That guy, Neal, is absolutely horrible. He seems like he just tries to see how quickly he can get out of there, doesn't care if the job is done or not. He was at my house for 8 minutes today and last week was around the same amount of time but then sends an email outlining what all was done . Service is to include vacuuming. He has lied twice saying he vacuums but have it on camera what was done. Bugs are still in the pool just as they were before he got there. We have canceled already but they were supposed to finish the month out but seems pointless cuz Neal does nothing anyway. Stay away from this company

No communication about the schedule or owner would say workers would be here and then no one showed up; again, without any communication. Had to constantly text and leave multiple voice mails before any response. No supervision of work so some work had to be redone. After 7 months the pool never was completed and our yard was left all torn up, We had to figure out ourselves what to do and find people to do at additional cost to us. We thought we did due diligence prior to choosing this company. Learning point is to be sure business is BBB accredited which this one is not.

You constantly have to contact him and then pray one of his workers shows up. After shotcrete applied, it took 7 months to complete my pool! His workers just disappeared! Additionally, I have had warranty issues since my pool was constructed by him, well over a year now, without any resolution (light doesn't work, filter nosel broken, etc.) . Loud and noticeable air bubbles in both the pool and spa. Spa jets not having appropriate pressure. Plaster application was not performed well but he never came out to comment on it until a year later. Finally, items are in the contract, that were paid for, still not taken care of. His workers also destroyed my fence by digging and placing plumbing right next to the fence poles. Another $14k+ extra spend. I attempted to come to a resolution by identifying a chiller/heat pump to be installed for free instead, which he agreed upon. Of course, that was never installed. He also parked a digger in our front lawn for 5 months which was well after excavation and uneeded for our project (free parking?)?. Constant hassle of attempting to get work done and completed/fixed. I wish I had gone with a more established company.

The previous owners of our home did not care for the pool, so after many years of trying to find the right person for the job, we thought Ryan would be our savior; boy, were we wrong. Things started off great! My husband found him on YELP with a high 4-star rating back in December 2024. Ryan was eager and appeared excited to bring our pool back to life. Ryan and Team started working on our pool February 2025. I mean, this guy is over communicating at this point. Keeping us updated on when they were coming out to the house and what materials were being purchased & so forth. We were indeed pleased. Our first biggest mistake, we paid him in full in April 2025. Ryan immediately stopped accepting our calls and stopped replying to text messages. We were out of $12,000! Thank the Lord we paid with a CC, so we took it up with our bank, but it wasn't easy. In June 2025, we were told by our bank that Ryan submitted pictures of a completed pool---claiming it was OUR pool. As a result, the ruling was ruled in Ryan's favor, not ours. We were in complete shock; utter devastation. FULL TRANSPARANCY POST NEXT: The stress was unimaginable. I stopped eating, my hair began to fall out, and I was so filled with anxiety, I could barely work. Texas Native Aquatics put such a severe strain on our lives, but my hurt turned into anger, AND WE FOUGHT BACK. We were not going to accept this! We took even more photos and gathered even more text messages to prove our case. It took hours upon hours to put the evidence together, but the hard work paid off. The claim was reopened and TODAY, the bank ruled in our favor. Today is September 16, 2025, and our pool is still unusable. It's been drained for 7 months---which can lead to more serious issues. We've declined hosting family events, friend get-togethers and birthday parties for our nephews all due to our pool condition and the pain/suffering Ryan Williams has caused. Feel free to visit his google and yelp page---as you can see, we are not the first to write about being taken advantage of. And as of recently, his ratings have declined. I am truly fearful for this guy because if he continues this type of practice, then he might end up working for the wrong client and he will be out a lot more than he is now.
