This location of Papa Murphy's is my family's go-to! It is located off of Marconi Ave in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's, Sprouts and Five Below. We usually stop in once a week or once every other week when we are feeling too lazy to actually cook a whole meal. Our go-to pizzas are the Cowboy, Herb Chicken Mediterranean or the Hawaiian because yes....I like pineapple on my pizza! We're also a fan of their Scratch-made-5-Cheese Bread. We like to order ahead of time on the app and it is always ready when we arrive. Staff is usually friendly and the inside is small, but I believe there is a bench for people to sit down at while waiting for their orders. The inside is usually pretty clean as well. Pretty good pizza. You can get a lot of different topping options and they'll let you do a half-and-half of whatever toppings you like which is pretty cool even if one side has red sauce and has white sauce. If you come in and they're not busy, they'll have your pizza made within five minutes of your order. And you get to take it home and bake it at home so it's nice and fresh when you make it! They also have breadsticks, garlic bread, and cheesy bread for pick up. I wasn't much of a fan of their garlic bread or a cheesy bread. very icky pepperoni! My sister had a coupon here so we gave it a try. We walked in and we're greeted nicely by the employee on duty. My sister ordered an original crust pineapple pizza (lame, right?) and i ordered a pepperoni pizza. The price didn't come out to too much so we were kind of happy about that. Anyway, we came back home and cooked the pizzas one by one. My sisters went in the oven first. It came out pretty good! The crust was pretty yummy and the white sauce (we both ordered our pies with white sauce) was decent. I don't like pineapple on pizzas, but after trying a bite of my sisters, i had high hopes for my pepperoni. When my pizza finally came out of the oven, i realized it was thin crust (ew) and it had a peculiar smell. It was definitely the pepperoni! It was seriously nasty. It hardly even tasted like pepperoni! I was so disappointed. I couldn't even finish one piece. I most likely won't be returning to this pizza establishment, but i gave two stars because at least my sister thought her pizza was ok. HORRIBLE pepperoni though. Half of it I didn't want any pork, I asked about it multiple times to be sure and they added pork to my side of the pizza under the top portion! I'm pretty sure they did it on purpose too. The pizza itself was delish they put a ton of chicken which seemed like more than they normally put on it, but i'm not complaining by any means. I do like a lil bread with the 40 pounds of meat & cheese that comes on the "ALL Meat" pizza that we 100% always order from this location but it's the freshest ingredients: Canadian Bacon, Sausage, Pepperoni, Salami, Ground Beef, Mozzarella cheese and the most delicious red sauce to be exact that beyond satisfies my pizza needs to a T......Mushrooms are a must as well at an additional $2 for them they are well worth it.....Out the door we can get this gynormous pizza with the additional topping & the use of our coupon listed below for around $14. I also love their COUPONS which come in the weekly mailers. Of particular obsession is the one where you can "Family Size" your pizza for free saving you at least $3-4 bucks and their family sized pizza can feed an army or an army of 2 leaving enough leftovers for another day or maybe even two and their pizza heats up extremely well and often tastes better the next day than the day you bake it... Ancient Chinese Secret: Oven..... Reheat your beloved pizza in an oven and with it on foil verses the microwave........ Perfectly re-crisped crust and the freshest left over pizza ever! Got a pizza here for dinner tonight and was pleasantly greeted and treated!! The older woman there (didn't get her name) was very nice, she took my order and asked if I wanted anything in place of the tomatoes on my chicken garlic gourmet (I asked for no onions or tomatoes) I thought that was nice of her to offer. We talked about me being lactose intolerant and she said she occasionally gets customers who are also, and ask for no cheese....that's a bit blah for me! Load up the cheese please...I'll just be paying for it later, but it's so good! She also told me if I were to bring her the soy cheese she would make me a pizza with it, anything I wanted just bring it! How awesome was that to offer!! Glad that everyone there was so nice...some nights it's very busy in there and not everyone is a "peppy" mood....but understandable...work is work, but glad I got there when it was empty and the employees were sweet:) Oh, they have pink lemonade there in the 20oz bottles...mmmm, haven't had one of those in a while and it was a perfect sunny day for it!! The people at this place are pretty nice, and the pizzas are done pretty fast. The reason for the low score, is that the pizzas are light. I have gotten a lot of this chains pizzas in many different locations, and these do not have as much stuff on them. I just got a stuffed Chicken & Garlic, and it weighted the same as the pepperoni pizza of the same size. Will not be going back. read more

