We have worked with Tito and his company Rojas Construction for over 15 years, and I cannot…read morerecommend them highly enough. When we purchased our investment property in the Oakland/Emeryville area, it was in extremely poor and unlivable condition. We needed a complete transformation. Tito not only restored the home, but brought back its original Victorian Craftsman beauty while thoughtfully modernizing it for everyday living. It is in HIGH demand. He also built an entire ADU as part of the project, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. What impresses me most is that 15 years later, the house has held up remarkably well. That longevity is a testament to Tito's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts. Over the years, Tito has continued to be our go-to contractor. Between tenants, he handles maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and any construction work that comes up. He and his crew consistently deliver excellent results, show up when they say they will, and treat every project with care and professionalism. Tito is honest, hardworking, and takes tremendous pride in his work. His pricing is fair and reasonable, his attitude is always positive, and he genuinely wants his clients to be happy with the finished product. Finding a contractor you can trust for 15 years is rare. Tito has earned our confidence time and time again, and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality construction, remodeling, restoration, or ADU work. Thank you, Tito and the entire Rojas Construction team, for your outstanding work over the years!

They communicated clearly and honestly. They completed two porches which were in need of replacement and a lot of siding that was damaged followed by a beautiful paint job on our family home. They also completed the job much faster than I expected. Alex's crew did the work. Each one of his crew members was friendly, polite and a hard working individual. We thought the pricing was fair.
