The cashier last night went straight from handling cash at the cash register to working on slicing the pizzas in the back and putting them in the box without washing his hands. I've honestly never had a bad pepperoni pizza at Little Ceasars. Fresh dough, good sauce, ample toppings at a great price. They don't have my fav, the Old World Fanceroni, at the one by me, so I get a Extra Most Bestest pepperoni, cooked well done. *Just FYI: I don't care for their sausage - it doesn't taste like Italian sausage to me. I always get my pizza here & never have a problem. But my last visit was so irritating! On 9/5/24 at 6:09 PM, after work, I ordered a pizza online while shopping at Walmart, as I've done many times. When I picked up my pizza it was about 6:45. I went out to my car & was going to get a slice, but it was the wrong order. I took it back in & the young man working said they would make me another one, & it would take "about 15 minutes". I sat in that hot store until 7:45- a full hour- waiting for my pizza, as I watched customer after customer get their pizzas, including a customer who ordered when I had brought back the incorrect pizza. The young man seemed to be the only one working, & the young lady loudly sang to the explicit song (not that I care, but it IS a business) blasting on the radio while she sat on her phone the entire time. I had to request my pizza multiple times. The icing on the cake was when the young man tried gaslighting me as he handed me my pizza, saying the only reason my pizza order had problems was because ordered at the wrong Little Ceasar's. However, I ordered through my LC account & can verify that he lied. I ordered at their store, & they chose to "punish" me for returning the 1st pizza imo. Been here a few times before. It's a bit of a dive. I like their pizza. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and an order of garlic parm wings. I walked in and was told it would be an 8 minute wait for my order. It was out in 7 minutes. For what you get, I feel it is reasonably priced. I see a lot of bad reviews about them not answering the phone or the app being horrible. Never used either so my impression is solely on walking in and a clean cut young man taking my order and giving me what I asked for. The wings were a bit soggy for my liking but had good flavor. UPDATE as of 3/5/2025: Called Little Caesar's Customer Service 3/3/205 and spoke with Marie who sent a request to the store owner. On 3/5/2025, we received a call from the store manager,Kristin (could also be Christian and we had the wrong name) offering a cash refund as unable to refund to credit card used. We received our refund and notified our bank we were able to resolve so we were not refunded twice. Changing to 2 stars as could have been handled better without so much effort on our part for their error. Original 3/1/2025 post: Purchased a meal totaling $17.54 on 2/14/2025. Within 2 days, noticed on bank statement double charged. Called 2/16/25 @ 12:47PM and spoke with manager Christian - she looked up & acknowledged duplicate charges and advised to allow 48-72 hours for a refund to card. Checked card again 1 week later, called 2/23/2025 @ 12:57PM spoke with another employee who said could not help me, refunds take 2-3 weeks and Christian would be back on the following Tuesday (2/25/25). Filed online complaint with Little Caesars 2/23/25. Called Saturday 3/1/2025, spoke with Christian @ 2:15PM who said she would call back in 10 minutes - Christian called back 3/1 @ 2:58PM and left voicemail saying there was no duplicate charge found and because it was more than 1 week to dispute with my bank as there was nothing she could do. Bought the extra mostest pepperoni and a crazy bread combo. I got home to this. The picture doesn't do it justice. If you see the flat edges on the bottom right that's pretty much the whole under side of the pizza. It's stale, like 3 day old leftover pizza. The crazy bread isn't much better. Nice little Little Caesar's! ;) Always super clean and super quick, but I get the $5 hot-N-ready so they're always pre-made. Probably pretty quick with regular pizza orders too. They don't have any seating inside. It's a to-go only establishment. Today I went in, snapping pix like I do everywhere and the woman behind the counter asked me why I was taking pictures. I told her for Yelp... of course!! She had no idea what Yelp was... can you imagine that my fellow Yelp-addicted friends?! No idea. So after giving her a quick crash course in Yelp, she agreed she needs to check it out. I recruited a new Yelper today! Yay! Back to my point... nice little place and good (cheap) pizza. I was having an exasperating day and less than 20 minutes to get to work with some pizzas. I ordered 5 pepperoni pizzas - the board said $6.49. I paid and was waiting when I realized that I had paid for the "upgrade" pizza. The board said there was a more premium pizza available for $1 more. The woman working said the register automatically orders the premium. I let my impatience get the best of me and left my poor boyfriend deal with it. When he came out he had the pizzas and 2 2-liter bottles of my favorite soda to help me feel better. I appreciated that employee's effort very much.
