When there was a mixup about a new window, they graciously replaced it, at no cost. For future work, I wouldn't accept anyone else, and have recommended them to friends and family without reservations

We were charged $700 plus $22 for extra "parts fees" for additional equipment needed. Everything required for the installation were in the box. How absurd. I asked for 2 to 3 inches above the first mantle where the edge of TV will land. They started on the second TV installed before they even asked me to see how the first one looked. If even to ask after the first rack was installed in the wall to say "your TV edge will land right here." I checked out the first one... way too far above the mantle. I stated they need to drill that first rack at 2-3 inches lower, they stated to me "it'll cost you extra." I said fine. So we agreed a second time the television needs to be just 2 to 3 inches above the mantle. Again, second TV, 5 inches above the mantle....The first TV was completely loose and I advised them the adjustment needs to tighten up, it's all loosy goosey. One of them told me you could not tighten it. I asked them, is that what it says in the user manual? No reply. They went back and said they "found how to tighten it." The installer said "each one of these racks is different so they're really hard to work with." Really? Well the receptionist on the phone who misquoted the actual job amount said that their installers do TVs "all day every day." Our Handyman and I aregoing to lower the second TV a couple inches without their help, I just wanted them out of my home. Our personal handyman contacted them and was able to bring the $700 bill back down to $400 as was quoted over the phone. And one more thing, one of them had not showered that morning. Old sweat is disgusting! These folks have a lot of nice signage on their vans of Mr.Handyman in the neighborhoods, but they have untrained individuals in the office and in the field. Buyer beware!

The Assistant Carpenter was also extremely conscientious when it came to dismantling the windows, frames, and wood work. Jorge was replaced by Sergey to do cutting for the final three days of construction and finish work. The final product was worth every minute. All of the joints were airtight. Each miter cut was exact. John is a cabinet maker and it is evident every time I look at my new windows. They were able to maintain the visual harmony of design that you find in some of your nicer 100 plus year old Craftsman houses. They came to us with glowing references from acquaintances and surpassed what were already high expectations. Thank you, James, John, Jorge, and Sergey. We will call you for our next project.

I really feel like he took the time to get to know me not just the repair. Building that rapport with clients is crucial and he gets that! Our window sill had wood rot and when they got in there it was worse than we originally thought, but we were updated throughout the process. I really loved the online dashboard with daily updates and pictures of the work completed. I felt confident that I always knew what was being accomplished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your next project!
