First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under.

One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. I had a leak which they repaired while they were here and they discovered a mummified squirrel in my attic and pulled it out. They didn't charge me a dime. They took pictures of certain areas on the roof that they were concerned about as well as in the attic space. None of the other roofers I had out took near the amount of time that these guys did to really check out my roof situation. I hired them. I had them put gutters in as well. About a year later, I had water coming into my basement and I was concerned that maybe there was something going on with my gutters. They immediately came out ...on a Saturday! They probably spent about three hours here trying to determine the source of the water. It didn't have anything to do with the roof but they cared enough to really look around to determine the source which ended up to be a leak in my sprinkler system.