I went in on 8/16 to pick up my call in order. While waiting I saw they had cookie dough and cheesy bread sticks you could bake at home. 2 sides for $7, so I got both, and the top of the breadsticks said marinara included. We go to finish up paying and I remember we needed ranch for the pizza. Susie (our cashier) says they'll have some right out. I go to leave, and realize that the breadsticks don't include the marinara in the packaging so I asked for the marinara and she said the ranch counts as my side. Excuse me? I was expecting to pay for the ranch, and the marinara is included. Why the hell would you not even ask me? And then my receipt showed I got charged for each side separately totaling $9 (not a huge difference but still disappointed since the signs said $7). I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a Papa Murphey's in my life. I place a call in order for a medium gluten free Murphey's Combo with green bell peppers instead of mushrooms. The employee on the phone was polite, read me back my order and said it would be about 30-35 minutes. I get there and there was only one employee working and she hands me my pizza with no veggies! I ask if that's the murphey's combo and she said yes. When I asked about the veggies she gave a dirty look and said "oh sorry, I forgot the olives" I said, I asked for mushrooms to be substituted with bell peppers. When I got to my car I realize there wasn't any onions either. When I went back inside, it took them about 3 minutes to notice me! The only thing this store has going for them is the fact that it looked clean. All in all, I would go back because it's the closest location to me. Recently I've been so disappointed in the frozen pizzas I've brought home from the supermarket that I was on my way to Domino's when I remembered Papa Murphy's has an incredible stuffed pizza! Holy smokes it's a lot of pizza for one person but it's SO good!!! I love that the cheese is weighed ~ I felt like "extra" cheese was added for free because they're so on point with it! The place and the employees were all clean and neat looking and because they make it right in front of your face you KNOW they didn't spit in your food which is always a bonus! This place needs help.. They get phone-in orders wrong and want to cause an argument in the store in front of other Customers. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This papa murphies was fine for a while, then I went in last night and I can tell you I'll never come back. The employees working on February 15, 2016 around 7pm have no idea what customer service is and were incredibly rude. I called in an order around 6:30pm and got there around 7pm. I don't eat cheese so I said I needed 2/3rds without cheese and 1/3rd with cheese. I got there and it was flip flopped. Nearly the entire pizza was covered in cheese. I looked at it and asked if I had ordered it this way, and without hesitating, the older lady with short hair said "Yeah you did, I repeated it back to you" staring at me while her and the cashier kept looking at each other trying their hardest not to roll their eyes. I said "I know this is frustrating but Im sorry I cant eat this" and without even offering to make me a new pizza, the older lady with short hair said "Well we cant sell that, it has no cheese on part of it" meaning they cant resell it to another customer. Which isn't my problem at all, so I'm not sure why she even said that to me, the customer who was disappointed that my pizza was unedible due to allergies. I even APOLOGIZED for something that wasn't my fault to calm them down because I'm in customer service and I know how frustrating it is to wrongly communicate with customers on what they want. So I ended up saying, after her rude, unnecessary comment about reselling "its okay, dont worry about it" and started to walk out. They said nothing but "okay" and then mumbled to each other as I left. I'm just wondering why they didn't offer to remake my pizza for me, but instead took their frustration out on me. That's nearly twenty dollars these employees threw away. I hope they weren't having terrible days, but even beside that, you have to leave that stuff outside of work. You have to come and remember that every customer is going through a life of their own and if you treat them like crap, you're only part of the problem that this world is facing. Try being more compassionate and put the company that you're representing first. Again, wont be coming back because of how these employees responded to the issue. read more
