    Loving this color!
    Crystal Z.

Claire is amazing!!! My sister and I came into the salon to get our hair done not knowing what we really wanted. Claire was very informative and gave us both choices that would compliment us most! Because I have never dyed my hair before I decided to go with a semi-permanent. I told Claire the color that I was interested in and let her do her thing. Absolutely loved the outcome!!! I would describe the color as plum. So I went from dirty blond (my natural hair color) to Plum. I love it! I kinda dont want it to wash out She also gave me a trim and added some layers around the face. I'm very happy with everything My sister cut about 6 inches off, got layers and did baylayage highlights!!! It came out so great!!! She is also very happy with the outcome. The salon itself was very nice. Loved the smell in there and the lotion in the bathroom (I'm a lotion person). The owner was in when we first got there and we wouldn't have known if we weren't introduced. She looked like another hairstylist, was so humble and friendly. Everyone was very welcoming, positive and upbeat! You could tell the hairstylists were friends with one another and very supportive of each other. I really enjoyed that. We also got to sip on some Rose while we got our hair done Such a great experience. Thank you so much Claire! From both of us! Cant wait to get back to Seattle to try something new!

Moved to Seattle last April and have tried 3 other stylists, but none were quite the right fit. You know what I mean? It's not just about getting an excellent cut, but also about the experience and connection with your stylist. I highly recommend this salon and also Melonie. She listened to what I wanted, evaluated my hair, and gave me an absolute perfect cut and style. I decided to get Betty Page inspired bangs and a modern twist on a 1920's bob and Melonie gave me exactly what I wanted and I've gotten so many compliments! She's also genuinely friendly and personable and easy to talk to which for an introvert like me is always helpful :) Salon is clean and modern and everyone was friendly. Please go see Melonie for a wonderful cut and experience:)

What looks like outgrowth is actually fresh color, darker than my natural shade by a good bit.

The color you see in this picture looks like 8-10 weeks of outgrowth, right? Wrong. I spent $200 at Lisa Power Salon to look like this. I actually went here looking for a change from my stylist of ten years. So, the lesson is obvious: Don't cheat on your stylist. But - if you must - maybe do it elsewhere.

Happened to be in Seattle & I needed to get a haircut. I didn't want anything too drastic done to my hair or excessively pricey. I found Lisa Power Salon via Yelp & called them up to see if they'd take a walk-in, the receptionist said that all walk-ins were welcome, which was great to hear since some salons don't take walk-ins at all. If you're not paying attention it's very easy to miss this great salon because it's tucked in the side of a condominium building that faces the water, so you do have to really keep your eyes peeled to spot it. But man, what a gem this salon is once you find it! The space itself is beautiful, bold, clean & modern with excellent natural light and large windows. White, red and black dominate the interior which feels very luxe and artistic. The entire staff--from the phone call up until me handing over my credit card--were extremely attentive. And best of all, they were attentive in a genuine way, not a forced way. I always dread the shampoo portion of my salon visits because the sinks are soooo awkward & painful to put your neck into. I've been to quite a few salons and I have to admit that Lisa Power Salon has THE BEST SINKS I've ever experienced. Super comfortable, natural incline. Most salon sinks hurt your neck or water drips down and they're just awful. But the ergonomic shape of their seats/sink was awesome. I really appreciated the attention to detail & client comfort when selecting their equipment. The stylist I had listened well to what I wanted, she did a great job blow-drying & trimming my hair. She didn't mind when I asked her how much longer it would take to dry my hair because I had some where to be, in fact she even picked up the pace (which is no easy feat since my hair goes down to the small of my back!). The atmosphere is very bright & cheery, the products they use are of a high quality (and all the stylists did a great job of explaining to their clients what products they were using and why), the cut was great, and everyone seemed to enjoy working there, which I find to be very telling about a salon. Lisa even took the time to chat with me a bit as I was leaving. Overall I had a wonderfully positive experience with some very lovely stylists who left my hair looking gorgeous. I'll definitely stop in again when I'm up in Seattle and need my hair done. --Thanks for the great time ladies!

Madly in love with my new hair color from Hollie!
    Sophia E.

Such a gem! I called Lisa Power Salon in a panic after getting a terrible dye job at another salon just a few days before I was scheduled to have new headshots taken, and they squeezed me in the very next day! Hollie did my hair, and took such great care of me. She explained exactly what she would be doing, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The original plan was to remove the bad color, and then add a new color (I was planning on being brunette), but after the removal process left my hair a gorgeous copper color, every stylist in the salon rallied around me and encouraged me to keep it, despite the fact that that would mean I wouldn't be paying for a new color. THAT is when you know a salon has your best interest at heart. I'm so glad I listened to them, because I am OBSESSED with how my hair turned out, and cannot wait to have Hollie do my hair again!

Worst hair color experience with Olivia…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Olivia. I was very clear before starting that the last time her twin colored my hair, I liked the shade and wanted it lighter or the same -- absolutely not darker. At the salon, when my hair was washed, I asked her if it looked dark. She said it was totally fine. I assumed the salon lighting or my eyesight might be misleading me. I didn't even ask for a blow-dry -- just a simple curl product -- but she spent less than a minute on it, which felt careless. Another red flag was that I asked her to color my eyebrows, yet at the end I noticed multiple color stains left on my face. She didn't mention them; I had to point them out myself and remove them. At the time, these issues were frustrating but manageable. The real problem became clear after I got home and washed my hair several times. My hair color is much darker than requested, and it's obvious the color was ruined. Looking back, I now believe she noticed the darkening issue but didn't acknowledge it. Fixing hair that's been colored too dark is not easy, and now I'm left dealing with the consequences of her mistake. Overall, this was a careless and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend her for hair coloring.

The front was not face framing instead she gave me 4 steps. The front is uneven and choppy as heck. My hair is gone so no way to fix that and wouldn't trust her to fix it tbh so I have to take an expensive loss. I cried all night yesterday just looking at the front pieces. Just embarrassing. I paid a lot and tipped very well just for it to look like an amateur cut my hair. Don't come here. I regret coming here as I looked better with my dead ends. I could've cut my own hair better which I have. This was supposed to be a pick me up to make me feel beautiful now 2 days later I am in regret not feeling like how I should and wanted. Sooooo expensive and terrible results. Also they could've been friendlier. I felt she got tired blow drying my hair. They are supposed to be knowledgeable in long, thick hair, curly hair, wavy hair. I wanted to choose this stylist due to her good reviews but I really cannot recommend her or this salon. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am distraught.
