Recently we picked up some ordered items as well as 1 gallon of engine oil. My husband is disabled and an employee carried out and placed oil on the floor in our passenger backseat area. When I went to get the oil out, it had leaked from the lid all over and under the back floor mat, the carpet was saturated! Almost the entire gallon was spilled. Because I have the entire back seat covered by our pet seat and my front passenger seat back there is no way that if the oil was placed standing up it could have fallen to be laying flat as to allow the spill. We didn't open the container or note the way it was initially placed but it did not have a plastic tum seal on the lid. Beeler's ultimate is finding us that we shouldn't have left it in the car for a day...They finally agreed to give us another oil and would try to clean up the mess themselves although admittedly they had no clue how. I've soakes up all I can with paper towels, applied pressure with a plastic spackle tool to bring up more oil, and applied baking soda to absorb more. We are now looking for businesses that can clean up with degreaser and shampoo and hope oil hadn't migrated seeping through carpet/padding.

Mark Blackmore blew us out of the forest from the very beginning (especially me, a through-and-through city girl!). We initially came in just to look at what tractors were available. What happened next had Mike and I biting the bullet and buying a new tractor. Mark went step-by-step (as if we had bought the tractor) on all of the features the tractor had and explained how to operate it; how these features would fit our needs on our 1 1/2 acre property. He gave us the pros and cons of the different accessories available; but, he also told us that once we bought the tractor, use it for a year before we decide to buy any accessories. Mark also told us not to buy the bigger-sized tractor because we didn't need it. There's no BS with him. Not once did we feel pressured to buy whether it was used or new. He's not really a salesman, but more of a teacher, a very knowledgeable one at that, and that's the best kind of salesman you could hope for! And this is absolutely why you need to do business with Mark!! After all was said and done, Mike and I left with so much information and no pressure from Mark to buy that day. We came back a month later and bought a brand-new Yanmar tractor. Thank you Mark for teaching us the ways of the tractor!! p.s. Mark went one step further! We called Mark in December to tell him that we were having a hard time finding tire chains for our tractor. They are informed and patient. They helped us match the equipment with our needs, visited our farm, walked through our property and even took the time to show the equipment to those that would be sharing the work on our farm. I have seen the other reviews and got a bit of a giggle chuckle laugh out of them. If you are expecting a bored sales staff like one would get when leasing a new Mercedes Benz in Sonoma County, you will be culturally disappointed, indeed. If you are expecting to find a family business, with patient un-rushed help and service - you will find it. We bought a tractor. We are happy with it. It is a good fit. We also used Kubota 0% APR.
