    Shopping around for a hard tonneau cover and ran into these guys. Fair price and helpful. And they were able to install it the same day.

    Honestly, if i could I would give them more than 5 stars! The customer service is out of this world and the best I've received when it comes to vehicles. I had been there before to have a few badges for my truck coated so I knew i was going to return there for one reason or another! Never thought it would be due to an accident in my truck. The body shop wanted to take it somewhere else but I knew I was taking it straight back to them! My bed came coated when I purchased it and it was a rough and chunky texture. Now it's very soft and a beautiful consistency! I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here! They are car loving, and very knowledgeable! I also had them coat my three tyger products that were chipping and just not a great quality and I am definitely in love with how it all turned out!! You will not regret bringing your beloved vehicle here!

    A great experience and even better product. Tyler and team picked up my truck sprayed it and brought it back. They worked around my schedule and kept me updated. They even took care of an issue from the dealer. This is the 2nd truck of mine that they have sprayed with Line-X and even after 10 years the first one was still in excellent condition. Simply the best product out there.

    By far the best customer service I've ever had dealing with my truck. I called and they took me in the next day to have my Truck gear by LINE-X hard tonneau cover installed and it took under 30 minutes. They also give Military discounts unlike others.     This is the second time I've come to Line-X of Austin and once again Tyler and his team exceeded my expectations! I had them do a spray-in premium liner and a full Bilstein suspension system for my F150. 6112 coilovers in the front and 5100's in the rear. Truck drives phenomenal and looks even better. This is my second F150 I've brought to the shop and I'll come back with my next one. If you want quality service, great prices, and exceptional craftsmanship, Line-X of Austin is the only place to go!

    This was a seamless experience. Met with Tyler, he walked me through the logistics and advised me of the decisions I needed to consider when exploring a spray in bedliner for my 2018 Colorado. After our discussion, it was a no brainer decision for me. On the day of install, Tyler met me before the store opened, dropped off my truck and it was ready in two hours. Nice. Just take a look at the pictures. No overspray, not squiggly lines, no blotching....quality work. If you're in the market for a spray in, go speak to Tyler. If you're not in the NW area, don't let that keep you from the drive. You'll be thankful you took the extra time.

    Just had my Colorado's bed sprayed with Line-X. Tyler was great and got me in quickly. I decided to wait at shop but was offered a ride home if needed. I was able to do some work on my laptop while I waited. The lining itself took 2 hours almost on the dot. I requested that my bed plugs not be coated just in case I wanted to use the GM modular tie downs in the future, they got everything coated minus the plugs very nicely! I drove from central Austin to Leander and it was worth the drive. Clean shop, nice waiting area and awesome bedliner. Would recommend Tyler and crew 100% to anyone wanting a line X bedliner. Whenever I need something coated in the future I'm coming back here!

Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. From the start, Jeff was awesome--super patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated even while I was traveling. When I picked up the truck, Atnan walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the work. The customer service here really stands out. The repair timeline was actually pretty fast on the shop's side. Most of the delays came from the insurance back‑and‑forth, not the team doing the work. If you want things to move quicker, my advice is to start your claim before dropping off your vehicle. Once everything was approved, they had my truck back to me in about 9 business days. I also got text updates the whole way--submitted estimate, parts ordered, in line for paint, all of it. It made the process way less stressful. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. I let him know I was only looking to get it fixed and not replaced. My front bumper had detached from the vehicle. He gave me the price of $250 and I agreed. Instead of waiting in the lobby for the repairs to be done he asked his employee Eli to give me a ride home. From 9 am to pick up at 11:30 am by Eli that was very nice of them and service was fast. When I returned Atnan took me to my vehicle and explained everything that was completed by Alejandro. Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. My one complaint is that I had to call for an updates on the progress of the repairs. I wish they had kept me updated, even if it was just a text update. They did a great job negotiating with my insurance, though I do think 3 weeks was a little long to be without my car.

Jackie kept me informed throughout the whole process, and they finished earlier than expected! I was actually so impressed with her communication and Calibers workmanship I brought my son's car in to have it fixed out of pocket. Mike wrote my estimate and was amazing to work with, the service man who fixed my car was equally awesome! While Brittany at the front was pleasant upon arrival that quickly changed! When I picked up my vehicle I was told that there was a zero dollar balance and they had already been paid by the insurance. Fast forward to today, almost two months after picking up my vehicle and I get a VERY aggressive voicemail from Brittany at their front desk saying that my invoice isn't paid and if I don't call and pay it she will have to turn my file into Williamson County. Again this is the first time I've heard from them in two months!!! When I called back and talked to Mike (who is awesome) he explained to me that the problem was on their accounting side and funds had been put towards my account that weren't meant for my vehicle! He asked me to look in to it on my end and he would do the same! We got it figured out and cleared up in a civil non threatening manor! I would recommend their work just not the receptionist!     This review could easily have been rated 5 stars however due to an incident, I dropped it to 4…read more I've chose and brought 3 different vehicles to this shop when it was Service King and 2 times before this current car I've always been very satisfied with staff and body work performed. For the 3rd, I dropped car off on 7/28 estimating 8/12 completion but picked up 8/7 (5 days earlier) than expected which was a nice surprise. At that time I felt there was room for modifications to the body that was part of the repair. So I dropped off the car on 8/12, ready on 8/15 but didn't pick up til 8/16 and the repair looked perfect. After getting home which is near this location, I noticed that I was missing 1/2-3/4 tank of gas. I know this since I filled up before my first appointment on 7/28 and had gone about 85 miles with 3/4 left before dropping off on 8/12. With this said I decided to do a sweep of my entire car to ensure everything else was in tact. I found a dirty shop shoe print on my back seat?? There's no reason for anyone to be in the back seat to begin with. I left a message with my rep to bring this to their attention so this wouldn't be a common occurrence for future customers. Since I did not hear back, I called and spoke to the manager, Josh. I expressed how pleased I was with the work that was re-done and commended Janie (rep). I went on to express my concerns of my incident, I don't believe I directed blame of staff but it seemed to have come across that way and felt he started to take it personal from the tone of his voice and offering to fill my tank and husbands with gas..... I said it wasn't a big deal but wanted to express concerns and consider securing vehicles, etc. I wasn't calling to get anything free, this wasn't my intention, it was to raise awareness of what happened to me and left it at that. Thanked him for their great service they've done for me in the past and moved on. Btw, I failed to discuss the shoe print but at that point, I was sure he had enough of me. I'm sorry for my honesty, but we are paying customers who have entrusted many people to take care of our investments and appreciate our input, both negative and positive. How can I decide the best way to proceed with repairs without seeing the estimate? They made an excuse, saying this practice is to speed up the process and get a rental vehicle. Second, they missed an obvious dent on the bumper. They said that it was not part of the accident in their "professional" opinion. Our car was hit head-on and the damage was on the front bumper. I told them that and their response was that the dent was not pointed out by us when we dropped off the vehicle for repairs. I would like to think that a body shop would reach out if they noticed nearby damage that was not originally noted by the owner. Crash Champions did not. Third, the person I spoke with tried to bring up the fact that the original discussion about the damage included "a lot" of items. Our total bill for repairs was under $2000. The only repairs were to the front bumper. How is that "a lot?" Overall, I will definitely not be using Crash Champions again.
