Aside from it being very convenient, they always do such a great job washing, folding, and packing everything in the laundry bags. Pickup and drop-off is always a smooth process, and everyone is always so courteous. Anytime that I've had to call customer service to ask questions or to make any changes to my order, I can always do so confidently, knowing that my inquiry or concern will be addressed thoroughly and professionally. LIOX is by far the best laundry service in New York. My daughter has been away in London for an abroad program. I literally emptied her room and bedding to have it cleaned before she returned. I download the app and set the time for pick up and LIOX arrived promptly. Additionally, LIOX texted frequently with information about my order. We have been using Liox for several years now and love their service. They are typically able to turn around laundry in less than 24 hours and always provide regular updates on delivery and always on time. Clothes come back folded perfectly. Julia from their customer service team is particularly helpful if there are any changes that need to be made to our order (like changing delivery times) and typically responds in less than 30 minutes. Delivery drivers are super friendly (even when having to carry 75 lbs of laundry up and down the steps in 90 degree weather!) They recently updated their app to make it super easy to book laundry service and get real time status updates. read more

Absolutely convenient. You can personalize your soap, softener or not, they pick up and drop conveniently. They have really good laundry bag which you can get. It's great value, I consider my personal time to be very expensive because I work really hard so time with the Washer & Dryer machine is m time that I would not be recharging my energy and my brain. I am writing this review after using them 3 times. If I didn't use them that 3rd time, this would have been a 5 star rating First time I used them, I was beyond impressed 24 hour turn around and every piece was clean and nothing was missing Second time I used them, a white shirt turned yellow. I emailed but there was no response I was still willing to give them 5 stars after this. In their newsletter, it said the entire staff got COVID but were making a come back Third time I used them, I have 3 socks missing from a 3 different pairs (white, green, beige), I gained somebody else's black sock, and my pj shorts are missing, and my 2nd white shirt turned yellow. I called but there was no response Disclaimer: I've only outsourced laundry ever since I moved to NYC. I return to doing my own laundry in NYC now and that's not an issue at all, but if I am going to outsource work it is because I don't have the time for it and I work hard to earn my money to pay for quality service read more

We also realized that even before my husband and I were together we separately used Liox as our preferred laundry pickup since we have crazy jobs and found that they are always reliable, quick, and patient with us running late (the driver, usually Ronnie, checks in and waits for me! My items always arrive carefully organized--from duvet covers to tiny reusable makeup wipes. I work for an event company, and we were looking for a wash and fold service to send our linen, etc. I read great reviews and the story of their humble beginnings and thought this would be an excellent service to have in our arsenal, so we thought let's start out small and give them some of our staff shirts. What started as a seamless transaction has turned disastrous. They picked up 38 shirts as promised. So far, so good. Fast forward to today, they dropped off the wrong laundry, which in all fairness, could happen. However, we are now four hours in, and they are not answering the phone, returning phone messages or emails, and I am now sitting here with a bag of men's underwear and no shirts. Needless to say, we will never use this service again. Wash and folds are everywhere in NYC. Lesson learned. UPDATE: So I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because of their last-minute effort to resolve. And because they were prompt with the pick up and delivery though incorrect. I am still not a fan of the 5-hour attempt I made to get actionable help. Excuses like "I wasn't working the previous shift" or "We don't have any drivers available" are not what customers want to hear when they have an event starting soon and need the shirts. I wish this company luck and hope they can improve their communication level to be even more successful. read more

They pick up on time, communicate about any issues, I can text for any changes to my order, and they bring it back quickly. The quality of the clean is far superior to any other services I've tried. I had very high hopes for Liox after reading the great reviews and the speed of placing my order and pickup. Unfortunately things did not pan out the way I had hoped, here are my red flags: 1) When the concierge picked up my order he informed me "because I'm a new customer" that even if I tip on the app I have to tip them cash because they don't get any of it......ummmm ok? 2) I got a phone all this afternoon "can you please confirm the color of your bag?"....am I getting my stuff back?! 3) I get my receipt via email....it's $66 claiming I have 31lbs of laundry and 4 hanging items, I've never been able to fit more than 24 pounds in that bag for the past 8 years. I call customer service and they say I was overcharged for 12 pounds of laundry and the hanging items. They say a refund has been issued and I'll see it in 10 days but they cannot give me the new total amount or amount of the refund.....we shall see ‍ 4) Laundry is delivered and as I unpack I discover not just a random sock that isn't mine but: 1 random sock, 2 shirts, a pair of Texas socks, and TWO THONGS!! So now I'm wondering if I'm missing stuff..... Any one of these things on their own is totally forgivable but it's about 3 too many for me to try again. read more

I've been a fan of Liox for a very long time. As far as I'm concerned, they are the absolute best laundry and - especially - dry cleaning service in the city, especially if you're tired of dragging your clothes to the laundry or dry cleaners. My favorite part of Liox? The people who work there. Don't get me wrong. My dry cleaning is always perfect - better than I would ever have expected - and the work is always done on time, picked up as scheduled, delivered as scheduled and ready to be worn the second it is returned. But how often in this day and age do you get to actually work with really nice people - people who get to know you, understand your needs, and then do their best to fulfill them, not just because it's their job, but because they genuinely care about you as a person. I have to give a special shout out to Rochelle. Honestly, she has bent over backwards for me when I needed help with an order to make sure I got what I needed on time. That's the way the Liox team works, and I can't think of any reason that any person would have their laundry or dry cleaning done by any other company in the city. They're simply the best. read more
