They were able to get to my place within a couple of hours, even with a 40 minute drive. Once they arrived, they were up and down the tree with the cat safe within about five minutes. The guys were super friendly, and the price was very fair. I will certainly call them again for any sort of tree service or landscaping, but hopefully I won't need them to rescue the cat again soon! Thank you, José and Edwin, you saved the day!

The main guy, Marco,…read morewas great to work with - easy to reach by text; met all our calendared dates; and was nice to interact with. His crew was also great. The fence is very straight. They also managed well in our trickier spots (eg around boulders). I greatly valued his years of experience in helping me determine the height that has worked for deer in *our area*, gauge of wire and which was better for us between wood and metal. His bid came in under the four other bids I gathered yet his materials quality were better than two of the others. On top of that after he measured the completed run, he dropped the price as the total length was less than I had predicted. His crew did solid work with the pedestrian and work gates though I decided to go with a higher end gate for our main entrance (from Black Barts). If I have another fencing project Marco would be my first choice.

He did everything we had agreed on and a little more. For instance, he thought it would be a good idea to extend the existing keypad arm a little further for convenience. It was his idea to make it better and additional cost to himself and beyond what was required. He also adapted his schedule to mine, which I appreciate. I would gladly do business with Marco again.

Installing a fence can be a lengthy process between coordinating with neighbors, adjusting quotes, and scheduling, but Fantastic Fence made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to Dominic, who came out to provide our quote. Not only did Fantastic Fence offer the most competitive quote we received, but Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and provide valuable information that would have benefited us regardless of which company we chose. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise immediately set Fantastic Fence apart from the competition. The office staff was also wonderful to work with. Whenever we called or had questions, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Having a team that is so attentive throughout the process made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The installation crew, Moises and Eloy, were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather, and completed our fence installation in less than two days. Throughout the project, Moises handled communication with us and was always professional, courteous, and kind. We also had a miscommunication on our end regarding the type of gate we wanted. When we brought it to their attention, Fantastic Fence immediately addressed the issue and made it right at no additional charge. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. It showed us that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Their efficiency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. It's clear that Moises and Eloy take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. If we ever need another fence installed in the future, we would gladly request them again. Fantastic Fence truly lives up to its name. Professional, responsive, honest, and committed to quality from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our new fence and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for fencing services in the future. Highly recommend!
