Their prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful communication set the tone for a project that exceeded every expectation we had. Every question was answered with patience and expertise, making us feel valued and informed at every step. The work ethic of Pete's team is unparalleled. They showed up right on time, every time, and tackled the project with relentless dedication. Even when the weather turned foul, they powered through with unwavering commitment, often staying late to ensure every detail was perfect. Their grit and determination were truly inspiring, transforming our vision into reality with sheer hard work. What sets Pete's team apart is their meticulous attention to detail. They went above and beyond, custom-designing several elements to accommodate unforeseen challenges, including navigating quirky electronic components with finesse. The result? A gate that blends so seamlessly with our existing fences, it's as if it was always meant to be there. The craftsmanship is nothing short of breathtaking--Pete personally milled the wood in his shop, ensuring every piece was flawless, and collaborated with a local ironworker to create a custom frame that's both sturdy and stunning. The gate operates with flawless precision, a testament to their skill and care. Beyond their technical brilliance, Pete and his team are genuinely wonderful people. To this day the access road gate still sags and is difficult to open and close. A few years ago they came and built some VERY expensive simple walkway gates and an access road gate. The first thing I said is I need them to be pool code because we were saving to build a pool. The walkway gates were in the area of $900. Time after time the walkway gate would not close on its own and, in my opinion was poorly built. I do appreciate them coming to try and fix them but ultimately could not. I've had to cut some pieces to get the lock to have enough space it would close. I would not recommend them as they could solve a simple gate not closing.
