It was my first time at this salon and I was pretty indecisive on what I wanted. I waited about 10 mins so I was looking at their nail colors. Then after a lady started doing my nails. She asked me what color I wanted and I told her I wasn't sure. She kept nicking my cuticle area as she was drilling my nails. She asked again what color I wanted and I said ummm I think I want a light pink French tip nails. And she was like okay. BUT I WAS STILL INDECISIVE ABOUT MY CHOICE OF COLOR. So when I was about to wash my hands, she was like "okay imma get the color", and I was like "oh imma go check the nail rack" and she was like "AgAiN ?? YoU wErE tHeRe OnCe aLrEaDy" girl what? I didn't know there was a limit to look at the nail colors tf. I chose my colors lavender and pink and she questioned me with an attitude, "Youre gonna do those colors??" And i was like "uhh yah?" I don't know which lady I got but she was very rude and I felt judgy vibes from her. I called to get a full set. A woman did my nails. I showed her a picture of what i wanted. Not only was there excess acrylic, but my nails looked ugly. Lumpy polish. Etc. I just wanted to leave. Then I heard $70... Hell no. I complained. They looked at me like I'm crazy a little. But offered to redo the polish with someone else. I hate to wait over 30 minutes for this guy. I actually walked out happy, the design itself. I guess because compare to the one before it looked amazing. But the shape is so bad, they look like press on's. And I don't know what kind off cheap gel topcoat they use, but they started peeling 2 days later. To top it off, this guy (Peter) charged more. He charged $80. Boy to I regret going to this salon. To be fair, I believe Peter does good work. I was chatting with the girl he was helping and her nails looked beautiful. But he was going over someone else work, and there was drama. I definitely will not be going back, not would I recommend anyone there. I gave them 2 stars because the owner was nice and really did try to get it fixed. I guess if you do go, go see Peter. I been coming here for awhile now. I begun with mimi but didn't like how she's always overbooked and rushed. So I ended up doing my nails with Peter. He's nice and talented. Only thing is whenever I tell him to do something he always chooses his color not the one I want. I always get a pedi too and I see others get it together and I always end up staying longer because lily forgets about it or doesn't care. Today I went and got a pedi the usual girl was not there. So lily the OWNER did it. She really pissed me off. She didn't properly remove my gel . She used the machine and left pieces of polish on my nails. She just rushed every single detail about a relaxing pedi. I chose a regular pedi because I knew she wasn't gonna do a good job. She's nice but is no excuse for a sloppy job. She always forgets about my pedi appointment .Idk if I will be back I tip well for shitty services and the wait time sucks too!! read more

I hate to write such a negative review because the owner was very sweet And apologetic, and I had no problem with my fingernails, but this level of incompetence is inexcusable. I came here for a gel removal and basic mani pedi with clear polish. It was my first time, and I will not be coming back. The person who did my toes cut every toe nail below the quick. They also shaved the gel on them down so low that it's almost through the nail. One of my toes is bleeding. The rest are red and burning. When I pointed this out, the woman doing my toes took a Neosporin tube AND PUT IT DIRECTLY ON MY BLEEDING SKIN. She then tried to blame the redness and bleeding on me saying "no, NOT me" saying I can't get nail polish on my toes for awhile because my nails are too thin. Well they are now!!!! I don't get them done that often and have never had anything REMOTELY close to this happening before, so I don't think it has to do with me doing them too often. While I was waiting for my clear polish to dry and she saw me talking to the person next to me about what happened (they had asked me), the person who mutilated my toes came up to me and said "your polish is dry now," basically kicking me out. There was no one else waiting for the chair so I have no other reason but to believe she wanted me out. She took zero responsibility and no apology. To their credit, the owner was very apologetic and when I told her I didn't want to pay for the pedicure she didn't charge me. She said the person who did my toes is not usually there and that she came "just to help out." She was extremely sweet but I question the judgment of someone who will let just anyone in to "help out" and do this to customers. read more

I had an appt for 4 today, as I was getting helped they moved me from my chair to help someone else, I found that very unfair and unproAnd I don't think I will be coming back. What's the point of making an appt over the phone and getting the confirmation that we will be seen during that time but we get moved to another chair to wait another hour. I came here because my usual lady at my salon was out of town. Peter did my acrylic overlay and another girl did my pedicure. I asked for them to be done at the same time but ended up doing them one at a time, which for me wasn't really a problem, however I know other people could have a problem with that. The nail techs are super thorough and the place is cleanly, they even have free WiFi. My only issue is that they don't put disposable plastic bags over their pedicure tubs. Everyone puts their feet in the same tub. Having worked at a nail salon myself I know that this is not a sanitary practice, and this is what's going to stop me from coming back. If you're ok with that kind of thing you shouldn't have any problems here. read more

