Liox is great and makes my laundry easy. The team is reliable and communicative! My laundry comes back clean and nicely folded.

LIOX is by far the best laundry service in New York. My daughter has been away in London for an abroad program. I literally emptied her room and bedding to have it cleaned before she returned. I download the app and set the time for pick up and LIOX arrived promptly. Additionally, LIOX texted frequently with information about my order. I ordered next day service, and just like the pick up it arrived as promised. All laundry was impeccably, folded, clean and fresh smelling. I love LIOX. read more

Reliable laundry service - been using them for years and would definitely recommend! Very responsive and helpful

They are awesome! Super accommodating, always available, fast service and very responsive. My clothes always come back smelling so good and folded nicely. Additionally, I have never lost an article of clothing when sending things out, which is huge and shows how much care they put in. read more

. . . only two words are applicable here: They're amazing! We wouldn't trust our laundry and other personal items to anyone else. Another two words: Highly recommended! Even the folding itself is of remarkable precision. Our last order was placed during a time of Family illness and distraction and Rochelle patiently guided us through their ordering process (not at all complicated) with knowledgeable kindness and patience. Everyone associated with them were helpful and made everything so much easier. Rochelle and her team are professionals of the highest caliber and are most appreciated Each and every time an order was placed with them they couldn't demonstrate more class and warmth. read more

I am writing this review after using them 3 times. If I didn't use them that 3rd time, this would have been a 5 star rating First time I used them, I was beyond impressed 24 hour turn around and every piece was clean and nothing was missing Second time I used them, a white shirt turned yellow. I emailed but there was no response I was still willing to give them 5 stars after this. In their newsletter, it said the entire staff got COVID but were making a come back Third time I used them, I have 3 socks missing from a 3 different pairs (white, green, beige), I gained somebody else's black sock, and my pj shorts are missing, and my 2nd white shirt turned yellow. I called but there was no response Disclaimer: I've only outsourced laundry ever since I moved to NYC. I return to doing my own laundry in NYC now and that's not an issue at all, but if I am going to outsource work it is because I don't have the time for it and I work hard to earn my money to pay for quality service read more

Absolutely convenient. You can personalize your soap, softener or not, they pick up and drop conveniently. They have really good laundry bag which you can get. It's great value, I consider my personal time to be very expensive because I work really hard so time with the Washer & Dryer machine is m time that I would not be recharging my energy and my brain. I totallyrecommend this service! And the young lady - Julia - who helped me out when my app was being funky, she was amazing as well! read more

We have been using Liox for several years now and love their service. They are typically able to turn around laundry in less than 24 hours and always provide regular updates on delivery and always on time. Clothes come back folded perfectly. Julia from their customer service team is particularly helpful if there are any changes that need to be made to our order (like changing delivery times) and typically responds in less than 30 minutes. Delivery drivers are super friendly (even when having to carry 75 lbs of laundry up and down the steps in 90 degree weather!) They recently updated their app to make it super easy to book laundry service and get real time status updates. read more

I've been using Liox for over a year and have always had great experiences. I love that I can communicate with them via text and that they answer so quickly. my laundry comes back folded and clean and they have a great selection of detergents and dryer sheets. read more

Never thought, I would even need someone to do laundry for me but unfortunately, i had surgery and became non ambulatory - Finding this Laundry Service has been the best find ever. They do the pick up and delivery in a timely manner, the communication is extraordinary, with texts, with phone call, Sherry has treated me as a customer very special, feel spoiled with the personal touch and prompt response to my needs -In order to get best money's worth , get family load - the more weight the more its practical I am also supporting this place, because they have a living wage policy for its delivery people - as a New Yorker during the Covid Pandemic, we honored the emt's and health care warriors but so ignored the delivery people, who saved us daily with important delivery and service - this company acknowledges and provides. If you want to feel like a king, spoiled and special try them out You will be pleased read more

I had very high hopes for Liox after reading the great reviews and the speed of placing my order and pickup. Unfortunately things did not pan out the way I had hoped, here are my red flags: 1) When the concierge picked up my order he informed me "because I'm a new customer" that even if I tip on the app I have to tip them cash because they don't get any of it......ummmm ok? 2) I got a phone all this afternoon "can you please confirm the color of your bag?"....am I getting my stuff back?! 3) I get my receipt via email....it's $66 claiming I have 31lbs of laundry and 4 hanging items, I've never been able to fit more than 24 pounds in that bag for the past 8 years. I call customer service and they say I was overcharged for 12 pounds of laundry and the hanging items. They say a refund has been issued and I'll see it in 10 days but they cannot give me the new total amount or amount of the refund.....we shall see ‍ 4) Laundry is delivered and as I unpack I discover not just a random sock that isn't mine but: 1 random sock, 2 shirts, a pair of Texas socks, and TWO THONGS!! So now I'm wondering if I'm missing stuff..... Any one of these things on their own is totally forgivable but it's about 3 too many for me to try again. read more

Liox - All of the items that are definitely NOT MINE - Home Cleaning Near Me

We have been using Liox for years now! We also realized that even before my husband and I were together we separately used Liox as our preferred laundry pickup since we have crazy jobs and found that they are always reliable, quick, and patient with us running late (the driver, usually Ronnie, checks in and waits for me! And honestly, me being late happens more often than I'd like to admit!) If there's any questions regarding the clothing- they're also always super professional. It's definitely affordable and even though it's always reasonably priced, we still always get random discounts for being loyal customers! So a little bonus on top of an already efficient service read more

