to leave work to deal with it. Salesperson: Didnt properly explain the return policies. Manager at store: Said he was a manager, but later said he was just a supervisor and had no authority after he said he agreed the entire unit as a whole should have started 7 days from final delivery. Operations girl: Just an angry pink haired girl that couldnt care less. She didnt even want to see the video of the installers. We purchased a houseful of furniture one year ago. The seat cushion on the (pricey) couch we bought started breaking down within the first several months. Its been months and months of hassle with their joke of a "VIP Care Protection Plan". They sent someone out to inspect/fix the cushion. It cannot be fixed, but this guy took it apart and steamed the fabric. So now we are left with a cushion that has lost its color and is still wrong. We went into the store and I will say we did get a little traction on the problem. We are 4 or so weeks into an 8ish week waiting period for a new cushion to come in. 2 weeks ago we spilled something on our Living Spaces area rug. Since we purchased the VIP Care for it, I decided to subject myself to VIP Care folks and gave them a call. I was asked lots of questions, was it food or beverage, grease etc. I kept saying I didn't know what had spilled. After a long wait, the rep came back on the line and said "its not covered". Ummm yes it is. She says well, you didn't know what caused the stain, so its not covered. I explained that she'd basically tricked me and that I stated I didn't know what it was, coffee, juice, a *** ham sandwich.... I didn't know so I said I didn't know. She said well its been recorded and I cannot go back and change it. So I asked for a supervisor and she said they won't be able to help either. WHAT A RIP OFF! You pay the money for the VIP Care, you get tricked with questions, and they don't honor what you paid for. I'm SO ANGRY. read more

Their delivery service is horrendous. We paid $100 for the upgraded delivery service of our sectional. Delivery was set for today. Upon further inquiry, the person on the other end of the phone, who barely spoke English, tells us that it needed to be shipped from California and that it could be here anywhere from today until 14 days from now. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Their furniture is over-priced, and made with cheap materials. They lie about what their ridiculous warranty covers and then when you go to use your warranty are told the specific material is not listed among the six pages of random materials, but they will reimburse you for the PRO-RATED warranty amount. What a joke. Just over a year ago, we purchased sofas, beds, patio furniture, desks, dressers, ect... (about $18k worth) and my daughters desk chair has broken THREE times, her dresser is broken, and our patio furniture is literally falling apart from sun damage (although kept covered by shade and furniture covers), and our sofa's fabric has started to form little material balls all over it. CHEAP. Save your money! Don't be dumb like us and spend $18k on furniture that is only a minor step up from IKEA quality. They will try to woo you into their products and tell you they stand behind it with their warranty but they don't. There's not way we should be having this many issues with furniture that's less than 2 years old. We've never experienced this bad of quality furniture. We had all of our previous furniture from Pruitts and it lasted 12 years with no issues. This place has the worst post-purchase customer service and a BS warranty. Buyer beware. read more