Do not waste your time or money on this place. I had read the review & though I might have found a place by my house after 15 years with my prior nail tech who was no longer doing nails. The first time was ok, but my nails started lifting after 1 1/2 weeks. I decided to give them one more chance which I should of never done. Peter talked me into a new set and said they would not lift. Ha, Ha. They did immediately. He filed my nails too thin it was painful. The tips he added were not put on correctly so they lifted and for the first time in my life I was getting a fungus. There are no set prices they make them up as they go and they even charge you more if you use a credit card. read more

I would give them 5 stars if what happened today would of turned out different but anyway I've been coming to this place for about a year when it was a different owner and different name and I've loved it especially Peter, he does an amazing job (too bad he no longer works there) I usually spend about $40 ($50 with tip) for my full set because I get long nails. About a week and a half ago I went in to get my nails (I get gel) done and on Monday 3 of my nails started to chip completely off bcus it was too thick so I only had my nails done for ONE WEEK before they chipped off which has NEVER happened (I've been getting my nails done for about 5-6 years) but I decided to just go in today and get a color change and not make such a big deal out of it. So on the price list it says "Color change $5" so I assumed okay maybe $10-12 bcus I was already missing the gel from 3 nails which they didn't have to file off. They just took off the gel from 7 nails and some what filed the tip nothing major, took less that 30 mins. I was charged $20 DOLLLARS!!!!!! Like wth I could of payed and extra $20 and just gotten a brand new set. They didn't use acrylic or none of my nails were broken. Plus the lady in the front asked me "you just came in like less than two weeks ago right?" sooo they knew obviously it was there fault for my nails chipping. AND there was another lady speaking in there language when I was asking "really it's $20". I told her my nails were chipped and I got them here less than 2 weeks ago, it wasn't my fault they applied so much gel polish, and she turned around and said "it doesn't matter it's $20!" I told them that they are not following the rules according to licensing board. At this point two of them started talking fast in their own language. Lily's is clean and Lily is very nice and accommodating. The other workers are also very nice and courteous. This is HUGE with me. The reason I didn't give Lily's a 5-star rating is because of my personal preferences. Although they do rub my feet and hands when they put lotion on, I'm used to getting a little more of a massage as a standard part of the mani-pedi. Also, because the workers' English is not good, it's difficult to communicate with them when I want to tell them something. I don't feel pampered when I get the service because I have to be twisted like a pretzel when I have to stretch my hand across my body to have it serviced while I have my feet straight in front of me. I've been in other nail shops where the worker will switch sides so I can remain comfortable. I've been there 3 times. I'll go back while I keep shopping around. read more

This is my go to nail place! They're all so attentive and kind. I came 30 min before closing (I get acrylics) while they had one person before me also getting acrylics (there was only one person doing acrylics that day) they stayed way after closing to finish my nails and the person doing my nails (peter) took his time and was in no rush to finish which I appreciated because the past nail salon I used to go to would always rush to get to the next customer. They even gave me a $10 discount because I was debating on getting gel or not. I got gel with the $10 discount. Since It was after closing it was late and dark and the fact that I am much younger they made sure I was going to get picked up and not walking anywhere. I love this place and the people! read more

Really wanted to give a 5 star but no one likes going to the nail salon asking for a specific color trying to be convinced for another color b/c it has more glitter than the one you chose?? Okay fine.. doesn't touch my cuticles trim nails clean up nothing.. okay.. nails not the same size.. my favorite part where they dip the brush in liquid and powder umm she started applying that 3/4 of my nail and then put some at the bottom.. maybe new technique Idk I'm not certified.. I have to put my hands under lamp. Oh you do gel for me.. okay. That why you want this color for me. I didn't have my nails for 24 hours and I wanted to cry. Usually I let myself and don't go back I was so unhappy I called.. explained when I looked at them it looked like I've had them on for two weeks and hadn't even been a full day. When I walked in the next morning the gal that did them was so fucking rude to me. I get it. I tried to put myself in her shoes. F someone told me that the work I did was not photo worthy and simply wanted my work off them I'd be upset as a professional i would apologize. Nope. She tried to ask if I want to re shape I explained it was beyond that. I charge you for take off. lol okay but you weren't gonna charge to try and fix the shit work.. the other lady that works there is a sweet heart. If you want a pedicure she's your gal.
