GLAZED CARROTS AND MASHED POTATOES AS SIDES.
Mitch F.

Reservations are highly encouraged... I've been going to Litchfield's for 10+ years and I have NEVER had a bad experience and/or a bad meal there... EVER!!! The food is top notch, the service is even better, and the atmosphere is southwestern - a win, win, win all around!! Depending on the time of year, eating inside is good during the warmer months, but as the weather starts to cool off, eating outside is remarkable too.

From valet to dessert service, this place is top tier. My dining experience at Litchfield's at the Wigwam iwas truly memorable. From the time I dropped off the card to valet I had exceptional service.(Valet, Christian). Upon arrival through the hotel I greeted by anyone who made eye contact and after settling upon a seat at the bar in the restaurant, I had an amazing service from Isaiah. He offered great dish recommendations, was chatty and friendly. The menu is thoughtful, diverse, healthy, and fresh. The crabcake was perfect! Followed by the seasonal chopped salad. And of course, when a gal is out to treat herself, dessert is a must. Buttercake was unlike anything I've ever had. All I'm gonna say is absolutely do not sleep on this dessert! Thank you to everyone at Litchfield's for an incredible dining experience. You made my night!

Restaurant week... 3 courses for $55 such an awesome price for a 5-Star restaurant! The salad, steak, dessert everything was made to perfection. Our server Amanda and her team were absolutely the best! They were polite, personable and just a joy while being efficient in their service. Thank you!!

Casual classy restaurant at the resort. For a Thursday night it was moderately busy, but a 14 person reservation was accommodated well. The service was great with attention & wait time for the food. Although pricey! The food was superb. The side dishes are separate, but are big enough to share & there were a good amount of options to choose from. The filet was tender & great the next day for lunch. When it was time to go, they pack your left overs for you & put them in a nice Litchfield's paper bag. It was really that they were able to have separate checks for everyone too. For my meal, appetizer & drink alone, it was over $100. But it was my bday, so c'est la vie.

Crab cake with too much paprika!!!

Service was great as always. However, I was very disappointed with the crab cake this time, it had a strong Cajun flavor that sat on tablespoons of paprika or similar.

We have the best food and the best service. Our waitress Colleen was amazing! We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made us feel so special here.

Fantastic food! Beautiful scenery! Perfect spot for a date! I recommend the filet mignon and Gouda Mac and cheese or the heirloom potatoes!

Ask the Community - Litchfield's

Can you accommodate 30 persons for outdoor dining for a graduation party around May?

This venue has several areas inside & out that would accommodate large parties such as yours. I would call them to ask for a tour. We loved it!

Does this restaurant have a corkage fee?

What is the dress attire?

It is a resort, so the code is a bit relaxed, even though the food is upscale. I would call it business casual. I wore nice jeans and a dressier top and was fine. Capri pants would be an alternative, nice shoes or sandals perhaps. The atmosphere is… Read more

There was a steady flow of customers, but not over crowded. Not too bad for a Super Bowl Sunday mid morning get together. I selected the Everything Smoked Salmon sandwich with a side of home fries. The presentation was colorful and inviting. Anytime you can see flavors, you know you're in for a fulfilling treat. I was asked if I would like the bread toasted and of course I affirmed that I did. It was a nice crunch in contrast to a heaping serving of beefy tomato and salmon. The home fries were a nice side dish choice and were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The tangy blackberry orange lemonade is always a top choice for beverage. All served in good time with a smile. Outdoor seating was plentiful for a great day like today when the weather is perfect.

We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a craving for a good burger. You know what I mean: that juicy one that…read moreyou bite into and you immediately need a napkin. The cheese isn't so thin and nonexistent it fairly evaporates into the meat. You taste it because it's good sharp cheddar or thick government cheese. The lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are meaty, and the onions are just there in their aromatic essence - I'm not going to need a breath mint to make it through this date. And, come on, how did I forget about the beef? It can't just be salt and peppered but at least slightly seasoned. Not grisly, dry and not so much meat that it blows out everything else on the bun. Oh, and the sauce. Big stars for not just being thousand island or ranch but some concoction a chef took the time to craft. And why be a scratch kitchen if you are going to slather it with mayo? I won't even order that. Because I hate mayo and I don't want to have to ask for mustard or ketchup or some kind of bottled dressing to make up for the insult of straight mayo. Enter into my life Bubba's 33. I had forgotten about that craving but my husband remembered and found this place for a Friday night date. You walk in and it is so happy. We got there in the sweet spot between super early diners and people who just got off work. I got the burger I just described. To a T. Offered in a comforting, fresh warm bun that was worthy of all it contained. And my husband immediately reached for his napkin. Served with a side of seasoned fries and I asked for ranch for dipping, because I will judge you on your ranch, too. Much respect, Bubba. You did it. As we waited, I had to use the ladies' and happened to see the kitchen on my way. Everyone seems happy to work there, like friends, and maybe that is why the service and food were both top tier. Left happy. Comforted. With a coupon for a free appetizer because the sweet host asks you if it's your first time and then a manager - or some random guy in street clothes rather than a black top like everyone else - comes over and greets you and hands you one. I need to stop writing this because it's only 8:46 am and I want a burger and I have a long day of thrifting and errands in Phoenix that precludes a journey to Bubbas. But, we'll be back! Without even reading this but knowing I am writing this, my husband said he's craving one, too. He said, "That was a goooood burger." lol

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.
