NEGATIVE 10!! This one and the one in Florence (same owners) are the absolute worst I've been to. Workers are rude, slow (if not in their cell phone the whole time), worst management I've ever seen in ANY service establishment, and you are completely blessed and very lucky if they can manage to get your order right. Tonight, rather than as a patron (as we normally are but won't be from now on), we were picking up a DoorDash order. I walked up to the front, where there were already two couples waiting to order, to the pickup area. After about 3 minutes of 2 orders waiting to be placed and one to pick up, I lean over the counter to see the manager standing there doing nothing. I have to holler because she's clear across the kitchen and asked if there was anyone working the front to take orders. She huffs and takes her time getting up to the counter. She first asks me if I'm placing an order. I said no, I'm picking one up. She then ignores me and takes the second customer's order. After they paid (almost another 5 minutes later) and before she could move on to the next, I asked if the order that was sitting on the shelf behind her was XYZ code DoorDash provided. Keep in mind this order was there and ready the ENTIRE TIME but is behind the counter so I can't just grab and go. She looks, says yes it is, and hands it to me. I sarcastically said thanks for making me wait 15 minutes total to pick up an order that was there and ready the entire time. She tells at me across the floor as I'm walking out the door calling me rude and impatient. I will NEVER spend a dime more at McDonald's thanks to ONE franchise... You seriously need to hire people who actually care about their job! read more

Have been here twice and I can say it's a way better McDonald's than others, it does get busy at times so just keep in mind. They have all state of the art beverage machines, a play place. Food is good. Zero issues with anything. Place looks clean. read more

They do not pay employees on time; I have a roommate that has went a month now and still working there hoping to get paid!... They are deep cleaning and the new ice bin they have has cockroaches in it and also mold everywhere! Will not be eating there anymore. They wonder why it's making people sick and the not treating people right with them working for FREE pretty much... If I could give negative stars I totally would. I've never much liked this location because offers that McDonald's advertises and other McDonald's have (I.e. sausage McMuffin anytime, hours) this one does not. I wanted some fries to snack on so I had my husband drive the 2 blocks away to grab two McDoubles and a medium fry. He told me 10 minutes in and he had been "parked" in their waiting spots and there wasn't even anyone in the drive through. They started parking everyone after him as well. But the time my food came out and he drove the two blocks home (no stoplights to slow him down), the fries were cold like they had been sitting there for the entire 20 minutes it took. So then I thought... maybe they didn't premade enough hamburger patties and were waiting to make those. Nope, because the burgers were cold too. We could have driven to any other fast food joints in town, gotten our food, and been home eating it before they even gave him the cold food! So then I try to call to speak with the manager. No answer, 6 rings and straight to voicemail. Having to spend my time/gas drive back now and will as update afterwards. **Update** Manager gave me a refund and redid the food. Still not thrilled. As I'm standing there while the manager did the refund, they put almost 20 more fries off various sizes out that were not part of orders placed. There were only two cars in the drive through when we got here and they got parked. Manager says it's so that the clock/timer stops counting (so it looks like they got their food even though they didn't) and improved their stats with McDonald's. read more

I needed to prevent myself from coming hangry. Atmosphere - As we went through the drive thru I am not rating this portion in my review. Food Lunch - Simple as simple gets at McDonald's. Two cheeseburgers and a large fries. The cheeseburgers where fresh with the right amount of toppings. Typical at McDonald's the burgers are crushed, mine today were perfect and intact. The fries where nice and hot. Service - Double drive thru lanes and windows fast and easy. Credit card machine is handed out the window, COVID style. Future - Okay I originally gave 4 just because they are McDonald's. But after writing and reading my own review I had to give them a 5. So yes to this location. read more

I've been to hundreds of Mcdonalds in 6 different countries and this McDonald's is hands down, by far, the most incompetent. Not once have I gone through the drive through and not gotten the absolute rudest person taking my order, drove up and paid, and then be told to drive ahead and sit and wait for 10+ minutes for them to make my food and have to walk to my car and hand it to me. Today (at 11pm) I waited 15+ minutes for my food because the kids that work there would rather talk to the people in the cars ahead of me. So so bad. Fire everyone. read more

This McDonald's is hands down the best one I've ever been to in The Valley. We came from San tan valley and Florence where both of those stores seem rather incompetent. At this one we have the most well mannered young adults and I was thoroughly impressed. I recommend this McDonalds for sure. read more

I select NO STARS My mom ordered Orange juice, they gave her really watered down Orange juice. It tasted like sour watered down orange juice made it worse. I asked for another one and they said they ran out. She said they were still waiting for my caramel frappe. It was really late so I get it. She suggested a substitution we said a mango smoothie please. She said okay, mind you we are still waiting for my frappe. Two cars behind me were upset with me for the employees mistake. Because there was a delay she asked us to move forward to the next window so I did. The car behind me got their order but it was cold, Their fries were cold and were upset with me! Terrible service, missing items, and could care less attitude. I ordered a McMuffin breakfast with small oj and a biscuit breakfast with a small oj to go . I asked for two separate bags since I was dropping one breakfast off to a friend. My order came up on a tray - I asked for to go in two bags - they stuffed it all into one bag - when I asked for the third time for 2nd bag, she just dropped the bag on the counter. It's a McDonald's, it's kind of hard to mess that up. They a decent play area for kids, they aren't unusually slow or mess up on orders. They clean the dining area often enough where it can get a little annoying. They mopped twice while I was there. Bathroom was clean, plenty of parking, free Wi-Fi. read more
