These are the Lily Ann cabinets we used to rebuild and extend our island. Turned out beautifully!

I had an excellent experience with Lily Ann Cabinets and would highly recommend to others. The quality of the cabinets and ease of assembly far exceeded my expectations. Customer service was awesome as well. What a wonderful company to have in the greater Tampa Bay Area!

I have several Properties and I relaxed the cabinets in 3 of them. There cabinets are top notch, high quality cabinets, the doors are easy to adjust so everything fits perfectly. Last of all the customer service is above excellent! They helped me lay out the perfect design for each kitchen. with their help my husband and I Installed them and it turned out looking like a professional job! I highly recommend using their services!

Splitting in the laminate

I purchased a flipped home where these cabinets had been installed. they were put about 1-2 months before I bought the home. within 3 months, we noticed a cracking pattern along the sides of the cabinets and contacted Lily Ann. customer service was unpleasant and difficult to work with. initially they called the flipper rather than me several times though I gave my contact info to update the warranty. they did agree to ship new panels, however were sure to blame the installation crew for this issue (not sure how this patterning could have happened during install, it's ALL over mutliple panels). They did not agree to pay for the installation so that was a personal cost for us. Now, 9 months later, multiple of the cabinet doors have cracking and peeling away of the laminate coat, in areas that aren't touched in the decorative center of the cabinet so again, it wouldn't have been improper installation and it's not wear and tear as that area isn't touched. These cabinets are garbage and we will be replacing them, certainly not with Lily Ann cabinets. These are cheap, garbage cabinets that only rushes home flippers would buy.

We have used LiIy Ann cabinets for a couple projects . I can"t say enough good things about this company. They are always top notch on customer service. If we ever have any issues they resolve it very quick and efficiently. There selections over the years have increased and have gotten more in line with the trendy styles used.. but really they have a style for everyone. The cabinets are quality plywood construction. We ended up putting all our own cabinets together and it was not complicated . Would highly recommend.

Newly remodeled kitchen - Lily Ann Cabinets York Driftwood line - 2

I contacted Lisa Decker because she was highly recommended by a friend, who installed cabinets in several properties. I loved my friend's kitchen and was able to find several products on the website that looked good and seemed to be competitively priced. I met with Lisa at the Largo, FL location and immediately fell in love with York Driftwood line. Lisa helped me to refine the design. I requested for the cabinets to be delivered assembled, and all 19 cabinets were assembled and delivered in record time of less then 10 days. My kitchen installer was very pleased with the quality and how well everything fit together. It took about 24 hours for two people to complete the installation including cabinet pulls. All cabinets came with plenty of hardware. The only drawback I could see is that the shelves in the cabinets were impossible to re-position after you installed them once - this was due to the type of clips supplied with the cabinets. Had I thought about it, I would have bought different clips in a hardware store. Bottom line: these cabinets are the best quality for the price. I will definitely come back when I am ready to do another project.

Highly do not recommend HCW Construction LLC. We signed a contract in June for work to be done…read morewithin 15 days, with the builders assumption a permit was not needed. Builder discovered a permit was needed after initial work of digging 2 holes under deck were started, in addition to the fact the holes were put in areas never agreed upon in our contract or discussed with us prior to digging. HCW stated because they agreed to a price $500 less than the original amount quoted they would only send 1 worker to do the job and then started making excuses that we chose the cheap but hard way to do the job, even though it was heavily discussed prior to signing the contract with no mention of getting only 1 worker and this being the "harder option". A permit was then submitted to our local township and once approved the company began to ghost us, in addition to never paying for the permit. First they went on vacation the week the permit was approved, then their whole crew "quit" because they left them with no work while on vacation. Next they stated they had other jobs to complete prior to our job, even though they claimed they had no work and their employees all quit due to this. Next, they stated they would start work within 2 weeks, then slowly stopped responding to any and all request for an update of when they would start working. This company took our deposit of $3250 and never completed work that was agreed upon, ignored any and all accountability regarding the work we signed an agreement on. They are committing fraud and are a very untrustworthy company. Don't let them try to fool you and take your money, they have made it clear to us in prior contact that they would be closing their company and would not be refunding us our deposit.

During the design process and while the project was underway, they were attentive, responsive, and great to work with. We were excited about the remodel and trusted that we were making a significant investment in our home with a company that would stand behind its work. Unfortunately, the experience after the checks were written has been very different. The flooring installed throughout our home is now separating, lifting, and coming apart. The tile in our master bathroom shower is cracked, and the bathroom flooring is cracking and coming up. Some issues began shortly after the remodel, and although MBS came back in the beginning to address certain problems, those repairs did not properly resolve them. For approximately three years, we have repeatedly tried to get these issues addressed under the lifetime warranty that came with our remodel. After numerous calls and emails and eventually sending a certified letter, owner and operations manager Jasen Brielmaier came to our home, inspected the problems, acknowledged what needed to be repaired/replaced, and had us select replacement materials. I specifically asked for the worst-case timeframe, and we were told the last week of July or first week of August. That timeframe has passed. The work has not been completed, and once again our calls, voicemails, and emails have gone unanswered. I am attaching photos because I believe potential customers should be able to see how portions of our $106,850 remodel have held up and understand our experience trying to have the work corrected. We have given MBS years and numerous opportunities to honor its warranty and resolve this directly. At this point, we have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Michigan through LARA and are seeking legal counsel. I wish I could leave the same positive review today that I would have left immediately after our remodel. Unfortunately, how a company stands behind its work when problems arise is just as important as the work and service it provides when a customer is signing contracts and writing checks.
