First time I ordered a Pizza Hut pizza in many years. Ordered take out and it was ready on time and as ordered. The person at the counter was friendly, which is always a plus. I did have to wait a few minutes and was able to take a look at the dining area. It was very clean with wide isles, did not feel cramped at all. Pizza was made to my order and very good. I always have issues with this Pizza Hut. I have gone in a few times trying to place an order and either nobody comes up to the counter, or I am told to hold on and nobody comes, so I end up leaving. I tried to do an online order today and it didn't go through. I called a few times and now they have an over seas call center with people that don't speak English to take your order. So I finally pressed enough numbers that I was connected to the local store. Over an hr after I ordered my pizzas, they never came, even though I was quoted 20 mins. A teen girl wanted to argue on the phone with me, so I told her to get her manager. The teen answered ( how can I help you... ) umm, is this pizza hut? She tried to say it will be delivered whenever. I said I am not waiting around all night for old pizza to MAYBE show up. Manager finally got on and said Pizza Hut now does deliveries via door dash now and nobody picked up my order ( now 70 mins past ordering ) I said it is almost 6pm, my family has the flu and thats only reason we are ordering pizza and it has been nothing but a hassle. Somebody needed to call us and let us know that there was a problem so we could order from somewhere else. Her first answer was just cancel the order. She said someone would deliver it. Nobody came! I finally called her and said I'm going to have my son come pick it up even though my whole family has the flu. It's been two hours. She didn't say anything. I couldn't believe it. Two hours late with no communication is unacceptable. At 6pm... after my kids have been waiting. Family with the flu! I am DONE with this location. Never have issues only time I do it's always with the girl that has an ugly attitude and seems like she doesn't want to be there. If you try to talk she cuts you off, and if you aren't loud enough she very rude and will ask very irritated to speak up( saw her speak like this to a teen) she wears glasses and tends to always be at the register. She needs to either get a new job or try to be happier. Her energy is very heavy. read more

Visited Sunday night, 630 pm, December 18 2017. Worst Pizza Hut we have ever been in. 5 Tables were full of dirty plates, silverware and dishes. Carpeting throughout the whole restaurant was almost completely covered with dirt, ground in food, footprints and food pieces. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. After the visit to the bathroom, my wife and I decided to just leave. As we were walking out one of the staff said to us, in the most sarcastic voice, "Nice seeing you guys!". We tried TAG's Café across the street from this Pizza Hut, which is a great place to eat, but they were closed for the night. We ended up at A&M Pizza in Florence; much better service, food and cleanliness. What a dump this Coolidge Pizza Hut is. Well my first time ever trying Pizza Hut and I've got to say it will definitely be the last time. I ordered extra cheese on both pizzas and neither had extra cheese. When we walked in, we were greeted right away and told to have a seat anywhere we liked. The dining area was decorated like a sports bar and it seemed promising. However, it kinda went down from there. We ordered two Dr. Peppers, two caesar salads, and boneless medium buffalo wings. We received two Pepsis, two wilted salads, and mild buffalo wings. Went yesterday with family it took 15 min just to get a cup for a drink..30 min for bereadsticks the waitress did not seem knowledgeable at all with prices or even seem like she had experience in her job title...the end of our visit ended in a dispute in prices which the waitress basically did not know what she was talking about she gave us wrong prices and didn't feel the need to make it right ..food was mediocre, management and other team members did not really look like they took their work seriously i listened to the phone ring on 3 separate occasions employees just kept walking by it??..not sure why that was it was not even that busy definitely not one of my favorite places to go anymore.area managers and gms need to step it up. read more

I ordered cinnamon breadsticks and the place was packed I'll give them that but all the orders were done and I had just ordered my cinnamon breadsticks. She brings me 20 regular breadsticks. Then 45 minutes later I finally got my cinnamon breadsticks. I wish there was a zero star option. This is one of the worst run national chains I've ever seen. A year ago we ordered from them (delivery) and after 2 hours it arrived cold. They gave it to us for free but I don't think it was safe to eat. After a year we decided to give them another try. 2.5 hours for delivery tonight and no sauce on the pizza! Who manages this place and why do they still have a job? Do not eat hear, every single time I have ordered from here I have a huge problem. Being overcharged, not bringing my full order, being extremely late, and blatent rudeness. This last time I ordered 2 medium pizzas, online paid a delivery fee of 3.50 and receive a call that they will not deliver my pizza because there delivery driver is not available. They had asked me to come in and pick it up even though I had already paid the fee. I live .2 miles away from this pizza hut, and would have picked it up but I had a few beers. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one other family in there with us. The first thing I noticed was that there was at least two tables that had yet to be cleaned off. It took around thirty minutes of us being there for a lady to clean one of the tables, the other never got cleaned. There was only three people running the place, and it took fifteen minutes for someone to come up to us with Menus and ask what we wanted to drink. And another ten for us to get out drinks. After our drinks finally came they were dripping all over the place and she got two of our drinks wrong. We ordered a pasta, pepperoni pizza, and wings. The lady talked very low, was hard to hear, and overall was just very slow. We were told that the wait for our food would be fifteen to twenty minutes, when in reality it took forty. With in that time frame there was at least four different phones ringing non stop. And to be honest the food was definitely not worth the wait, she came out with a cheese pizza which was not what we ordered. There were people singing very foul songs that aren't work appropriate, there was a dead moth on our table, the table was not whipped down very sticky, the list just goes on and on. Overall I would never come back here, it has got to be the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The only reason I give it a one star is because they had really nice cold air conditioning, and the food was hot. read more

Are you serious right now me and my family went out for a nice dinner at pizza hut and we had the worst service from our waitress. When we first came into the restaurant and we sat down she was all up our butt we couldn't even sit down for 2 seconds before she started to ask us are we ready to order.
