Shortly after the installation, we noticed water dripping inside. To their credit, they came out quickly and addressed the issue. However, we recently discovered another leak--this time above our stove range, close to the same area as the original problem. I contacted Jake, and he said he'd come by the next day to assess it. We went into our attic to investigate and were shocked to find it full of mold. This was not the case when the roof was first installed, so it's clear the original leak was never fully resolved. When Jake arrived, we showed him the leak and the mold in the attic. He said a technician would come out in a couple of days. That was the last we heard from him. I followed up with calls and texts, but now I go straight to voicemail and receive no replies. They've completely ghosted us. Do not use these contractors.

David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. The team was very transparent with me if any issues were identified that would cost more than our original quote and all costs were given with pros/cons for me to drive decisions before any work was started on them. I was expecting issues given the difficulty of the project and they were able to solve all the issues for only ~10% more than my original quote, which was less than I was expecting. The extra 10% was my choice and I did not feel pressured or blindsided in any way, it was well worth it for the wellbeing of the building. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. They also did an amazing job as you can tell by my attached pictures.
