When you go to Little Caesars, you're obviously not expecting top-notch pizza. However, what you can expect is a ton of food for your buck and good deals on the app. We recently ordered the 2 for $6.99 each deal on the app and our total for both items was only $15, which is a steal in this economy. Our first choice was the Slices-N-Stix bacon, and our second choice was the pineapple pizza. The first time we ordered from here (not shown), the staff forgot the crazy sauce that comes with the Slices-N-Stix, so this time we were adamant on getting our sauce. The interior of this Little Caesars is tiny, but has a cool pickup area where your pizza and other items are kept in warming trays. I have not been inside yet as my husband is the one who picks up our food but from what he told me, it is clean. We originally thought the pineapple pizza would come with ham as well, but it's literally just pineapples on cheese pizza. Honestly, what can you expect for $6.99? The bacon sticks are honestly my favorite item, and are very well seasoned! They pair so well with the crazy sauce, which is just their term for marinara. I'm glad they don't give a tiny container of sauce, since I love dipping the sticks in the marinara. The sticks were the first item we devoured. We did save some for the day after, and they heated up perfectly in our air fryer. The pepperoni pizza and pineapple pizza do their job for a pizza craving, and also reheat well in the air fryer. We have a Ninja, and set it to 350 for 4 minutes. Just sprinkle some water on top and the crust comes out crispy and with bubbly cheese. We also like to add chili flakes to our pizza (we keep a big container at home). However, I do wish they had packets of Parmesan at the store, since I enjoy sprinkling extra on top. We've only been to this location twice so far, and don't really have any complaints besides to make sure you get the sauce that comes with your Slice-N-Stix or bread. It seems that the staff are there but don't really seem to interact much with patrons, but again I'm not expecting much from a pizza chain. I just want my pizza to be cheap and be ready when I arrive, and this location does just that. As I type this, I still have quite a few slices of pizza left in my fridge, and for a lazy week when I don't feel like cooking much (and I do enjoy cooking), this hits the spot. read more

I have been to this location twice now. The first time I ordered two pizzas and of course only one was ready so I waited to 10 minutes for a fresh pizza. This pizza that was ready was unedible. Dried out just like chalk. Went in again today against better judgment to try and get two pizzas. Again they only had one ready and the wait was going to be 10 to 15 minutes for a fresh pie. I took the one pizza and left. That was a mistake because it was chalky hard and garbage. Bit into the first slice and through the rest away. The little girl at the counter would barely raise your voice loud enough to be heard over the equipment running in the back and her broken English made it extremely rough to understand. There are three other pizzas in the heating oven that she tried to upsell me to take instead of the standard pizza. Glad I didn't take the bait cuz they look like they were old as well. I've been in here about 5 times. Once it was really good; fresh, hot and ready to go. The majority of the time is okay and you're almost getting what you pay for, cheap pizza. This last time was a last minute drop in and it wasn't good. The crazy puff I bought should have been thrown out hours ago. Looked like the owner/manager wasn't having anything to do with serving customers which left the inexperienced young lady to do it all. I wish I could leave only one star. The pizza I ordered online didn't come out the way I wanted, so they asked if I wanted them to remake it. They did and then changed me. So, they charged me for 2 pizzas, I gave one back and then charged me again for the pizza the "remade." I took the pizza I gave back but at this point, I don't know if someone touched it etc. I am pissed and honestly I didn't know that restaurants could take a pizza that I handled and put it into the hot and ready warmer. I will never come here again. They were not clear and that is gross. I took the pizza and threw it away, so I was charged for something I couldn't eat. The itailan cheese bread are surprisingly really good. The pizza was alright. We haven't had little Cesar's for about three years because there was no Cesar's near us. I don't believe I've ever reviewed a chain restaurant before, because I think the effort is futile, however I had two interactions with this Little Caesar's that was compelling enough to give them a lot of props. First of all, I had to call in an order for 10 pizzas. And then I had to call in and change that order. Both times the person on the other end was very cheerful, helpful and patient. I truly appreciate that. Second, when I went in to pick up this order, I showed up a little early because... 10 pizzas. So, the line quickly grew to a dinnertime rush hour and at one point I counted 18 people inside this tiny storefront. Now, here is my first word of advice: if you walk in to a dining restaurant and see that there are dozens or more people ahead of you, there is no law of nature dictating that you stay. If a hostess tells me there is a 2 hour wait until being seated, if there is a 6 hour hold time when calling Customer Service, if the item you want is out of stock ..... I HAVE A CHOICE to NOT proceed. What is so hard to grasp about you having a CHOICE and his not being your RIGHT? I bring this up because several, if not all of the people in line were huffing and puffing and getting their congestive Heart failing fat rolls in a bunch over the speed of the service and how dare they be forced to wait for their $5 pizza. Listen, jack in the box is about 50 feet away with a dollar menu. Go splurge over there and stop being harassing bullies to the little Caesars staff that were busting their butts and working at lightening speed to get this food into your mouth as fast as humanly possible. I was appalled at the indecency of you people! But regardless, the supervising manager on duty was ever the cheerful employee who was at times apologetic but also 100% professional and pretty darn accurate with the orders despite the riot happening in her front lobby. I went to Little Caesars today. I don't expect great customer service for cheap pizza but this had to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. A girl there by the name of Aubrey was extremely rude to all the customers that came in and just had an overall bad attitude. Well this is probably normal treatment of customers at Little Caesars the worst part was she went in the back and was making fun of customers calling them names, making fun of what they were wearing and making fun of how they talked. The worst part was the Asian lady that had come in before me, after she got her order and left I heard Aubrey in the back calling her A stupid slant eyed bitch. Wow how racist!!! Just picked up some last minute dinner and couldn't of been more pleased with the service I received at this location. Jocelyn was amazingly friendly and helpful even though the hour was so late and I know they were cleaning up for closing. Dealing with new standards and policies due to COVID it means even more to me as a costumer to be able to get something last minute and not be made to feel like the inconvenience that I know I was being by showing up so close to closing was a breathe of fresh air during these hard times. Worst customer service ever! Went in tonight ordered a pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. The bread was already done so they just had to cook my pizza told me it would be 6 minutes. 45 minutes later the people who came in after me get their food and I'm still waiting. The girl didn't even remember my very simple order and acted like I was wasting her time because I wanted my food and I was not being rude at all. While I was waiting I watched the two girls stand around, talk on their cell phone while handling product, drink Jamba Juice, and touch their faces.