- Requested low heat dry, fairly certain everything was done with high heat - Discovered multiple socks that are not mine (another reviewer recently reported this as well and I'm also wondering what I lost) - I contacted them weeks ago when I noticed that I had someone else's stuff and they never replied. read more

I work for an event company, and we were looking for a wash and fold service to send our linen, etc. I read great reviews and the story of their humble beginnings and thought this would be an excellent service to have in our arsenal, so we thought let's start out small and give them some of our staff shirts. What started as a seamless transaction has turned disastrous. They picked up 38 shirts as promised. So far, so good. Fast forward to today, they dropped off the wrong laundry, which in all fairness, could happen. However, we are now four hours in, and they are not answering the phone, returning phone messages or emails, and I am now sitting here with a bag of men's underwear and no shirts. Needless to say, we will never use this service again. Wash and folds are everywhere in NYC. Lesson learned. UPDATE: So I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because of their last-minute effort to resolve. And because they were prompt with the pick up and delivery though incorrect. I am still not a fan of the 5-hour attempt I made to get actionable help. Excuses like "I wasn't working the previous shift" or "We don't have any drivers available" are not what customers want to hear when they have an event starting soon and need the shirts. I wish this company luck and hope they can improve their communication level to be even more successful. read more

Liox has been my favorite find recently. They are always responsive and reliable. They pick up on time, communicate about any issues, I can text for any changes to my order, and they bring it back quickly. The quality of the clean is far superior to any other services I've tried. They package the clean laundry neatly. I have also come to appreciate the staff. The driver is friendly, the customer service is excellent and pleasant to deal with. Can not recommend them more! read more

We've been regulars with LIOX Laundry Service for about five years. It is incalculable how much time, energy, sleep, physical health, and actually money because of those elements that we've saved having such a reliable, and responsive business in our busy, elder lives. Sure there were times I requested more attention to folding - I'm a stickler - but it was immediately addressed and improved longterm. I love the strong, efficient Liox bags and wraps to keep together sorted socks and underwear, sheets, towels, basic clothing. All our laundry items are returned clean and well tended to. Plus, we can put away in minutes our large loads that we prefer to send. LIOX ordering site and rewards for being ongoing customers is special. It all adds up to great value and respect for a well planned and executed service and a company with dependability. Many thanks to them and their team. read more

The Liox Team is always so helpful regarding payment issues, pick up and drop off schedule changes and any incidents regarding the wash and fold service ( I've only had one in the 3 years I've used them). Sherry specifically is always so helpful and understanding with any last minute changes I may have to my schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable wash and go service in the city! The discounts you receive after ordering so many times are also a plus. read more

I've used Liox's laundry service since 2020, across 3 different apartments in Brooklyn, and highly recommend them! My items always arrive carefully organized--from duvet covers to tiny reusable makeup wipes. Their staff is extremely friendly, especially Julia in customer service, who makes it extremely easy to change delivery dates/times and answer any of my questions. As someone who likes to do a month+ worth of laundry at once, I find them to be extremely fairly priced. I also appreciate their rewards program! read more

great customer service, specifically Julia was great. helped me troubleshoot an issue in a timely manner and was kind throughout

I've been a fan of Liox for a very long time. As far as I'm concerned, they are the absolute best laundry and - especially - dry cleaning service in the city, especially if you're tired of dragging your clothes to the laundry or dry cleaners. My favorite part of Liox? The people who work there. Don't get me wrong. My dry cleaning is always perfect - better than I would ever have expected - and the work is always done on time, picked up as scheduled, delivered as scheduled and ready to be worn the second it is returned. But how often in this day and age do you get to actually work with really nice people - people who get to know you, understand your needs, and then do their best to fulfill them, not just because it's their job, but because they genuinely care about you as a person. I have to give a special shout out to Rochelle. Honestly, she has bent over backwards for me when I needed help with an order to make sure I got what I needed on time. That's the way the Liox team works, and I can't think of any reason that any person would have their laundry or dry cleaning done by any other company in the city. They're simply the best. read more

Had my dry cleaning picked up Friday for a Monday delivery... Dry cleaning never came and it's Wednesday. Customer service kept promising to deliver by the next day and it never came. I'm still waiting. Needed my clothes for traveling and now I don't even know if I'll get my clothes back. This is one of the worst services I have received in NYC. PLEASE RETURN MY CLOTHES! read more

This service is simply amazing. I have been using it for years now and it is very consistent and always great. The customer service is absolutely wonderful, specifically Julia who has always kept me up to date with pickup and delivery updates. Used this service on and off for years, never disappoints! Great service and good value.

They did exactly what they promised at a time I couldn't do my own laundry due to COVID. Picked up my sheets, delivered them back on the same day within the promised time frame. Everything was clean and nicely folded. It was a bit pricey (over 70 bucks for everything, including a duvet cover, pillowcases, and an extra blanket in addition to bedsheets), but I was willing to pay the premium to get everything back same day. would recommend if you're in a tight spot! read more
