I was in town for work and needed my nails done and they took me right away! Peter was FANTASTIC! He was so thorough and gentle and my nails look absolutely amazing. I am very very particular about my nails and he did such a great job. I had a gel X removal and new set put on and it was $80 which is about what I expected to pay. Go see Peter!

I had called in about 4:00 without booking an appointment and they still took me in. They did so good! The man doing my nails was friendly and everyone there was welcoming.

The guy who did my nails was soo rushed and very messy, he would get mad when I'd tell him to fix something like when a nail was crooked. There were bubbles in my acrylics and when I told them to fix them, again, he made a face and "fixed them" but they turned out the same. He literally did my nails in less than 15 minutes bc they had other customers waiting. I was very unsatisfied with my nails and the service.

Peter Peter PETER! I don't trust anyone else with my nails aside from Peter! He really takes his time and is super detail-oriented. He honestly just gets better and better. He really knows what he's doing. In my ombré and marble set (pictured below) he added the gold foil as a personal touch; he has an eye for what works and has good taste. Lily Diamonds overall is a very clean shop and all of the workers are so friendly. They always check up and ask if I need something (water, tea, etc). Sometimes there might be a wait, but I tend to make an appointment to avoid that.

Everyone is so nice! Warm welcomes and friendly faces. I got a manicure and asked for French tip gel nails with a specific design and Eric didn't disappoint! He also worked very quickly and efficiently. It wasn't too busy for a Thursday night. Have been coming to them for years for special events and trips when my nails need love. I found lily diamond nails last year and have been coming here ever since. I drive over from Hollywood and it's always worth it. Mimi does my acrylics and they are always shaped perfectly which is a huge thing. They rarely break even though I wear them long. I hate having to deal with broken nails a week later, and that doesn't happen here. Everyone that works here is always very friendly and they have water, coffee and tea. They also have plenty of free parking and free wifi. And very affordable prices for the quality work. Which really helps when you're on a budget but still trying to look bomb. There's not much more you could ask for. Id recommend them to anyone especially if you like to wear your nails long.

Worst nail salon I've ever been. The guy that did my nails was so rude and hurt my fingers and after i told him he is hurting me he did worse. The messed up nails are the one he did and the rest that look normal are the ones i had before. Recently moved to Glendale and regretted to try this nail salon. The girl that did my pedicure was nice but the second day i had infection in both of my big to nail sides. I do not recommend, they ruined my off day and did not enjoy my spa day as i usually do. Ps: these are after 1 week and there is a big space between my real nails and the acrylic ones. Unprofessional

I. Love. Lily. Diamond. Seriously. Since first discovering them, I've had two occasions where I wanted to get my nails done but couldn't make it to LDN for one reason or another. Both times I regretted not just waiting and going to Lily Diamond. I've never gotten a disappointing set of nails there-- I only do gel, but I know they're excellent with acrylic as well. I don't know what it is, but when Lily does my nails herself, they last forever!! No peeling, even weeks later. She did mine on 1/18, today is 2/9, and check out the picture. Love this place, love these folks.

I did my acrylic set with Mimi and a pedicure with Coco, they were both really professional and nice. I love the way my claws look and added the metallic powder on top at the end. The salon is modest but clean and there is plenty of parking on the street in the evening or in the adjacent parking lot. Im definitely coming back.

Overall a 3.75 rating tThey're nice and the actual salon is very calm. Clean, spacious water and coffee offered (or if you ask). The seats are nice and comfortable. The folks working here are diligent and focused. Didn't love my nails, I asked for another shape but overall satisfied with my nails. Brought my young sister and her nails did not look to have cost $8 we paid. One of her nails was quickly painted and had a long streak that was not paid. They did not give her the attention clearly. Thankfully I was not in a hurry because despite having an appointment they did take awhile to assist both my sister and I for our manicures and one spa pedicure.

Never coming back here, the guy who removed my gel manicure was so harsh. The skin on the side of my nails was constantly hurt while he is buffing my nails. I told him couple of times but he is not listening! I wanted Dip powder nails, but he said its too expensive for you! I wouldn't ask if I cannot afford it! Excuse you! So i finally decided not to do my nails there and leave. Charged me $7 for the removal which is fine with me. But the treatment and discrimination, I cannot forgive! read more

This place is awful! They don't honor your appointments and all you do is waste your time. When they get to you they rush to do your nails making them look even worse then how you came in. If you get acrylic they break often. Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere. read more

Worst experience ever! To say the least. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. My niece and I asked how long was the wait when we showed up, they said 15-20 min. Cool, no problem. It turned out to be over an hour wait. They had called someone else to drive in to do my nieces nails and mine. They kept saying she's on her way, 15 more min. Etc. Over an hour went by and the other lady never arrived. I was so upset and frustrated that we left. Worst customer service. read more

