To this day the access road gate still sags and is difficult to open and close. A few years ago they came and built some VERY expensive simple walkway gates and an access road gate. The first thing I said is I need them to be pool code because we were saving to build a pool. The walkway gates were in the area of $900. Time after time the walkway gate would not close on its own and, in my opinion was poorly built. I do appreciate them coming to try and fix them but ultimately could not. I've had to cut some pieces to get the lock to have enough space it would close. I would not recommend them as they could solve a simple gate not closing.

I asked for a solid paneled barricade that was leaf proof and highly private. What I got was exactly what I needed and hoped for from leveling the ground, steel posts wooden sashes and topped off with a redwood lattice top. Keith dug deep holes and used concrete for the posts and from start to finish completed the removal and cleanup of the old fence and debris replacing the rotted mess in less than 2 days. When I finally got my neighbor to help split cost, it now is $38 a liner foot. But that is not where I had issues.. I responded via email, and tried to call several time, and left messages. Never to get any response. Guess they are either to busy to deal with 71 foot of fence. Or they went out of business and are not able to return calls or emails. So lets hope they went out of business, because if not, it is very unsatisfactory business practice
