a chicken sandwich and french fries in a styrofoam container

This is good fast chicken and fish. The fish was made to order and so crispy and nice. I loved it. Now the fries were not ok nothing to rave about. However, the service is great and they social distance well. I would come back here.

This is what I was sold! That's a no for me!

Well, normally I try to be patient with people during the lunch rush hour. I made myself a clear as possible as to the pieces of chicken I desired. Of course that was not honored at all. Next, I believe your food should be fresh especially if all you sell mostly is chicken. I was sold refried chicken as a fresh batch. I am a chicken connoisseur and believe me I know refried chicken. I will not advise people to go for hot fresh chicken. Not here!

Enormous amounts of food for the price.. well worth it for what I paid! If you're trying to save a buck, I highly recommend it.

5 stars for the catfish. If you like thin crispy catfish then you should order it. I wish their sides were better though.

Great food. Affordable (cheap) new favorite chicken restaurant in Arlington. I'm going every time I'm in the city.

Overall, I don't know of another franchise that has better chicken. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and you get plenty for the price.

Ask the Community - Lisa's Chicken

Has anyone tried their wings yet? I heard on Arlington foodies that they were really good.

I've tried the wings. They remind me of the "blazing wings" you can get from Walmart frozen section. They are good and crispy. They are not sauced.

It was burger night and we found a well recommended restaurant that we drive by when traveling in…read morethe area but never noticed it. Maybe Kroger is so dominant that it over shadows the other business. The order counter is at the front with drinks in a refrigerator and home made tea adjacent. We sat ourselves at a table and started a conversation with a couple that frequently dines here. The man stated the French fries are the best in the area. They are double fried with Lawry's seasoning. They were eating their favorite, a Philly cheesesteak and. Chicken sandwich. We ordered mushroom Swiss burger and Big Tex. French fries and sweet potato fries. When I tasted the fries, I confirmed the man's acclimation that the fries are the best around. Our burgers were equally good, very moist and cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable. This is now one of our go-to burger restaurants.

Everything is made to order so it did take about 8 minutes to get my food. I'm happy to wait for fresh food!!! Very Friendly service. The cook even brought my to-go order out to me at the table. They have a drive-thru on side of building that I totally missed seeing until I was leaving. From the website & it did show in my cheeseburger order today: "Our approach is simple: fresh, natural ingredients, and no shortcuts. Our team hand-preps everything from scratch each day to bring out the best in every flavor."

I really enjoyed the beef sandwich and I always get it baptize. I like to order extra dipping sauce with it so I can just drown it haha. My favorite are the hot dogs, which is what they are know for. I love the chicago style dogs and I love adding ketchup and mustard to my hot dogs. For the side I really enjoy getting a side of cheese and dipping my fries into it, thank me later. The onion rings are also worth a mention, they are well made, crispy and full of flavor. I also had their shakes before and they were pretty good. I once had their chocolate cake and it was very rich in flavor and not dry at all like other cakes. I always eat in the diner because I love how they have decorated the space. It reflects the history of the city of Arlington. It is a mix of car decor honoring the GM plant and part of the decor is also bowling, to honor the national bowling museum and headquarters located in arlington. I love how its so big and spacious. They also sell beer but I never purchase any but thats a cool concept. The staff keeps the place nice and clean, i love how they say your order number and make it rhyme with something. I ordered a burger and fries got home had a handful of ketchup and exactly 3 individual fries. This is not the first time this location punted. It's getting old, really old. I imagine that across the Metroplex many orders are being jacked up as I type this, people who want to make more $ but slack at the gig. Let them inherit the wind. Yeah, I'm pissed.

Came in on an unusually busy day for them, on the 1st day of a promotional item (for Final Fantasy,…read morewhich is why my daughter had us stop in) and the place was packed with both their own typical customers AND the fandom customers. They were doin' their best being overwhelmed. The staff was very nice and hard working. The young guy working the counter, Luke, was exactly the kind of employee one hopes to get when in a fast food place, he clearly cared to do his best. One of the funny things I took notice of is the fact they wear formal uniforms, caps included. That may not matter to many, but to me, that's no small touch. It adds to the atmosphere and sense of cleanliness and interest in the customer's impressions. Typical fast food have given up on this as a priority, and I have not appreciated the trend. I really like how Jollibees do this. It was the 1st I ever had of Jollibee, and it was good. Their chicken itself was pretty good, but I'm confident if it was a normal day, would probably be "less rushed". Their sides came off less rushed, but everything together was not bad at all. Good portions. One thing I did notice is while the do have bread items (bisquits) they count as a side item. So, it's an either/or/extra situation if you want both potatoes AND a biscuit, with most of the smaller/individual meal options we saw. There probably are some we may have overlooked. But that does tie into what I particularly liked, the price. It is in general less expensive to most chicken places, at least with the item we got, which is the 6 piece chickenjoy bucket, which is made for 2 people, and it was plenty for us. It came with two sides and two drinks, and it was $22, which (THESE days) is a pretty good deal, ending up $11 a person. The entire experience/value is really good with what you get for what you pay. Anyway, I'll be back when I'm in this part of town, and catch them on a less-busy day. Wish I took soom foodies to share, but it was too hectic, maybe next time.

It's easily my favorite fast-food chicken. Their tenders are really good too. I like making a little slider with a tender and a biscuit. The problem is, ordering tenders always adds at least a 20-30 minute wait. If it's delivery, forget it....my Uber driver ends up stuck waiting every single time. They say the tenders are cooked to order, but that wait is brutal. And the service is ok. Nothing great or bad. Depends on who's working. At this point, I should probably just stop ordering the tenders and stick with the regular chicken.