Started recently coming to Lily Diamond Nails. Only reason I did is because my nail tech moved locations and is here now. Mimi has been my nail tech for quite some time now and she's amazing! Very friendly staff! This place is clean and has great affordable prices. One of my favorite things is that I can book my appointment online and I get a quick response with a confirmation of my appointment. Van did my nails and I absolutely LOVE them. She's literally the only person i go to for my acrylics and the only one I actually trust to go to. She takes her time to make your nails perfect. At first I really liked this place but I'm not crazy about it anymore. I've grown out my real nails over this year and they have been long and strong but after my visit here they're very thin and always bend. I just came here yesterday and now one of my nails has cracked on the side from bending. Peter did a good job on my nails but made them extremely thin. Now I have to cut them short. This was my first time here and I won't be going back. read more

Nancy is the best! She really took care of me and was very knowledgeable about my nails. I just had a manicure about five days before but my skin was peeling and I wanted a color change. I ended up getting a gel manicure with Nancy and she was very gentle and I'm so happy with the way my nails came out. Everyone is so nice here and there's parking in the back. read more

I arrived around 5pm today (Saturday) as a walk in for a fill and was quickly led to a pedicure station where Song did my pedicure, she was absolutely awesome and did a great job, she's so cheerful and has a great attitude. The service was wonderful, they did a fantastic job, and I was very happy with my mani pedi! I had an appointment and when I arrived I sat right down (how often do you make an appointment at a nail salon and then actually get to sit right down right away when you arrive?), and everyone was very friendly. I LOVE this place! The workers are so sweet they always had a smile on their face and were ready to help! Not only do they do nails but they also do threading and waxing. Rare find in Glendale. Affordable, clean and surprising friendly staff. I felt welcome the second I stepped in which can't be said about very many nail establishments. The place itself might not be as high end as others in the area but definitely a VIP experience. The owner is very attentive and makes sure you are truly comfortable. Whether it's by offering you a complimentary drink or adjusting your seat or even asking if the room temperature is to your liking. With that said the most important part, how well did my nails hold up? Well let me just say I am still rocking a gel acrylic set well past the two week mark. Prices are reasonable, not cheap but definitely a bargain. Peter is your man for all your acrylic needs! Make sure to ask for him. read more

Was in Glendale for a car service and decided to get my nails done... after yelping, decided to come here after reading reviews on Peter and decided to trust him with my nails. He did a new set, coffin w gel. Literally, filed my shape for 45 mins alone and he fixed 2 of my chipped pedicure for free! Pedicure was done 3 days before at another salon. If I lived closer he would be my go to guy. read more

I am super picky when it comes to a nail salon due to a past experience that wasn't good. I found Lily's through yelp and the reviews. My daughter and I went it today. I am truly happy we found this place. I definitely will be coming back. Lily the owner is super sweet as everyone else. We loved our mani and pedis. One thing I would like or recommend is that the salon lines the tub for the feet with disposable liners. Other than that everything was perfect! read more

By far the best nail place In Glendale !! Such a cute,clean nail salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they do such an amazing job & they take there time. She was fast, detailed, professional, and her prices are very reasonable. Something I detest from other nail salons is the forced conversation, but Quin simply focused on her work while I watched NCIS on her television. Will I be back? Super modest it's not a soak your toes spot / no massage chair literally her station and that's it but she makes it happen. It was clean, my gel pedi was well done and she is FAST - bonus for having Greys Anatomy on for us to get sucked in to. There were nail spots closer to my work that have gotten bad feedback from my coworkers so I am excited for this little find. Will be back.

An high school pal posted a story of her "Christmas fantasy" nails on the gram and tagged blackheart nails. I immediately checked them out and it was a YES for me. The booking was a breeze, straight to the point. The day of the appointment, I was able to find parking easily. They are located upstairs, you can't miss the sign. They do have two studios, so be mindful of the nail tech you booked with which will decide on which studio you'll go into. I booked with Lauren who specializes in 3D nail art. Lauren was great and my nails turned out so good! I was very impressed and loved the way they turned out. If you are looking for a new nail salon, I highly recommend checking out Blackheart Nails. This joint is an oasis in the urban desert, a happy getaway from my day-to-day grind. I came here for a spa day with some friends and it was exquisite. Everyone loved the 25-minute massage. I was surprised by how clean it was . The have air vents so you can barely smell any chemicals. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! They will talk about you to each other in their language and laugh right in your face, and then ask you a question as if they weren't just laughing and talking about you. Cold world. I wouldn't give this place a penny if I found it. read more
