The food was ready relatively quickly, probably because we were his only customers at the time. The catfish was really good! Best I ever had? No, but really close. I mean REALLY close. The hush puppies and fries were excellent as well. The wings were fantastic! Large, meaty, juicy wings that were well cooked but not over cooked, as chicken should be. The honey garlic sauce was probably some of the best I've had. The loaded fries? They were something else! Maybe fries loaded with tender, flavorful brisket and honey garlic shrimp is a normal thing where you're from. They definitely are not where I live. They were lightly seasoned with some ghost pepper seasoning that gave the perfect amount of heat as well. Casa Grande, y'all are sleeping on this food truck! Manager finally got on and said Pizza Hut now does deliveries via door dash now and nobody picked up my order ( now 70 mins past ordering ) I said it is almost 6pm, my family has the flu and thats only reason we are ordering pizza and it has been nothing but a hassle.
