Working with Matt was exactly that. He was prompt, professional, and refreshingly easy to work with. No unnecessary jargon, no drama, just honest expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

They're a very thorough and strong team. I was doing a rooftop/pergola TV/soundbar install. I had a 55" Samsung Terrace. I had a SONOS Ray soundbar, since my entire house is SONOS, but they really pushed me NOT to go w the SONOS and make sure to get a weatherproof Samsung Terrace Soundbar that fits perfectly w the TV... They came back as soon as I had the Soundbar, they even fortified the mounting wood pillar to my pergola frame to ensure everything remains stead. I'm super pleased and it was affordable, timely, and the communication was stellar.

I went to Nestech Computers, Inc. because I had an issue with my PC. The owner, Raymond Vasciannie…read more(goes by Sean), recommended a new motherboard, as he said my current NZXT N7 Z490 was dead. I found a compatible, refurbished model online (Z590), which he installed, and returned my PC. Shortly after, Raymond reached out, asking for details on my old motherboard, claiming he had a similar client issue. This was unusual given that my motherboard model is rare. Later, I discovered a Facebook listing posted by Raymond, selling an NZXT N7 Z490 marked as "used"--posted shortly after our conversation. I later found out that the same listing was made on OfferUp. I grew suspicious, as the listing perfectly matched the markings on my old, dead board. When I asked him to return my old motherboard back, he agreed and immediately deleted the listing. He returned my motherboard but insisted that he'd sold another client's board, denying that the listing was of my board. Despite clear evidence, he stuck to this story and dismissed my concerns. This experience has raised serious concerns about Raymond's honesty and integrity in handling client property. I'd advise caution to anyone considering Nestech Computers, Inc., as I believe my trust in Raymond was severely misplaced.

From start to finish, the entire experience installing my Samsung Frame TV was flawless. Scheduling was seamless, communication was prompt and professional, and they arrived exactly on time--even giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes beforehand. The installation itself was next-level. Stefan was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned, secure, and clean. I especially appreciated his patience--he walked us through different height options and gave thoughtful recommendations. We even changed our minds during the measuring stage, and he happily showed us the new dimensions again and was very accommodating. He was quick and knew what he was doing, didn't need frame template. What really stood out was the attention to detail. I've never had an installer go the extra mile like this--Stefan and his partner spent time thoroughly cleaning the TV screen and even wiped down the console area. They didn't rush anything and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The quality of work, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for TV mounting, Stefan is absolutely my new go-to. I'll be recommending HDInstalls to all my friends and family without hesitation--and will definitely be using them again!

I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.
