While it's newer and looks nice from the outside, this has got to be the worst DQ we've ever been to and we've been to many. As soon as we walked in and before we could even put in our order, the cashier told us everything they don't have. Nothing she mentioned was actually listed on the menu or anything we were gonna order, so we have no idea what she was talking about or why she was telling us this. We looked over the menu and we asked do you have the menu items? She must have told us all they don't have three times! So I said what about the menu stuff, do you have all that? Yeah, they had all the things actually on the menu. We thought they must have a lot of people come in asking for things not on the menu...weird. So we put in our order - a chili dog and a grilled chicken sandwich. We left and continued on to our destination to find out when we opened the bag that there was no grilled chicken, even though they charged us for it, and we were given two disgusting chili dogs! read more

The store consistently has mechanical equipment issues that happen every day around 6 pm to close. If you want blizzards, freezes, sodas, or dipped cones after 6 pm, good luck to you. I have been going here sporadically for the last 4 years, usually after I get off work at 6 pm. And everything is always "down." The staff always acts like it should be obvious that everything is broken. But I know it's not because I've come a couple of times earlier in the day around noon and had no issues. So clearly, they just don't feel like making anything later in the day. Honestly, this location needs better management. If the franchisee can't handle keeping the whole menu open all day, either close earlier, while you still can offer the whole menu or sell the franchise to someone who can actually manage the business. read more

I've been here several times and each time they were crazy slow, but only moderately busy. Yet somehow they always manage to be out of whatever I want to order. Tonight was a typical experience. They were out of Snickers for a blizzard. Umm, okay, I guess I'll have a medium drumstick blizzard (new and yummy) and a small Heath blizzard. Wait for ten minutes to go from the drive up box to the window and she hands me a small Blizzard and tells me I owe nine bucks and change. I pay her and wait. She looks at me, I look at her. She says was there something else and I say yes, my other Blizzard. She looks at her register and says she has no record of it. I look at the small Neath Blizzard she handed me and ask why it's pink. She says it's because it's a Raspberry Blizzard. Hilarity ensues. Drama continues far longer than I will relate here, but you get the gist of it. They have issues. read more

Today I visited the DQ at 987 N Arizona Blvd in Coolidge, AZ for the first time and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered two blizzards: Mint Chocolate Chip and Strawberry. I noticed that the employee who served me did not perform the traditional upside-down turn with my Blizzard, which I later understood was due to the inadequate preparation of the dessert. When I reached home, less than a mile away from the DQ, both blizzards were poorly mixed; they were overly soft, with both having plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom, lacking the ingredients that should have been blended throughout. In particular, the strawberry blizzard had fruit only in the top portion, rather than being evenly distributed. I've lived in Big Lake, MN, for the past 10 years and my experiences at the DQ there have always been satisfactory, with a consistent product quality which was lacking in my experience today. It seems that there is a lack of quality control at this DQ franchise, which makes me reluctant to return. Moreover, the idea of going to greater lengths to get a properly prepared Blizzard from Casa Grande doesn't appeal to me. This unfortunate experience has led me to consider not returning to this Dairy Queen location. read more

Always out of what you want. I've never seen a business so consistently out of what is selling. If you're going to advertise a certain blizzard you would think you would order enough ingredients. It's got to the point where it's a running joke when we all go to this DQ. Better have your second and third choices ready when you order bc they're most likely going to be out. How hard is it to order more of a popular blizzards ingredients? Are the animal cookies going to expire before you can sell them? The staff has always been friendly though and when they have what you want it's usually made correct and good. read more

Usually we love Dairy Queen but not this one. The lady gave my husband the wrong blizzard and then after having it my husband proceeded to get food poisoning from whatever she gave him. Threw up and pooped all night. Not a fan read more

I love DQ and have all my life. Naturally, with a DQ opening in Coolidge I was very happy. The other day (midst the Covid-19 epidemic), I decided to stop by for a cone; I didn't't really want a cone, I just wanted to support local business. I pulled up to the window, and a nice young woman took my money, with no gloves on, and no mask. Okay, no problem, we were more than 6 feet away. But then the same young lady appear with cone in hand (same ungloved hand that just handled the money), no gloves and no mask. I asked, "no mask", and she simply said, "oh, no". We'll her face was only a foot from my food, that's nasty! I just can't give any stars to a business that cares so little about customer's well being that they'd operate with such callus. this location sucks at mixing blizzards, I orders a medium hot choco blizzard got about half way down to find regular ice cream, and this isn't the first time this location has done this. but if you live in this area you know there isn't another one near by read more

Blizzards are good because of the treat mixed into it. They've some how managed to make the top 5% of the blizzard an actual blizzard and the other 95% of the cup just plain ice cream. Waste of money if you ask me, there's other places in town that will give you your money's worth because this place sure won't. read more

This is a great location, always tastes so good and the ice cream is perfect. Unfortunately, today I went there with my family to get a sweet treat after a long day at the zoo. We actually come down from San tan because the quality is so good. However, today they must have been understaffed because we stood in their lobby for 15 minutes without being greeted. So, I made the decision to leave. read more
