Crowded and expensive. Must be good, and it was. This is the House restaurant inside the Wig Wam golf resort. First class experience. Highly recommend

Reservations are highly encouraged... I've been going to Litchfield's for 10+ years and I have NEVER had a bad experience and/or a bad meal there... EVER!!! The food is top notch, the service is even better, and the atmosphere is southwestern - a win, win, win all around!! Depending on the time of year, eating inside is good during the warmer months, but as the weather starts to cool off, eating outside is remarkable too.

From valet to dessert service, this place is top tier. My dining experience at Litchfield's at the Wigwam iwas truly memorable. From the time I dropped off the card to valet I had exceptional service.(Valet, Christian). Upon arrival through the hotel I greeted by anyone who made eye contact and after settling upon a seat at the bar in the restaurant, I had an amazing service from Isaiah. He offered great dish recommendations, was chatty and friendly. The menu is thoughtful, diverse, healthy, and fresh. The crabcake was perfect! Followed by the seasonal chopped salad. And of course, when a gal is out to treat herself, dessert is a must. Buttercake was unlike anything I've ever had. All I'm gonna say is absolutely do not sleep on this dessert! Thank you to everyone at Litchfield's for an incredible dining experience. You made my night!

Restaurant week... 3 courses for $55 such an awesome price for a 5-Star restaurant! The salad, steak, dessert everything was made to perfection. Our server Amanda and her team were absolutely the best! They were polite, personable and just a joy while being efficient in their service. Thank you!!

Casual classy restaurant at the resort. For a Thursday night it was moderately busy, but a 14 person reservation was accommodated well. The service was great with attention & wait time for the food. Although pricey! The food was superb. The side dishes are separate, but are big enough to share & there were a good amount of options to choose from. The filet was tender & great the next day for lunch. When it was time to go, they pack your left overs for you & put them in a nice Litchfield's paper bag. It was really that they were able to have separate checks for everyone too. For my meal, appetizer & drink alone, it was over $100. But it was my bday, so c'est la vie.

Service was great as always. However, I was very disappointed with the crab cake this time, it had a strong Cajun flavor that sat on tablespoons of paprika or similar.

We have the best food and the best service. Our waitress Colleen was amazing! We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made us feel so special here.

Can you accommodate 30 persons for outdoor dining for a graduation party around May?

This venue has several areas inside & out that would accommodate large parties such as yours. I would call them to ask for a tour. We loved it!

Does this restaurant have a corkage fee?

    What is the dress attire?

It is a resort, so the code is a bit relaxed, even though the food is upscale. I would call it business casual. I wore nice jeans and a dressier top and was fine. Capri pants would be an alternative, nice shoes or sandals perhaps. The atmosphere is… Read more

The service was unmatched. From the Valet parking to the front desk. Also, our server was the absolute best! I felt like there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for us. He was very happy and upbeat. I think his name was J. He is a big part of the reason the visit was so special. The food was mostly excellent. I got a petite filet and lobster tail with Caesar salad and fried brussel sprouts. I do love them crunchy and they were. The salad barely had any dressing. It would have been better with a little more. My fault for not asking. Now the steak; my whole reason for the trip. Honestly, a little disappointing. The cut was beautifully tender. That why I love a good filet. Unfortunately, there was very little caramelization on the outside. I would have enjoyed more. Also, there didn't seem to be very much seasoning. I like it a little more on the salty side, but I am sure others don't. I'm sure I could request it next time. Last, the lobster tails made up for any possible shortcomings in anything else. It is rare, that I have one as perfect as these were. Absolute heaven! Sure, I'll be back. I know exactly how to order my perfect meal now. Stellar job folks!

We were celebrating my birthday early before our second baby arrives in the next week. The extra touch of celebrations and rose petals on the table were appreciated. The complimentary sourdough bread was warm and crusty. I loved the onion butter and my husband liked the champagne brie butter. The Tuesday Tomahawk special is such a great deal! My husband and I did the Tomahawk, Caesar and Fleming's Salads, Asparagus and Chipotle Mac and Cheese. I loved my Caesar Salad. The fried capers and crispy prosciutto paired nicely with the Caesar dressing. The asparagus was crunchy and the Mac and cheese was yummy with a nice crunch on top. The steak though....cooked perfectly and I will dreaming about having it again. I loved the crème brûlée for dessert and my husband got the lava cake. Our server J Santos was super nice and attentive. Other servers also pitched in...whenever I took the last sip of my tea, someone was literally there to refill it, or pull an empty plate. Our leftovers were boxed and the girl even asked if we wanted to take the bone home, which the dogs will be excited for. Such great service. The manager came by to ask how everything was and expressed his congratulations. Definitely a splurge meal for us even after a couple of gift cards we received, but we look forward to our next celebratory meal here.

If you come any later, a spot within the business designated parking is hard to come by. Luckily, we did find parking. So, I recommend arriving before 5pm. They have a system of greeting diners which seems to control crowding and allows hosts to seat diners efficiently. When walking to our table, we can hear, see and feel the ambiance of a Texas steakhouse. I like that the menus are kept at the table. There is also a novelty of shelled peanuts in a bucket available at your choosing. Tabletop kiosk is also available. As I stated, we arrived on the cusp of dinner rush. So, the slight delay in initial service was understandable. From there our service was top tier and manned by the incomparable Ethan, our super hero server with Texas (by way of Arizona) hospitality. He was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. His genuine kindness showed he really loves to connect. He was mindful of our dinner flow and kept up with all of our needs. So, we want to give Ethan a huge shout out for the excellent service and making our dinner experience at Texas Roadhouse a great one to return to and recommend. Our selections were perfectly prepared and delicious. I forgot to take photos of our crispy Caesar and House Salad w/honey lime dressing. Great meal for a Thursday early evening.

But in my opinion, if you're paying for a service. Then You should be getting that service. It was 4 pm on a Friday. (Today) it took 45 min to get our food. 4 steaks med rare, 1 well done and a kids steak bites. Then I get my plate 8oz med rare sirloin and shrimp. My shrimp was COLD to the touch. So much so the butter sauce they put on top wasn't melting. Sent back. Cut into my steak. Cooked right, however it must have been sitting on the pass for a while as it was just slightly over room temp. Told 3 people about it. Finally one offered to reheat it . To which I said no since I don't want it over cooked. Then she offered to re-fire it to which I also said no because it took 45 min the first time. Everyone was already half way done. I'm not waiting another 45 min for my remake. That's where it ended. No other options were given. I refused to eat it. In hopes that they would come back and say. Let's take it off the ticket since you're not eating it anyway. Never happened. Only time someone asked to try to make it right was literally after I paid. They tried giving me a gift card. I refused. I'm not going back. This was strike 3. Last 2 previous times it was terrible as well. Chain, private owned or franchise. If you're going out for a meal. You're paying for a service and you shouldn't settle for less just because it's a chain. Know your value.

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.
