I have had multiple weeks where the employee showed up and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Multiple times, skimmer baskets were not emptied, never saw anyone sweep the pool, and had algae growth during the summer I had to shock myself. Last straw was when the backflow valve was not closed correctly after last filter cleaning and forced itself out freezing during the recent cold weather. I would NOT recommend them for weekly cleaning!
