He pressure tested the pool and found the major leak quickly and also found a couple of other components that needed service. The bill was what was quoted and he offered his services for the repair which I accepted. He arrived about a week later after a rain delay and after a little over 5 hours had the repair finished. The aggregate concrete decking repair was perfectly matched even though BJ professed that he wasn't a concrete man! If you would like an estimate, please provide us with the following 1) your full name 2) your best contact phone number 3) your physical address and 4) an email address for the estimate and information on the services. You can call us at 214-503-7171. We look forward to serving you, ASP Dallas". Clearly, none of the requested information should be necessary and was not even requested by legitimate pool companies. No reason to contact this company even for an estimate. The only reason the above would be necessary would be to sell your contact information or use it themselves to harass or pressure you. YELP, you should remove this company as someone you send requests to.
